Comfortable 4 night stay with family

Majura is nice and clean hotel in very convinient location (Mavisehir). Tram station is in a few minutes walking distance. Shopping center Mavibahce and Hilltown just one tram station. Staff is very kind and willing to help all the time. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, bathroom also clean. There is safe box in the room aswell. I felt very comfortable and safe staying at Majura with my family. One morning I forgot my jacket in front of the hotel and the staff found it and kept it for me. Very clean and nice hotel for reasonable price.

Maybe some noise from a train outside but we were so tired at the night and it didn't made us a big problem.

Единственный отель в Мавишехире. Все неплохо, если бы не шум поезда рядом и цыганское поселение под окнами.

Отличное место! Кажется, это единственный отель в Мавишехире.

От гула поездов здание почти дрожит. И цыганское поселение под окном

Perfect for a Stop & Go

Super spacious room and comfortable bed. Friendly breakfast staff

Pleasant

Breakfast was very very basic.

My floor had no lights on the lobby area, so after the elevator you would walk into darkness, the AC of the room would switch off after a few hours and I would wakeup drenched. But I found the staff as polite into listening the issue and addressing it when asked, since my stay was short I didnt bother to have everything fixed.

our stay was necessary and the hotel convenient location for us

the staff was amazing ,very polite and helpful

the bed was extremely hard the carpets needed cleaning as stained the windows didn’t shut properly so we could continuously hear the traffic noise ,dogs barking ,the call to prayer ,cockerels crowing

There was very little that was acceptable with this hotel

Very noisy especially by residents holding group meetings in their room past midnight. Very poor breakfast and very poor attention by serving staff. There is a mosque close by with a loudspeaker discharging at 6am. Cleanliness not much good. Residents smoking in their room while the hotel has a no smoking policy. No hot water one morning but no effort was made even by the following day to repair it. Certainly not recommended to anyone planning to book it.

Not a pleasant stay for us.

I have never written a negative review however in this instance, I feel obligated to truthfully review our experience. The staff rarely acknowledge us when at the motel unless we ask for assistance. Breakfast staff did not engage with guests at all and spent majority of their time on mobile phones and in the kitchen area. All guests had to attend the kitchen with their cups to ask for coffee. The room although large, had heavily stained carpets and the mattress was of very poor quality, very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. The room was right beside the railway line which was extremely loud also in the early mornings and late evenings. We checked out earlier than anticipated at a financial loss as the experience was not a positive one for us.

Perfect business hotel with easy access to highway.

Elaborate breakfast. Friendly staff. Very big rooms with all amenities. Plenty of parking spaces in front of hotel. Very near to traditional restaurants. Various shopping malls in vicinity. Metro station nearby.

Going through my staff by the housekeeper was unprofessional. Although having mentioning this to the manager (Mr Sabahattin), he has accused me of rigging this and accused me of trying to get free accommodation at the hotel. Due to this behaviour I have checked out early and cancelled my future stay at the hotel.

the given room was no working AC in a day and you need to open windows as it’s hot and then it was so noisy and all sides of the room was windows other than bed side. curtains can’t handle the sunlight. it was really not good experience to stay here.

Booked a room with 2 separate rooms for myself and my coworker (2 males) only to find out we were assigned to a room that has only one double bed. Hotel refused to give us the booked room and tried to argue that we did not book that room even though we had the booking confirmation in our hands. We ended up renting a second room, booking.com did not do anything either. Ridiculous experience.
