The location was great

Long check in. The staff was confused and they didn't communicate with each other. Back and forth between one end to the other.

Good location; Hard as a rock beds

Location in relation to the Steel Pier was amazing. staff was incredible, kind, and helpful.

Room was dirty/run down (toilet paper holder broken, damaged furniture); Air conditioning in room wasn’t strong enough. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable; mattress was stained. Lots of food options but nothing was really good.

I really like the rooms even though they’re not ultra modern like your typical hard rock in California or Florida. I know they kept it similar because they were the Taj Mahal but I would update it to mirror their other funky properties as far as the rooms go. The staff was very nice. Very good at their job. Very personable.

But I didn’t get my points right away and I wanted to buy a dress with my points and no one can seem to help me with the point system. I don’t care if it’s called unity if you go to the unity desk and they should be able to add your points they shouldn’t refer you were at 800 number and the state of Florida to call them and it shouldn’t take 24 to 48 hours for your points! I talk to high rulers to get their points right away I was told on the phone 24 to 48 hours which doesn’t help you when you’re down here gambling or eating and drinking and staying and wanting to use your points for free things that’s why most people come here because every hotel has a point system, not happy about that. Definitely not happy.

Fun getaway with no shortage of food options.

Ocean Suite was beautiful and spacious. Food options were plentiful, and everything was delicious that I had over the weekend.

Upon arrival there was a tray of dirty plates, napkins and food scraps right outside my door that remained there for the entirety of my stay, along with a cart of the same type of scraps across the hall that remained in the hall for the entirety of my stay as well. It did not impact or effect my stay, but instead was just unsanitary and gross considering the staff was on our floor multiple times during the stay and nobody removed it.

I had a good time at the bar with my boyfriend, but next time I will stay at the ocean.

Location. Live music near the bar. Bed and linens comfortability.

Have to pay for parking even when paying 300+$ for a room as a hotel guest. And then an additional 35$ hotel fee at check in that was in addition to fees paid at reservation. So 65$ more than anticipated.

Had a non smoking room, arrived to a smoke smell room with ash trays. They brought in a sanitizer that made the smell absolutely unbearable. Could not stay in the room, we were told nothing they can do. Booked solid. Finally after an hour of telling them we cannot stay in the room. They gave us another one. We had to pack and move to that room and then move again Saturday to another room. We spent more time moving our stuff back and forth and at the front desk than actually in the room. We felt the staff (managers) were absolutely no help in a timely manner. Won’t ever stay there again.

Great place to stay for conference, business trip!

I have stayed here before, the beds are always soft, the rooms are an adequate size, the bathrooms are large, and staff always comes in and does a wonderful job managing trash, towels, etc.; Really good food and restaurants also. My only complaint was the doors and walls are beginning to show wear, and someone just needs to multipurpose spray clean around common areas of interior room doors, and the bathroom shower glass wasn’t entirely clean. Looks as if someone rushed to clean before we arrived. I would have given an exceptiontional stay if it wasn’t for those issues.

I really like the property,one of my faves to stay.

Great hotel in a run down resort

The hotel itself is beautiful, very high quality rooms with all back up facilities. The staff were friendly and very efficient

Nothing the hotel can do but Atlantic City is in need. The surrounding areas are very rough and you would not want to venture out at night, the daytime is not brilliant either

Absolutely 💯 loved my time at Hard Rock Hotel. Definitely coming back.

Totally enjoyed myself. The hotel is beautiful 😍 and the rooms are SPACIOUS, really liked that. The hotel itself is huge, enjoyed myself in the lounge area, the band was great, drinks were spot on.

Good fun for a short stay but could not do more than a couple of days.

Clean, well appointed room which was large and the bed was comfy. Casino was big. Really big. But a casino is a casino is a casino

Food options after 9pm limited Quiet midweek with bus loads of retirees coming in. That’s fine though but will try a weekend next time
