Great location. Wonderful apartment. Having the sheets & towels included was a delight. Outdoor shower fantastic. Lovely deck.

2 blocks from the beach was fantastic! We were able to leave the car most days, and walk or bike everywhere. The apartment is the top floor in one half of a Victorian house, that was bright, and quiet. The beds were great - nice and firm. It has some updates, and more seem to be in progress. It was nice to have bath towels, as most CM properties do not, and there were bottles of shampoo, soap, dish soap, etc, which were appreciated. The outdoor back patio furniture was old, and the whole area was not clean enough to sit or spend time in, nor did grilling seem appealing, however the outdoor shower was brand new and a nice addition! The third bedroom has triple stacked twin beds and wouldn't be appropriate for adults. Parking is on-street, but wasn't too much of an issue. The one negative is that there were a lot of cleanliness issues inside the apartment, but the owners were using a new crew. Also, the owner's kids were taking outdoor showers and their family was on the porch for almost an hour after our check-in time of 4pm, which I haven't seen before, but everyone was very pleasant and had good tips on the area.

We have been going to Cape May for 25 years. Mostly at the Camelot, which we love but have out grown. We’ve stayed at a few other homes but need room for at least 6, sometimes 7. The other homes were a bit far or a little small. This home was perfect. Great location and comfortably fit our family. Easy walk or bike to the beach/mall and my wife’s family staying at the Camelot. We got to see our family while having our own space across the street. Alicia was very responsive with the few questions we had. Our teenage boys had a fun time and want to stay at this location again. Highly recommend!

My husband, our adult son and myself stayed at this pretty Victorian house during a weekend in December 2023 to attend a wedding. We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is walking distance to the beach and to all the amenities in the center of Cape May. The listing was accurate and the communication / check-in process was good and easy. We would definitely like to go back during the summer!

Well equipped, nicely appointed, 3rd floor apartment 1 block from the beach and a short walk to the mall. Dinner at sunset on the deck was perfect. Great grill and common area in the backyard. Many great restaurants all within walking distance. Louisa's is a definite thumbs up. Bike rental is 1/2 block away. We will be back. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment! It is a two minute walk to the beach, and only a short drive to all of the migration events. There is a lovely kitchen, stocked with quality equipment (not "leftover" glasses, dishes, and pans). The kitchen adjoins a very nice deck area, perfect for meals and stargazing!
The beds are super comfortable, and every room was bright and clean. Most of all, the hosts could not have been more helpful or responsive to our inquiries! Very thankful for a lovely stay!

We had such a wonderful weekend at this property. The location is perfect — a short walk to everything including the beach, restaurants, and the Washington Mall. The apartment was super clean and comfortable. We couldn’t ask for a better house to spend the last weekend of summer in.

This apartment is adorable and perfect for a trip to cape may. Everything is within a short walking distance!
Kitchen has everything you need plus the private deck is so nice.
Depending with who you are traveling with, the only drawback may be the bunk bed in the 3rd room. If you have kids, awesome, if it's all adults it may not be the most comfortable.

This was an overall excellent rental. Very close to everything, clean, with good amenities. The hosts were great communicators as well. The only negative is there is only off-street parking which can get tricky during busy times.

Everything is in walking distance - This property is so close to the beach and to town/Washington mall! My husband, 2 kids (ages 11 and 13) and 2 of their friends had a great beach week in Cape May.
Owners were great hosts with some great local recommendations (dining, etc) and were quick to respond if any issues arose. Dryer was not working but Alicia had a repair person come out asap & ordered 2 drying racks same day so we could still do our laundry.
Will definitely be back!

Engagement weekend
Our youngest daughter was getting engaged and we were invited down to be a part of it. I needed to find a place last minute. We had stayed here for our older daughters birthday in November. Luckily for us it was available. We love the charm of an older Victorian home. The owners are very accommodating and the location is perfect. Within walking distance of town!

Authentic Cape May
Spacious 3rd floor apartment with lots of space to sleep, live, and enjoy all that Cape May has to offer. Hosts were immediately responsive and helpful. The 3-story walk-up can be a worthy challenge (my 9 month pregnant wife managed) for a set of beautiful city and ocean views with accompanying elevated ocean breezes. Perfectly placed within walking distance of hustle and bustle of CM while being just far enough away that parking can be found within a block or two. Great Spot for Great Memories.
