Superb

Excellent, helpful, and competent customer service. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. They even upgraded us for free.. our room even had a jacuzzi.. and my kids loved spending time In it. I would strongly recommend coming and spending a night here.. My family felt very comfortable and enjoyed the stop over here

Undesirable location, poorly built, excellent staff, fairly good breakfast.

Breakfast was pretty good. The best thing was the honey on the honeycomb.

Very cheaply built building, right on the freeway, dangerous to stop even to register. Walls weren’t much thicker than cardboard. You could hear everything in other rooms. Highway noise was horrible.

Clean, comfortable and breakfast is good. Easy and free parking.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood along the highway. We were travelling from Bursa heading to Aydin. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The room is very spacious and well equipped with all the basic amenities. Breakfast is excellent with lots of varieties. We love the view from our breakfast table. Parking is available, easy, nearby and free of charge.

The rooms are clean and big. It gives comfort in moving around in the room. The staff are also very welcoming and helpful.

There is one elevator that is realy old. so people who cannot take the stairs might find it realy hard to move around the hotel. Location is a bit tricky and might get little trouble to park even if alot of parking space is available

Very clean Hotel. Extremely friendly personnel and delicious breakfast. Very good hotel!!! Personnel speak good English and ready to assist in any matter. Fresh and modern rooms. Recommend for everyone!!!!

all in all good

Avwan Hotel is situated some away from Izmir city center. The hotelstaff is friendly and helpful. My room itself was big and actually big enough for two persons. The breakfast os offered in a open buffet and more than sufficiant. WIFI is strong and availiable everywhere in the hotel. The hotel restaurant has good quality for reasonable prices.

The room nice, clean and big enough.. Staf very friendly and help us so much.. Breakfast was good..

Location far away from everywhere but the hotel provide transfer car for us.. The room not sound proof so we can hear someone knocking outside another door even talking..

Staff members were excellent and always helpful, My room was always clean and nice, nice view and the price was extremely good. Planning to return back in a couple of months.

Air Conditioning was not properly functioning and Room Phone was not working.

Nice staying

Shocked to get 1 bottle of drinking water, while we where 2 persons in the room. I told the staff this is my first time to see like this. But he said its a hotel system. I say then it's ok😅

Everything was funntastek, staff, breakfast, location, clean wise.

This hotel was fantastic, the food was amazing so we ate there three nights out of the four we stayed, wish we had eaten there the first night as well, the food and drinks were good value

clean, nice staff speak english, and very nice breakfast.

the smell of cigarettes in the room, eventhough i have requested a none smoking room, the smell was really strong and had to switch room, and still it smells. the hotel is on a busy road so there is lot of noise but knew about it.
