The 4th Williamson Family Condo is unit #410 at Lighthouse Cove. It is a waterfront unit situated on beautiful Lake Delton with a large 2nd floor patio allowing guests to relax and watch as life on the lake flows by. Ideally located near all of the attractions that the Dells has to offer, this 2 bed & 2 bath condo is perfect for a couple's weekend, golf trip, girls' weekend or a family getaway.
The condo is beautifully appointed with comfortable beds & Roku TV's for rainy days.
This is a lake front property in Lighthouse Cove with a great view. You will enjoy the kitchen that is complete with all the essentials and more and is completely open to the family room. The condo has indoor and outdoor (seasonal) pools and hot tubs for year-round enjoyment. In the summer you are just steps away from the private beach and you can fish from the docks. If you are bringing your boat, there is ample secure parking for your boat & trailer and a boat slip at no charge (ask about availability). Noah's Ark waterpark is a 5 minute (1/4 mile) walk so you can avoid paying for parking there and comfortably return to your own condo for lunch mid-day.
Bedroom 1 - King Bed, Roku TV, Walk-in Closet, Private Bath (w/ standup shower, jetted tub, & 2 sinks), Door to Patio.
Bedroom 2 - King Bed, Roku TV, Large Closet, Adjacent to 2nd Full Bath. A sliding barn door combines the bathroom and bedroom to create a private 2nd suite.
We keep 2 high quality rollaway beds with a 300 lb capacity in a closet.
Family Room - Large sectional sofa with recliners and a 65" Roku TV
Large 2nd Floor Balcony with tables and chairs for relaxing or chatting.

RENTAL AGREEMENT
Lighthouse Cove is a unique condo Association, comprised of private condo owners, which allows both long and short-term rentals. Please enjoy the property by complying with the following rules and being respectful of condo owners, their families and other permanent residents as well as fellow-guests. Excess noise, lewd behavior, failure to comply with the following rules or failure to comply with local or federal law may result in Guest, the Rental Party and any others permitted on property by Guest to be removed from the premises by owner or property manager.
Please be courteous to our neighbors and obey the following Homeowners
Association Rules:
• Guests. People other than those in Guest’s party may not stay
overnight in the condo. Any other person in the condo is the sole
responsibility of Guest. The person on the reservation must be 21 years of age unless preapproved by host.
• Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests is limited to
6 persons.
• Parking. Guests must park in a spot that is designated to the unit in
which they are staying. Other available spots are reserved for
residents.
• Pets. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS
• Quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep
noise to a minimum during these hours and refrain from using the
whirlpool tub.
• Pool Areas. At no time may glass of any kind be carried into the pool
areas. Only low voltage, battery powered equipment is permitted in
pool. No running or diving is allowed. The exercise room and sauna are
reserved for the exclusive use of unit owners and their families. Swim
diapers are required for the little ones.
• Grilling. There are multiple gas grills available for community use on-
property. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited anywhere on-property.
No grills of any type are permitted on the patio/balcony.
• Patio/Balcony. The patio/balcony are not to be used as storage areas.
Please refrain from hanging towels, swim suits, or anything else over
the railings.
• Liability. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for any
accidents, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises or its
facilities. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for the loss
of personal belongings or valuables of the guest party. By accepting this
reservation, it is agreed that all guests (as well as others they invite to
the premises) are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from
their use of the premises or its facilities.
• Toilets. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper
• Wildlife. No feeding ducks or wildlife
• Garbage. Garbage from the condo must be taken to the dumpsters in
the parking lot. Do not put trash in common area cans such as the one
by the grills.
• Docks. Children under the age of 16 must have adult supervision while
on the docks. Keep docks clear of tripping hazards at all times.
• Boat Slips. Slips are leased by individual LHC owners. Guests may only
use a slip with the permission of the owner. Slip #32 is a day slip that
may be used during the day on a first come, first serve basis. Boats may
not be kept in #32 overnight.

