Very nice property. Anything you needed in the kitchen was available. Small issue with the pool Passes in that the recreation center we were supposed to pick them up in was closed for renovations. We were told to go to another center who could not access the passes online and had to go to a third recreation center the next day.

The property was beautiful as advertised and very well furnished. The owner thought of everything you might need and it was there. The location was perfect and we loved riding around in the golf cart. The only downside was a disconnect between VRBO and The Villages. We were told to go to La Hacienda to pick up our passes but when we got there and we told them we had rented through VRBO, they couldn't find any information for passes for us and told us that even if VRBO did contact them, there would be a 3-day wait for us to get passes. They then sent us to another sales office to see if they had our passes and, of course, they did not. Fortunately, we were able to reach out to the owner and she got the VRBO contact to reach out to La Hacienda and we picked up our passes at the first office we went to, which they conveniently dated 3 days ahead, meaning they weren't effective for the first 3 days of our 5-day stay. Again, the owner reached out so we could get passes with the proper dates. After the confusion of the passes, our stay was very good and we can't say enough good things about the owner and the property.

This house had everything needed & then some! Very clean home with plenty of towels, bedding, sofa blankets... even courtesy coffee & snacks. The home is on a corner with the lanai facing the street- but, with tree & bushes providing privacy. The lanai & golf cart were my favorites. Very peaceful & comfortable stay. The host is wonderful as well!

The house was so clean and it had so many little touches that made you feel at home! They had full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and even had toothpaste and new toothbrushes. The coffee bar was stocked with kcups, creamers, teas, etc. It was perfect for our weekend getaway!

Very nice home. Only a couple things that made me go with a 4 stars. There was a dead roach in one of the closets and a couple towels need to be replaced. They smell old an musky. There was a doggie toy ball under the coffee table someone left. The neighborhood not the most friendly. Not sure why someone put dog poop and a bag with rocks on it as to say we needed to pick it up. No, I don't think so. I know you can't control the neighbors but a little closer attention in cleaning. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The home was lovely, extremely clean and welcoming. The second bedroom had a wonderful work station area with terrific WiFi. Communication with Valerie, the owner, was excellent! She replaced the kitchen fan while we were there, as well as the outside grill and grill cover. We loved the lanai and spent a lot of time there. We hope to return someday!

The property was clean and very well positioned in The Villages. Garbage is picked up twice a week, but we are used to recycling. There are bins for newspaper and plastic bags at the grocery stores. You did not have to travel far anything you need. The golf cart came in handy, and it is very easy to get around. The activities in The Villages is amazing.

Our little get away for the honeymoon we never had was even better than we anticipated. The host went out of her way to accommodate our requests ahead of time and the check in was a breeze. The home is immaculate and gave us ideas for how we would like to retire! All directions, recommendations, and local attractions lists were right by the door and the golf cart was loads of fun. Even the neighbors were friendly! The bedding was clean and comfortable with a mattress that was a dream for my very bad back! Definitely will be returning!

Great place to stay in the Heart of the Villages

This was our second time here and it was wonderful again. (please read my first review) This home is beautifully decorated and rooms are bigger than they look in pictures. The Lanai is a great place to enjoy the evenings. It is located between two of the town squares, which is convenient. The 4 person gas golf cart is a big plus. Most importantly, the communication with the owners was fantastic. We will definitely be going back!

Very Nice Place to Stay. Comfy and tastefully decorated. All The bedding and Linens were like new. We used about every area in the house. Our favorite was the little sitting area by the dining table and the Lanai in the evenings and with morning coffee. Neighbors were friendly throughout during our Walks. The Guest passes for the pools and golf were awesome. We Enjoyed driving the provided Golf Cart to town squares listened to music, farmers market, and dinners at the country club. We Enjoyed Our Stay ! We Would Stay Again!!

My wife and I stayed in this location for a week with our two small dogs and another couple. It was very clean, well equipped, and in a nice location. The property owner was very helpful before check in and anytime we had questions. I would definitely stay here again if back in the area.

Ideally located between Spanish Springs and Sumter Landing town squares. The House is located at the end of the block in a very quiet neighborhood. The Landscaping is done with care and compliments the house and area. You enter thru the lanai, which is very spacious with chairs, couch and a table. Great place to relax in the morning or evening. The house is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and inviting. The kitchen has a great work flow and does not feel tight or cramped. In the bedrooms there is plenty of room for your suitcase and the master has a walk in closet. The beds are very comfortable. In the bathrooms, the showers are bigger than normal with hand bars for people with difficulties. In the Garage you will find the Gas Golf cart, this is a plus because its the best way to get around the Villages. The owner Valarie was great and answered all my question very quickly. I will definitely be going back!
