This Ultra-luxury resort style living on golf Course. The style, finest finishes & uniqueness separates this home from rest of the market. 6,000 sf with 7 bedrooms and 5.5 bath, accommodating up to 14 guests. The floor plan includes 2 separate living rooms, Detached guest casita, pool table, Tennis and Basketball court. Pool and Hot tub. Fully stocked kitchen & dining areas. Smart TV screens mounted in almost every room + High speed WIFI for work from home professionals.

The Space:
We've been hosting on Airbnb for years with multiple properties in Scottsdale. Whether it's your first time using Airbnb or you're already a pro, you'll love how easy it is to work with us. Soak up the Sun in the pool or your choice of Basketball or Tennis on the private court.

The Neighborhood:
We are located on the Orange tree golf course and within minutes from high end dining and shopping at Scottsdale Quarter and Keirlend Commons.

Other Things to Note:
- We strongly enforce Airbnb's rules and regulations against parties, maximum occupancy and noise ordinance.

- Pets allowed with additional $200 fee/Per pet/per stay

- Late check out (if available) $400 additional fee

- Early check in (if available) $400 additional fee

Enjoyed our stay for 11 family members over 4 days. Nice, safe location, close to many stores and restaurants. The owner, Paul, was proactive in responding to all of my inquiries before and during my stay. Because of the winds that had leaves and other debris, the pool wasn't as clean as preferred, so Paul sent the pool person within an hour any made the pool much cleaner and we had a great time in the big pool. House was fully equipped and we only needed food and our personal items. There were just minimal things that needed more attention but overall fantastic overall.

This was the perfect house for my family coming from all over the country. There was never a dull moment with all the sporting activities available. We loved the Pickle Ball Court. We also loved how many umbrellas there were, we are a bit fair skinned.

Paul was the best host I've had at my various stays. His response time was great. We had a few issues with the plumping during our stay but he was right on it. The place is a little old and is showing it's wear and tear, but still very nice. The casita is well kept and worked out great for our group. The pool is large and kept up quite nicely although it definitely could use some hand rails to make it easier to get in and out. The outside porch is large and comfortable to seat a large group in the shade on the hot days. The kitchen is large and made it easy for us to cook a few meals. The location is close to restaurants, shopping and not too far to do some hiking in the mountains.

Like most VRBO homes that are meant specifically for large groups it was a little beat up but the amenities were great, plenty of activities for a large group, the pool had heat and communication with the hosts was available 24/7 and they were very helpful.

We have been coming to the area every Easter, but this was our first time staying at this property. It's absolutely ideal for multiple families or couples wanting to spend quality time together. Our age ranges were from 2-82 and everyone had a blast! The only thing that was not functioning during our visit were the outdoor pickleball lights and Paul (host) credited us for that inconvenicne, which was first-class. We will definitely be back!

Our large group had a once-in-a-lifetime experience at this house! The house was beautiful and had everything you need from all the kitchen equipment and utensils, plenty of couches and beds, sports equipment and more! Paul was an amazing host as well! Paul was very responsive and was able to accommodate all of our needs. Highly Recommend!

The house is on a main street and to enter the front driveway you need to get through a gate. Once in the house is very large, plenty of space with large backyard that backs up to the golf course. Plenty of activities available and the TV's had cable so need to log into your own streaming services. Would definitely stay again.

We had the best trip and much of it was due to this amazing house! Plenty of space for our family that ranged from grandparents to infants. The kids were busy the whole trip because of all the great amenities on the property. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Top notch stay!

Property was well described and perfect for large family with adult children. We specifically wanted 7 bedrooms we could use for adult couple and no “bunk rooms”. This fitted the bill perfectly. Great space outside for everyone to hang out and eat together. Plenty of glasses, utensils etc. Master suite is huge and tennis/pickle ball wads boys. Played golf on the orange tree course and would recommend that as well. Would do the pool heat if we come back in November. Overall excellent and will look to return

This house served our team of 7 traveling to Phx from Alaska very well. Enough room to relax yet have games and team building. Amazing, clean and quiet. The host worked with us regarding the pool and hot tub heat. Paul was accommodating and had fast responses.

We stayed at this property this past weekend for a guys trip and it had every accommodation we were hoping for! Plenty of things to do and very spacious for the 10 of us that stayed there! We had a group of 12 ages 30-75 and the property was the perfect size and layout. The amenities were all fantastic, we spend most of our time outside. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook extravagant meals. Property owner was accessible at all times. Highly recommend!

Plenty of room for a few couples that wanted to escape the Midwest cold. Going to consider bringing the kids along with another family or two to enjoy all the amenities they have to offer. Plenty of room to park rental cars in driveway. On a main road, quick and easy access. But never an issue pulling out in traffic as it’s close to a traffic light.

We come to Phoenix every year for a fundraising event - pediatric brain cancer DIPG. We need homes that can accommodate 12-16 people which means enough rooms and bathrooms. This was by far the best property. Hopefully it will be available next year for us.

Stayed here over the long weekend for Labor Day and this house was better than advertised. We felt like we were in our own resort. The photos do not do Justice for how big and beautiful the home is. The master bedroom is otherworldly, and there is more than enough space to enjoy. Paul, our host responded to all questions right away and made himself available. Seamless check in/check out. Can not recommend any higher. If we come back no question, we will stay here again!!

We loved the home! We came to town for a wedding and had family visit us. Gorgeous home with tons of amenities. I highly recommend staying here. I would note to pay attention to the warning of golf balls, though. My son parked by the Casita and his car was dented by one.