We have been coming to the dells for over 20 years and always stay in a big name resort but we wanted a different experience. This was perfect. We spent 2 full days at Noah’s Ark, which is right across the street, we spent evenings on the beach with friends who rented a different condo by the same owners, and the rest of our time was spent on the balcony over looking the lake. It was perfect. The unit was immaculately clean. The upgrades are great and the space is well laid out. We couldn’t have been happier.
The buildings are undergoing an upgrade as well, which is great.

Roomy and comfortable 2BR/2BA right on Lake Delton. Quiet and well appointed. Really enjoyed the awesome view of the lake. Super convenient to everything in the Dells.

It was a perfect location on Lake Delton to spend the Memorial Weekend with family. The condo has so many amazing amenities from an indoor pool, a private beach and a private dock. It doesn’t look like much from outside, but the inside of the condo is very nice full of high quality furnishings. The only complaint is the noise from the upstairs neighbors was pretty bad at night when we were trying to sleep. Would love to stay here again with our family!

We stayed for two nights with another couple during the week during off season. Accommodations were very nice. Very clean and comfortable. Fun to be able to hang out at night with our friends.

We were there for a short weekend volleyball tournament and loved the place the second we walked in. Wish we could’ve enjoyed the pool/hot tub but sadly we didn’t have much time due to the volleyball schedule. We will definitely be booking here again in the future when we can actually spend more time enjoying it & all it has to offer. Chris was great to work with!!!

Enjoyed hiking Devil's Lake State Park and doing the Upper Dells boat tour. Chris is a great host and provided wonderful suggestions for restaurants and other activities in the area. The highlight was sitting on the balcony and seeing an eagle fly low over the lake with a fish!

We absolutely loved this place! Cleaner than anywhere we've ever stayed. Location was perfect. Beach and view of the lake from the private balcony was amazing. Kids had fun at the indoor pool on the cooler days. Pictures advertised are spot on! Will definitely be staying again!!

Probably the best communication I have every received while staying at a VRBO. The condo is clean and does not have lots of knick knacks or extra things in the fridge or cabinets. This gave it a "cleaner" vibe, which I really appreciate. In fact, it is probably my favorite kitchen of any VRBO I have ever stayed in. I would stay again but bring a box of Kleenex and a few extra blankets the next time.

My family stayed here for a long weekend and it was perfect! The condo and amenities offered were everything we needed for a fun family trip. The owner was great to deal with, the condo was very clean upon arrival and the location is awesome! The pool and beach were great to have so close, the views were beautiful and we never had any issues with parking. It was also a quick drive to downtown and other restaurants. Highly recommend! We will be back!

This property was the perfect place for us to stay with 2 teenagers. The kitchen is fully stocked and having 2 bathrooms was so useful! The cleanliness of the condo was A++...and was just as described. The view of the lake from the deck was beautiful. We spent many mornings and nights out there enjoying the view. We had such a great vacation and we will definitely be back to stay here!!

This wonderful VRBO has a balcony looking out over Lake Delton. Everything you could want for fun at the Fells. Chris got right back when I had a question. One of the best VRBOs we have stayed at!

Great property! About 30 minutes from Devils Head Ski Resort. Very clean and spacious. Bring some creamer and/or sweetener if you want it for your coffee. My only suggestion would be an email telling us what unit number it was. We figured it out by the unit being the password. Otherwise, perfect!

The property is ideally located, the view of the lake is beautiful, and everything was clean and exactly as advertised. The property manager was extremely king, responsive, and helpful as well.

This condo was perfect for our weekend ski trip. Conveniently located near both Cascade and Devils head resorts. The hot tub and pool were wonderful after a day of skiing. Both are right across the parking lot. We had plenty of space, the beds were super comfy and our kids slept on the sectional. My only complaint was the house was not equipped with basic condiments (s&p, dish towels, cooking oil) but that was clearly outlined in the rules and condo info, so we brought our own. The host was very responsive and helpful, often reaching out to make sure all was ok. The condos were quiet and we felt safe at all times. We plan to stay here again. It was perfect for our 2 families.

Very clean, warm, welcoming home away from home inviroment. The Beds were so comfy. There is lots of space throughout the unit more than anticipated. Plan on staying in the future.
