Ok. Too much money for the room. Breakfast: just OK.

Ran out of linens. Had to re:use during stay. Staff said they had a problem with the cleaning company.

No back up plan to provide clean lines to guests. Limited parking. Drive around the block 2 1/2 times looking for a spot. Finally went to check in: and made staff aware of no parking: they said I could park on their sidewalk.

Good alternative with a small kitchen and good breakfast provided.

Newer property. Generally well thought out. Good location. Room was clean. Elevator and workout room needed attention. Quiet.

Good location and decent rooms.

The rooms were comfortable and clean.

Check in was rough. The front door is locked and there was nobody at the front desk when I arrived at 9pm so I had to stand outside with my bags for 30 minutes calling and trying to figure out what to do. Finally someone came but it was really frustrating to wait so long at night after a long day of travel.

A comfortable, relaxed well priced stay in the city. Had all the things I look for such as good bathroom/shower, bedding that’s comfortable and clean for each guest, and great staff.

Lovely hotel with great amenities in a great location in Brooklyn.

Clean hotel. Really close to downtown Brooklyn and Barclay Center. Great rooms with AWESOME decor! Terrific lobby that's great for socializing or working. Seems to be a lot of business travelers here. I would definitely stay here again.

Won’t be staying there again.

Location ok, staff were nice but not competent

I checked out a week earlier than expected. I was told that’s fine and won’t get charged but I ended paying for the full amount. I called many times and even went there again to get it sorted but was told someone will get back to me and i haven’t heard from anyone. The staff is just incompetent as well as their managers. On top of that the room was not cleaned during my stay.

Centrally located to park slope, Prospect Park, Botan

Worked out well with my handicapped mother. Roll in shower was perfect. But lack of safety rails closer to the toilet and on both sides were an issue for her. She almost fell off the toilet at one point. I always bring a commode with us for night time use. The bed was just the right height for her to get onto and out by herself. I have had to remove box springs or legs in many hotels for my mother because she is 5' and one side of her body is very weak from a stroke 20 years ago (I always return the bed to its original state, sometimes with the help of maintenance. Cots are too low and soft for her to get of in the middle of the night by herself.).

after check-in when we got to our room we found several of your housekeeping staff hanging out inside our room. it was kind of creepy- at least three just hanging out

Staff were exceptionally friendly especially check-in and check-out. Hot breakfast was great for a free breakfast. Lots of choices and nice staff. Location was convenient to Barclays and about 50 ft from Subway!

Everything was very good to excellent. Can't think of anything that I could suggest improvement.

We thought that the hotel was clean, and comfortable. The breakfast room was outstanding, and the food was good. The bed was very comfortable. But, the biggest positive was the staff. NOT A ONE of them was less than happy and pleasant to interact with. Even a maintenance may that I bumped into was nice and all smiles.

There was really nothing that either of us could think that could improve the experience.
