Enjoy being across the road from Kendall's Beach in the charming coastal township of Kiama. Kendall's Beach Cottage is a modern, fully equipped home - perfect for a family getaway! The premises is fully fenced and pet friendly.
**Edit: Please note that the bedding configuration in the second bedroom has recently been changed. Instead of 4 single bunk beds, it is a double bed with a single on top and a trundle underneath. The property still sleeps 6 people.

Loved this beautiful little house. So near the beach for glorious sunrise walks and our dog enjoyed staying there as much as we did. House has everything you could need for an carefree stay. Host was very easy to communicate with too. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The kitchen is so well equipped for cooking, the beds are very comfortable and all only a short stroll to the beach. It would also be very cosy for a winter stay. An immaculately kept property in a great location and the host was so thoughtful in leaving a super welcome gift. We would definitely stay here again.

The best cottage accomodation, arms length from the beach and close to so many wonderful places to go. The hosts were very accomodating and made sure that we were very comfortable in our stay away - 10/10 - thank you.

We loved this holiday home. Best we’ve ever stayed in. Everything seemed new. Gourmet kitchen, smart tv, washer/dryer. House is not large but just enough space for our family of 2 adults and a teenage daughter. 2 children would have been fine if they are happy to share a bedroom. Beds were comfortable. Pets welcome - fully fenced yard so dogs are safe. Brilliant location - right across from the beach. Andrea is an amazing host. Friendly and accomodating where possible. We highly recommend this property for a beach holiday - either with or without pets or children.

Kendall’s Beach Cottage was extremely comfortable and very well equipped. We and our two Schnautzers had a most enjoyable stay. Fortunately the owner was nearby as VRBO had not sent the access instructions. A perfect holiday place very close to the beach.

A property which you’ll always go back to. My go-to property to stay at when I’m in need of a staycation in Kiama. Cannot express how clean and tidy this house is, just a minutes walk away from the beach and coastal walk. Thankyou to the owners of this property, again, for having us. Can’t wait to come back. :)

Andrea, our host was helpful from the moment we made contact. The space itself was as depicted. Everything you need, in the way of cooking utensils, bedding, laundry is provided. The cottage is well but quietly situated. Very happy with our host and our stay. Thank you Andrea.

Enjoyed 3 nights at the cottage. We came to visit family and bought our Spoodle. We walked everyday into Kiama…beautiful walk along the waterfront. Kendall’s beach less than 50m walk. We host an early Christmas dinner one night and kitchen was very well equipped. Loved the shower. Very happy and would stay again.

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights with our 2 mini schnauzer’s. The house is perfectly located less than a minute stroll to a great beach. There is a brilliant off leash area 5 minute walk on the headland so great dog walks. The house was immaculate and secure for the pooches. The host Andrea was friendly and accommodating in her messaging and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend Kendall’s Beach Cottage for a stay. We’ll be back for sure.

Great space, comfortable for our family of five plus fully fenced yard for our dog. Fully stocked kitchen and comfy beds. Heating was good for the cooler nights. Great location, short walk to the beach and easy walk to Kiama central. Overall had a great stay.
