- To safeguard the properties we manage, guests who book are required to be at least 21 years old and acknowledge and sign a rental agreement.
- Dogs are allowed for an additional fee of $250 per dog with a maximum of two dogs. Because we love hosting dogs and hope to continue to do so, we expect dog owners to be responsible for cleaning up after their dog and any damage caused by their dog with a signed pet agreement.
