About this cabin rental
With all of these amenities, you may not want to even leave the cabin! An indoor heated pool, a game room, a theater and ample space for your entire family!
When you enter the cabin you will find an elegant kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and two large dining room tables. Our gourmet kitchen will be the envy of every chef! We have all of the essential gadgets plus some, place settings for 24 and more! The kitchen flows into a two story living room with windows galore, allowing the feeling of the outside in! The corner fireplace has stone that goes all the way to the ceiling, quite impressive! On the main floor you will also find 2 en suite bedrooms with king sized beds as well as a half bath and laundry area.
If you return to the entry and take the stairs up, you will enter the loft that overlooks the living room, where you can also see the mountains and a panoramic view of nature. In the loft you'll find a sleeper sofa and a card table. Also on this floor you'll find a bunk room that sleeps 8 with a private bathroom as well as two more en suite bedrooms with king beds, both of which have a shared balcony to enjoy the mountains or a morning cup of coffee.
The lower level is where all the fun happens! There you will find a theater room with commercial seating to enjoy a movie or play video games. In the game room area you'll find a commercial pool table, arcade game, foosball table, additional seating and a sofa. There is also another bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom. And then of course is the piece de resistance, the indoor heated pool! The pool is approximately 10 x 20, 4 feet deep. The pool room has a coded entrance to make sure that small children do not have access without supervision to stay safe. Off of the pool area is a balcony that hosts the hot tub and more great views!
Our cabin is off of Wears Valley road which leads to so many attractions on the Parkway strip. The Parkway is the main road that leads to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg as well as Dollywood and Splash Country.
As a "happy" we leave a starter pack of Starbucks coffee in the freezer for your 1st morning as well as some breakfast Biscotti!
Your visit to the Smoky Mountains will not disappoint and the memories will last a lifetime!

We enjoyed our stay. The only thing you need to improve is the grill. It’s too small for a large group barbecue. We had to request the neighbors to us theirs.

Starbucks & Biscotti was perfect for our family reunion. It was clean, spacious, and great for both adults and grandkids ranging from 1 year of age to 13. The game room, theater room, and the pool were big hits. Really appreciated that finally a cabin that sleeps 21 people actually had seating for 21 people to eat together. Cabin was nicely decorated and yet very kid friendly. Location was great for the area attractions. Great memories in a great cabin!
One tip: It is helpful to make sure you have the check in and check out pdf. from Kim and download them before you arrive. Cell phone service(US Cellular and Verizon) is basically non-existent in and around the cabin. If you have those, you will have all the codes needed for wi-fi, poolroom, and trash cans.

We had 19 people in our group. The home is large enough that you don’t feel crowded at all. The 7 bathrooms made it easy with our large group. The kids loved the pool, game and theatre rooms. The adults loved the open kitchen/dining/living room area. The roads are very curvy getting to town but it’s a short triip. Would definitely stay here again.

Host was great! The beds are so comfortable has me looking into a new mattress. Kids enjoyed the pool, Adults enjoyed the hot tub. Family, fun, food and festivities. My only issue was the 10am check out I didn’t even care to ask for a late check out because of the check in & out instructions. Stating you would be charged for every 5 min after 10am Overall we loved the house & its amenities

This cabin and layout was perfect for our extended family visit (10 adults and 8 kids ranging from 1 to 14). We loved that each family had their own room and attached bathroom. Everything was very clean and the owner was great about communicating with us for all the questions we had ahead of time. We had one issue during our stay which the owner helped us resolve even when it was outside her control. The location was close enough to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg that we could easily go out during the day too. Would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a house to accommodate a large group!

Overall, the property was great. There were a few things here and there that needed some attention. The host was responsive and helpful. We had 4 families and there was plenty of room and things to do at the house. The views are a little blocked and around all the nearby properties there is a lot of trash/debris on the hills that which make it a little unsightly. There really should be a clean up crew hired by the property owners to address it.

Our stay was extremely enjoyable. The lodge provided an awesome space for every one of us ages 74 to the youngest two 8-year olds. We particularly loved the space and 3 levels on days we simply wanted to chill.

My family of 4, two other families of 4 and 2 other adult cousins all stayed here for a long weekend. The set up of the rooms was perfect for us! The beds were comfortable and the double dining room tables were a plus with such a large group. We loved that there was no carpet! The kids enjoyed the pool and we felt safe with the code system outside of it.
Everything was very clean and the host was very communicative when we reached out about a breaker being flipped. Overall, a great stay and we would book again!

We visit the area regularly and this has been our favorite cabin. It was perfect for 5 families with kids. The whole house is comfortable and luxurious with very thoughtful design and detail. Plenty of sitting and dining room for 20+ people. The kids had a blast in the indoor pool and the movie theater room. The husbands all loved the poker table and pool table. No matter which room/floor you were on, you had something to do and be comfortable. It was easy for a big group to spread out. The host was also the best host we've ever had. Went out of her way to answer my questions and was always so pleasant. The neighborhood is high end and felt very luxurious. The exterior details on the cabins are beautiful. I highly recommend this cabin.

