Хорошее место на короткий срок

Хозяин дружелюбен, место достаточно тихое, номер по индийским меркам хороший. Есть стол, на случай если вы работаете, но он не самый удобный. Рядом большой магазин с продуктами.

Owner was very helpful and had a good stay

They should provide blanket and power back is not there for ac so can be an issue if its hot

The bed was super comfortable! The room was clean and affordable and the owners are really nice people! Location is good, close to some nice restaurants and the beach! I would highly recommend staying here!

Owner is personally look after property he is living there so no no worry..

Space of the room very big.. owner is very co operative and father figure person.

If possible uncle should appoint some person for help out.. we feel uncomfortable to order him. As he is the owner.

Correct price: 19 dollars in December 2022. Very nice owner.

Avoid the ground floor room: not pleasant and not bright. Very strong smell of tobacco. Needs renovation in this room. No breakfast. Surrounding roads not very pleasant: pollution, lots of people ... (in december 2022).

WOrth the price stay

Rooms are very Spacious and clean. Fridge was available. If you come as a group, all of you can hangout in a single room. Owner was friendly. Very near to candolim beach and famous food places.

NO lift. No staff or room service. Owner gives key and thats it. We were there for 3 days and they didnt even clean the room. They did not even give water bottle or plates to eat food. not enough parking space for cars.

there is nothing I could say. the person casa Joseph is very rude and worst I won't recommend this even if he gives free stay. the postive review which I saw seems to be bought by him.

1. rude behaviour 2. asked for money for giving one glass of water 3. not allowed to enter my friend for even one min 4. room was Dirty.. pics shown are old 5. they have transperant curtains, so you won't find private time 6. he is greedy 7. he didn't let us stay an extra for 5 min, he was at door to throw out at sharp 10 am 8. even for water he gave, he asked for cash when I told no cash, he asked to go out get from ATM.. 9. Even though on booking.com he accepted for early check in but during check-in he asked for 800 for 2 hrs early check-in.

Nice place comfortable stay

I came here for 2 nights and loved the place so much that I extended the booking for 3 more nights. Nice place for a cozy stay.

Everything is good. I only left because I didn't want to stay in Candolim

The value for money, the location and the host

Nothing as such, only aged people will find a little tough as the property do not have an elevator.

The room was clean. The owners were good too. The location of room was perfect as it was very near to restaurants, ATMs, supermarket.

The cost seems to be abit high for the property.

Spacious Room Well-managed Excellent Hosts Fridge and AC Balcony Comfortable bed Superb Location Peaceful area Good price

Could do with some basic items like Kettle, Dishes etc Could do with pest control as there is a problem with ants on occasion..

The owner was very good and kind. The rooms were very clean and hygienic. Located very near to candolim Beach and calangute Beach. Overall a very good stay and worth for the money.
