Unexpected service! The Drury is exceptional and the experience made our Orlando trip wonderful. The customer service is top notch and all the amenities were a surprise, the shuttle service to Universal studios, the breakfast, the dinner, yes a dinner!!! I had to enroll in the Drury rewards, no doubt.

So far so good. Love the free drinks, food at dinner and breakfast. Actual hotel room a little stuffy & the beds could use more pillows but that’s all preference & nothing to actually complain about, if I need anything I could just ask the front desk but we brought pillows from home.

Customer service was great from the front desk to the dining staff. Very welcoming and accommodating. Houeskeeping staff was friendly. Everything was great. Small note about the toilet/shower room, there was a puddle of water by the toilet when we arrived. Free adult beverage and breakfast were such a great perk!

The front desk check in was convenient and friendly. Isabel was very welcoming. The evening "kick-back" snacks were great. The construction on Sample Rd makes getting to the hotel difficult. It'll be better when it's done.

I can’t stress enough how friendly the entire staff members are at this location. We come twice a year and ALWAYS make sure we stay here. The beds are comfortable, rooms clean, it’s close to Sea World & Universal Studios, and the Breakfast & Kickback meals are Amazing and plentiful. They give you so many different options to choose from. The managers are also so friendly and accommodating. Every time you pass one they way, greet us with the biggest smile, and if they have time, the income and chat asking us about our stay and what we’re doing. Our last night stay, while eating, the manager Jahvi (I’m not sure how to spell his name. I’m sorry.) chatted with us while we were enjoying our kickback and it was very enjoyable. Like I said in the beginning, I can’t say enough good things about the Drury Inn Suites here in Orlando. Thank you guys for such a great experience always.

Great customer service. Super friendly employees. Daily popcorn, breakfast, and beverages available. 99.9% great stay. IF i had to make 1 small criticism, the breakfast was exactly the same ever day. Eggs, sausage patties, breakfast potatoes, biscuits and gravy, waffles and toaster options. Dinners were a bit more varied. Even during the hurricane, staff was prepared and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

As a first timer, I was extremely impressed. The free breakfast and give back happy hour was icing on the cake The facility was very clean and the staff we very pleasant. My only negative was all of the construction and traffic nearby. It made for longer waits with ride-share and shuttle service. Overall it was great.

Great value hotel. The only thing I didn’t like was the linen. We use the sofa bed and the sheets and blanket were dirty. We asked for new ones and they had stains, they looked like they were washed but they still had the shadows of heavy stains. Other than that the staff was great and they seem to really care for the guests which is something kind of lost in today’s hospitality. I would definitely go back despite the small mishap with housekeeping.

The staff went above and beyond. The level of customer service was exceptional. They offer a breakfast and hot hors d’oeuvres with drinks between 530-7. There is some construction going on in the area but it wasn’t to impacting. Transportation to the theme parks is an added bonus.

It was a nice place and convenient to were we had plans to spend our time. We did notice the last day they had a bus going to Universal Studios. We were not aware of that and would have been good information to know as that is were we spent our time.

We’ve stayed here twice. The front desk was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is great with kids for the options (plus it’s included) and it’s about 20 min from the parks. Overall it’s a great value.

We stayed for a week, the hotel was fine. The room interior was super clean but kind of dated in decor. The pull out bed was in a separate room and near the door so neither of my kids wanted to sleep there, which negated the whole plan of having an extra bed. I’ve never met a more friendly and happy staff. Literally everyone I encountered was just SO happy-all the time. Which really speaks to how this company treats their employees. A couple big things-Universal’s bus service is WAY oversold. There are 3 morning times for pickup and you need to reserve a time (which is fine). However coming back there are also 3 times and the 1 shuttle is shared by guests at 5 hotels. You need to arrive at the line an hour prior to pick up to guarantee a spot on the bus. Otherwise you’re left waiting for the next one (same problem) or finding your own ride back. One day we sat on a bus for 45 min without a/c with 78 people. I can’t even imagine that’s legal for transport. To go to Volcano Bay, you take the same bus but need to switch and wait for a 2nd bus both there and back. By day 3 we opted to pay the $30 for parking and drive ourselves. This one, while not the fault of the property, makes the stay challenging. There is currently major road construction happening next to the hotel that makes getting to any restaurants a 10-15 min drive to go less than 1 mile and not walkable because of construction. Fine-but wouldn’t do it again.

This hotel was close to Universal and Discovery Cove and about 10-15 minutes away from Disney. Loved the free breakfast and evening kickback. Customer service was on point and the hotel was very clean! Would definitely stay here again.
