The main hotel is really attractive. We were based in the annex a little distance away. The accommodation was fairly basic but clean and in a pleasant location. W enjoyed the breakfast in the hotel. We had a problem trying to book ourselves and 5 bicycles onto a train from Béziers to Lyon. Jeremie in reception was exceptionally helpful in arranging the booking for us. He spent considerable time on our behalf completing the Internet booking. It was above and beyond his duties and we were extremely grateful.
The annex accommodation is fairly basic but, nevertheless, provided value for money.

beautifully renovated since our last stay. staff friendly and rooms very good.
had the half board option and there was no choice of meals. would have been very difficult if vegetarian.

Personnel was nice.
The hotel was in a good location.
We had reserved a room with two beds (and that was indicated on the chart on the wall in our room), but there was only a single bed.
I hardly slept for the 3 nights.

I liked the location: St Gilles central in the Camarque and 20 min drive from Arles. This is a typical French hotel with an excellent restaurant. The room was small but clean and sufficient for our needs as we spend our time site seeing. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The shower door did not close completely and you had to pay attention not to flood the bathroom floor.

This place was easy to reach during our bike tour along the Via Rhôna. We had both diner and breakfast in the hotel and both were good. During the order of the meals, the employees enjoyed to make some small jokes. When some mosquitos showed up in the evening, the employees offered free mosquito repellent spray. We yould park all our bikes safely in a nearby garage.

The hotel is very central, and it's easy to find a parking spot at the nearby public parking lot. There is plenty of places to explore in the area. Friendly host and spacious, clean rooms. You could tell that the room had just been renovated, and the air condition was great.

Liked everything about the hotel. Great location facilities and friendly staff. Didn't stay for breakfast so not possible to give an opinion.

We will remember this place for exceptionally unfriendly staff. The man at the reception has treated us with an attitude of superiority and arrogance from the very moment we stepped in the hotel. Nor him nor anybody else in the hotel could speak a word of any other language apart from French (no english, no italian, no german, no spanish) and they didn't want to make any effort to make themselves understood by us. The room had absolutely nothing to do with the rooms on booking.com: much smaller with no window that we could open. The only way to get some light was to open a door that went directly on the street (and the area where the hotel is pretty rough at night, as for juvenile racing with loud motorbikes and drunken people), the shower without a curtain flooded the whole bathroom. As they told us later on, they had given us the barrier-free room. The hotel was almost empty and we haven't been given any other option.

The best thing about the hotel is the restaurant, the food there is really nice. The breakfast was aprreciated as well, you don't have a lot of choice, but all the food is of very good quality. The roof terrase is a nice place to relax. Nearby there is a big public parking, so if you come with your car you will have no problem finding a place to park. And another big plus was the price, it was very reasonable for what the hotel could offer.
The soundproofing is poor, you can not only hear everything in the coridor but also in the rooms close to you. The airconditioner after some time of work would start to produce the air that smelled funny.

Hotel confortable, econòmic i tranquil
7.5
Fairly basic Logis hotel with an excellent restaurant
Breakfast was expensive so we used the boulangerie opposite
8.8
All facilities, staff and food.
Unfortunately the booking com picture of this hotel is not representative of it's current appearance. The hotel is now surrounded by huge roadworks and featured plane trees have been removed. Noise and dust were unavoidable.
5.8
Good location, good value for money, decent room, practical for an overnight stay
Some of the staff was rather unfriendly (but not all), the restaurant was a bit overpriced, no secure/closed parking (as stated in their profile)
