This lovely 3 bedroom and 4 full bath home offers coastal luxury comfort and is only 0.4 miles to the Scenic 395 Beach Access. This house is a perfect choice to book your vacation!
Featuring a spacious first floor kitchen and living area with an open concept for the whole family to gather. The stunning updates include wide plank, reclaimed hardwood floors, vaulted ceiling, gourmet kitchen space! There is a first floor master bedroom with a king size bed and en suite with a glass enclosed shower. Additionally there is a full size bathroom with a shower and tub combo on the first floor, off the FL room. Head up to the second floor where you will find a second master suite with a king size bed and private en suite with access to a private balcony. The third bedroom is on this level and has two twin over queen size bunk beds as well as its own en suite with a shower and tub combo.
The neighborhood has two pools providing the opportunity to choose the pool offering the most privacy or the most action, whichever you prefer. Take a stroll through the lush, natural landscape of Bayou Walk where you will be able to launch your paddleboard, kayak, or canoe and paddle to Western Lake. This luxurious coastal home is in a quiet location but close to everything! It is located right next to Watercolor and Seaside with lots of shopping and restaurants! Enjoy riding bikes through the community, or take a walk on the walking paths throughout 30A.
