Not good, pretty gross unless you dig questionable cleanliness and feel at home in a smoked in house.

Pictures of the property online look great, the property has been recently updated. Could be nice if it weren’t for the overall cleanliness and a smell.

Property was dirty and wreaked of cigarette smoke throughout the entire home. Only stayed one night and would’ve left immediately if we hadn’t traveled around the world for 3 days just needing to do laundry and dead tired. Beds are awful, they’re all on frames about 6 inches off the ground, when the Property is dirty and stinks you question everything to include whether the sheets and towels are clean. The dryer also had chewing gum on the inside of the drum. Pretty seedy street of South Tampa as well, located next to dump or major construction site. Property manager stopped communicating past initial check in instructions.

it’s a cute place but, not worth it.

cute little place

right before the trip they make you do a security deposit of $200. they accused me of stealing an ironing board (which did not happen) and would not give me my refund. after messaging then multiple times with slow responses they finally sent back $80 of the $200 refund. we did not steal an ironing board and they had no proof of that so end the end they scammed me $120.

We did not have amenities in the apartment. There were no wash clothes to take a bath with and the towels were rough as if they were air dried. The comfort of the bed was horrible I did not sleep at all. When I need to wash pillow cases because my fiancé' head started bleeding dye, I had to use the dishwashing liquid. My fiancé' also need to iron clothing, but there was no iron. Other then that The apartment was very modern and very nice.

Last resort

Although it was in a rough area there was a park

Was told it was a smoke free environment. The apartment was definitely previously smoked in as well as cigarette butt all around outside. Was given the wrong apartment number then was given the wrong entry code so my husband who is a cancer patient and my disabled son was offered by the neighbor to stay in her apartment til it was sorted. The owner refused to answer the phone and barely responded to text and after about 35 mins we gained entry. Once inside the floors were so dirty that my 8 month old baby's hands and feet instantly turned black when he was crawling for about 15 mins. There were large dead cockroach in the bath tub and hallway which the apartment was supposed to be cleaned in-between tenants. The mattress also were basically on the floor and were flat pieces of cushion. My blankets at home are thicker than the matress there. The only reason we did not leave was with my husband's health condition, he need to go to moffitt and there was no time for adjustments to the schedule.

Overall nice place just details missed

It’s a spacious apartment. They have a full kitchen, full size fridge, washer and dryer and pots pans and dishes.

The code didn’t work. They tried to reset it that didn’t work. So they switched me again. This apartment the washer machine was broke. The shower curtain and rug were full of mold.

Nice place and very spacious

Use a the washer and dryer included in stay. The place had everything you need from pots & pans to towels and body wash.

The back door was in the bathroom and it shower is dark once the curtain is closed.

i loved the cleanliness and the area it was around very quite

i did not like the lack of supplies such as dust pan and it did smell like cigarettes when we arrived. you are also far from the beach

it was okay. I expected more from it though.

Everything clean

We arrived and the code to get in didn’t work. We had to contact through booking to get in. It smelled weird, like cigars. It lacked basic stuff like hairdryer, spices, cooking oil, detergent, where to dry plates.

Spacious and comfortable for the price. I would highly recommend!

It was comfortable for my family of 6.

There was a faint fishy smell for the first couple of days. Which didn’t bother us too bad. We understand people fish/gather shells on vacation.

All in all a lovely stay.

Well maintained and comfortable stay. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Right across the street from a little park.

There was no toilet paper holder in the restroom which was a little odd, but not the end of the world.

Horrible!

Nothing! The property was falsely advertised and we were scared for our safety.

As soon as we walked into the property to check in, we encountered luggage’s and trash bags in the living room. It looked like someone else was also staying there. The smell of old rotten food lingered throughout the house, the AC thermostat was not working, so just imagine what it smelled like. The pictures online are falsely advertised. The walls were dirty with stains, we had to purchase cleaning supplies to disinfect and the place was super small. To make things worse the city of Tampa placed a bright orange sticker on the window to stop all work orders (not sure what illegal work they were doing). Unfortunately my daughter left her iPad there and when we requested for it to be mailed to us she said she would, however, it’s been over 3 weeks and she has yet to respond with the tracking number. Overall it was a horrible experience. Stay at your own risk.

won’t stay again

it was nice and clean when I arrived

communication with the host is absolutely horrible, only had two wash cloths and 4 towels. The Tv in the bedroom and living room did not work. the beds are really low, no extra toilet paper, no extra trash bags or anything. I would not recommend no one tends to your needs. they take your money then your on your own.

Perfect place for a solo traveler or a family stay

The home was clean and had everything needed for an extended stay if needed. The bedrooms all were equipped with large TVs and ceiling fans. The kitchen was perfect for making a meal. The washer and dryer were a nice surprise as well.

Air Conditioner doesn’t work

Clean, good location, good neighborhood.

We stayed 4 days, of those 4 days the air conditioning did not work 3 days, there was no response from the staff to attend the second time they were notified of problems with the air conditioning. They must have staff on call for weekend situations.

A week stay

When I walked in it was absolutely beautiful. The beds were pretty comfortable and low to the floor which was nice. Overall it was very comfortable and nice. I really recommend staying here

There was no dish soap but it was due to not having enough supply which is understandable
