Great value. Great staff. Large, comfortable rooms. Nice pool and spa treatments.

Lovely hotel with great staff. Zohaib, Amina, Cindy and Susan were all really helpful as well as the front desk staff and the valet parking team. Facilities were good. Our room was huge and really comfortable. We used the pool and the spa. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choice.

The Damac Lagoon development is being built right opposite the hotel. The view from one whole side of the building is literally a huge construction site as far as you can see. Even on the golf course side there are many houses being built. This isn’t the hotel’s fault and will create a wonderful view in a couple of years time.

Perfect!!!!

Great location, great facilities and great staff. We were attending a family funeral and the staff made a very difficult situation so much better. We can’t thank everyone enough for making our stay so special. Nothing was too much trouble.

فندق هادي جداا مزود بعازل للغرف مانع للصوت تم ترقية غرفتي الي جناح بمقابل مالي بسيط ومعقول سرعه الدخول وكذلك سرعة في إنهاء الاجرات . شكرا فندق ريدسون داماك دبي سوف أكرر زيارتي للفندق كذلك شكري للبيوكنج على حل مشكله الخلاف المالي في بداية الحجز

طلبت اكل من خارج الفندق ولم يسمحو بطلوع عامل التوصيل بتوصيل طلبي ولم يسمحو كذلك بطلوع توصيل عامل من الفندق

Amazing and friendly. Will defo go back!

We came and stayed as our family lived locally. First time I had ever been and I loved it! The pool area is wonderful and the bar and waiting staff in the main restaurant were very attentive to us. Best steak and ceviche I have ever tasted. Considering we had to stay inside and remake plans for that horrible rain day, I was happy that it was there. Thank you for looking after us x

They don’t do cider on draft in the top bar :(

هناك فرعين يعرضون صورة الاول و يحجزون لك في الثاني الفندق الذي رأيته على البوكينج ليس هو المحجوز

شكل الغرفه حلو و استقبال الموظفين

زحمة ، الرسبشن مش هادي نهائيا ، ارضية الغرفه كانت كارثيه من حيث النظافه كان الغبار يملي الرض ، الصور المعروضه على البوكنج لفرع و الحجز اللي يسوونه لحجز فرع ثاني و الاختلاف بينهم مثل الارض و السما ديزاين الفندق نفسه مل حلو و الغرف مكتومه عباره عن ممرات طويله فيها ابواب كبيره كل باب تفتحه تحصل مجموعة غرف لا تشبه من الخارج ابدا ما قد تكون رأيته على الموقع

Good hotel and staff

Yassmine specifically at the reception and all her colleagues were so professionals though it was extremely over crowded but the kept the smile and covered all the needed information.. The pool and sauna is big and nice Room is cozy and balcony has good view on golf area Appreciate they accepted my last minute cancelation of the other room in rapid time In general all is good

Just a small note about the bar at the pool was left with only one person struggling to serve everyone, after it suddenly rained and i had our food all became wet as he could not manage on time to cover the food as he was alone trying to manage the situation.

الفندق ممتاز ولكنه بعيد عن قلب دبي. هو قريب من القرية العالمية تقريباً

الشقة واسعة ونظيفة ومريحة وخدمة الغرف ممتازة ويوجد سوبرماركت قريبة.

الكنبات في غرفة المعيشة صغيرة وغير مريحة. يوجد اصوات ازعاج بسبب اعمال البناء في الخارج.

This property was lovely and clean and modern pool etc was lovely unfortunately there is a lot of construction in the area at the minute which makes it very noisy hotel did offer too move us rooms but don’t think it would’ve helped the noise level

A nice modern hotel with some small hiccups to improve upon.

Staff is very courteous, interior design is modern, the room ameneties are modern, the breakfast is adequate, cleanliness is topnotch and there are groceries and pharmacy nearby for your needs.

Location is very hard to get into, as you need to pass a long side road. The bed is too stiff for our liking. Needs some maintenance work as the faucet is not fixed properly and water is pooling in the sink and slow to drain.

Pleasant Stay and friendly staff...

Friendly staff, all over. We had on the first evening dinner @ ISSEI and it was a very nice experience. Service staff was very friendly and could explain the menu very well. Japanese - Peruvian cuisine, very tasty and something new. Will try again, when we be back in this area. The other 2 nights we had dinner @Fire Lake and it was again a great experience. Very friendly and attentive service staff. Location of the hotel was very convenient for us, having business at Motor City. Right next to E611 for easy entrance and easy exit.

We order some drinks for Room Service, that took quite a long time to arrive and one follow up call. If you would like to be coloser to the city it might not be the best option. Other than that we can highly recommend Radisson Damac Hills Hotel.

Relaxing and quiet stay.

The management and the staff were superb. Quick to answer phone calls and quick to give us what we needed.

Make sure that if you have kids to choose the deep cleaning everyday. Don’t opt in on the cleaning only once every three days. I don’t know why the hotel makes this an option. The rooms should be deep cleaned every day.