This past weekend we spent time as a family together for Christmas. During our stay at the cabin, we enjoyed all of the extra amenities such as the swimming pool was the grandbabies favorite! As well as the theatre room. While the adults enjoyed to pool table and playing cards around the kitchen table together. While we there a breaker flipped, and the power went out in the living room area. I made a call and within minutes we had the issue resolved. We will ABSOLUTELY be spending family time together here again in the future!

Twelve of our family members gathered together for a week long stay at the beautiful large cabin! The teenagers enjoyed the pool table and foos ball table, in addition to the inside swimming pool and hot tub.
The adults enjoyed preparing meals together in the large kitchen and playing games at the two large dining tables. Everyone was delighted to have seen so many black bears right in front of our cabin! Many more than were seen driving through Cades Cove!

We had a family reunion at the beautiful cabin for a week in August. Ages ranged from 4 months to 66. The home was VERY clean (I was totally comfortable walking barefoot) and spacious enough for all 15 of us. The pool and movie room were such a great addition to a VRBO rental. It's a 15 min drive to Pigeon Forge, and about 40 to Gatlinburg or the Smokey Mountain National Park. Highlight of the trip was renting UTV's from RidgeRiders and driving them up to Clingman's Dome! Communication with the owner was SO FAST and responsive (she quickly had someone out to look at the lock that was not working on the door into the pool). First night was an adventure as power was out from 6PM until about 1 AM (someone hit a power pole) but the owner kept in constant contact with us with updates. Future ideas that may be helpful: a generator lol, flashlights, more kitchen towels, foam mattress toppers (kings were incredibly firm) and maybe some non-breakable drinkware for the youngsters. FYI if you have babies BYO playpen or high chair, etc. I highly recommend this rental unit and any others under the same care as this owner.

Very clean and well kept cabin. The 12 of us felt the cabin was quite spacious and allowed us to do things together or separate throughout our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with anything needed for cooking or storing food. 100% would book again!

We had a four family gathering at this house and the bedrooms, and bathrooms worked perfectly for us. Having the pool, gameroom, and theater room were amazing for the kids. The home was clean and well taken care of and the set up of the kitchen and dining area were great for accommodating our large group with plenty of seating for everyone. The surrounding community was going through construction, although it was not ideal, it did not take away from our vacation and was certainly not the fault of the home owner.

Plenty of room for the grandkids to play and be entertained with arcade, pool, theatre room, etc. Reasonably close to the main drag in Pigeon Forge, a bit further from SMNP. Plenty of pantry room and cooking utensils, and all bedrooms were large and roomy. Decks for looking out and relaxing. Would definitely recommend.

This property was amazing!! We celebrated a joint Bach party with friends/ family and never ran out of things to do. We all enjoyed how much space we had, how clean it was, how many amenities came with the space, and just the overall energy of the cabin! Great experience summarizes our stay. After a few minor issues that were handled efficiently and effectively, our party of 12 settled in to an enjoyable week. The grandkids loved the pool hot tub, game room and theatre room. Entertained for hours between conveniently located Dollywood, Zip Lining, Ridley’s Aquarium and Smokey Mountain National Park. Beds were comfortable and each family had their own private space at the end of long days! The double dining tables and convenient kitchen layout stocked with all necessities made for lots of common meals. Smokies are beautiful! Would definitely book with this owner again!

This was an amazing place for our family holiday fun the week between Christmas and through New Years. All of our adult children had their own rooms with king beds and full baths and the grandchildren loved their bunk room! It was perfect for the 15 of us. The kids had their own space in the lower level with the theater room and the game room. We didn’t need to worry about the younger ones as the swimming pool had a keyless entry that only the adults knew. It was perfect for so many activities. The location was great for all of the additional plans that we had as family activities in Pigeon Forge. Publix and Kroger were very close to us too. The owner was great! If we needed to communicate anything with her she responded very quickly which was so appreciated. We look forward to returning some day.

The property was fantastic and just as presented on the website. The only issue we had was the key code didn’t work on arrival. But Kim was able to get us in after a phone call so it was fine. The pool and the hot tub were a big hit with the family. We could have used some larger bakeware dishes, but that was minor compared to the fun we had. The game room was great. It was a wonderful stay and we will definitely consider this house again. Kim was always helpful when we contacted her.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay. We travelled with 11 adults and 3 little ones. This house was perfect for a big group. Six master style suites gave us plenty of room to stretch out and relax. The pool, game room, and movie theater were a ton of fun for whole group. The kitchen was outfitted with every item we could possibly think of. The house is close enough to Pigeon Forge for easy access but far enough to create a feeling of retreat. The host was organized and attentive. I can’t say enough good things. We want to come back!
