Come enjoy this bright, fully equipped 2/2 with a open floor plan and fenced private yard. Property is located at the end of the street with plenty of parking. Couldn’t ask for a more central location 5 min to Vero’s best beach, shopping, and downtown art district and restaurants. Check out my other Rock Ridge listings. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. Ginger Lilly organic plant based body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Hand sanitizer, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent.

The house was in a great location for the price especially- the beach was about a 5-10 minute drive with every store you could imagine in a close proximity (but not taking away from the charm of the area). The house was super cozy and very clean as well as stocked with everything you need and more! The host is very nice and welcoming and check-in and check-out were a breeze. Just a nice area, nice house, nice host, and nice price altogether. :)

We have stayed with this host at multiple locations and both are very lean, well located, a reasonably priced. We hope that we can book each year with this host!

This property was listed with a hot tub and a spa bath. Neither was present. While the home was clean, it appeared as if the cleaning crew didn't finish restocking. There were no paper towels, no toilet paper, no garbage bags in the trash cans. Coffee grounds still in the coffee maker. We found what we needed after searching in the garage. The host was unfriendly and minimally communicative. Would not rent again.

In towns like these, location is everything! This home had literally everything you need, with a cool beachy vibe located quietly in the center of town (if you can believe that) 1 min from the beachside bridge. Worth every penny. Will stay here again!

Easy to find location, last house on street, was quiet and private. Home was clean and very welcoming! Decorated nicely, pretty and comfortable. It was nice that both of us had own room and bathroom. My friend indicated the master bed wasn’t comfortable for her but I slept like a rock on the trundle bed. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. The TV was awesome and the Dot was nice to have on while playing cards. Grocery and shopping was close, beaches just a short distance away. It worked out perfect for us, i would recommend this rental to anyone!

The house had everything we needed and David was quick to respond to any questions/issues HUHU, Netflix and Disney were on huge TV plus google voice option. It is very convenient to all we needed and enjoyed in a safe neighborhood. New appliances and comfortable seating and beds. We enjoyed a month there.

Cannot say enough, beautiful set up inside the house with open floor plan. Completely comfortable, fire pit in rear seating in front of house. Take a quick few turns and you are quickly across the bridge to the beaches. House very accommodating, all amenities and more within house. We will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed at this sweet little cottage. Very clean and well stocked with toiletries and towels. We would definitely stay there again. 5 stars all the way around.
