About this house rental

This modernist wine country estate home is nestled just outside of the city, amongst soaring redwoods and rolling vineyard views. Set on a quiet and private 3 acres, yet close to many towns and wineries. Fully renovated 3600 sq. ft. two-story home, with lux materials throughout. Relax in the massive family room with vaulted ceilings and a 20' marble fireplace. Find your self glowing from the vintage chandeliers and lighting throughout the entire home. Equipped with an 80” smart TV and sonos sound bar, for music throughout the day or movie nights. Backed by walls of glass windows, opening to multiple redwood decks with lounge areas and bistro seating. The home is flooded with life; live plants and natural lighting compliment each space throughout the entire home. Enjoy your meals in the luxury chefs kitchen including Viking appliances, marble waterfall counters, bar seats and a glass-dining table. Attached to the kitchen you’ll find a beautiful bar & wine area set with crystal glassware, leading to the outdoor lounge area equipped with a propane Kitchen-Aid BBQ. Stay warm, set on the deck is a propane heater for any chilly nights.

This luxury property has 1 master bedroom upstairs with a king bed, heated tile floors and ensuite marble filled bathroom with a walk in shower, dual sinks, multiple shower heads and a massive soaking tub. Enjoy the views through the large picture window, with sights of the lush backyard and mature landscape. Stay a while; the master bathroom is connected to a large walk in closet as well. Just outside the master is another bedroom with a queen bed. Also on the top floor, down the hall, you’ll find a large bedroom with a queen bed and bathroom just outside your room. Take a trip downstairs to another private bedroom with 1 queen bed and private bathroom. Just outside this room is the secondary living room / game room with direct access to the backyard. Also equipped with a double XL twin Trundle bed, which also serves as a daybed or couch. Enjoy playing a game of pool set under, yet another massive chandelier. Take the croquet, Ping Pong Table or corn hole outside to the large lawn for some, “rose all day” game time or bask under the chandelier lit gazebo.

The home is less than 5 minutes from the beautiful Matanzas Creek Winery, where you can wine taste, play bocce ball and soak in aromas of the lavender fields. Centrally located, you’re only 10 - 15 minutes from many towns in every direction, stop in to the pedestrian-friendly areas of Santa Rosa, Glen Ellen, and Kenwood, where you’ll find shopping, dining and a vast range of amazing tasting rooms and restaurants. The Santa Rosa airport is only 20 minutes away and you’re 1 hour north of San Francisco. The home is equipped with central heat and A/C, an on demand water heater, a multi stage water filtration system and a full laundry room with a Samsung washer / dryer and another half bath. Had a wonderful time staying at this wonderful home that had plenty of spacious rooms, with open space in the living room with high ceilings and gourmet kitchen. The caterer that was recommended by Brook was fantastic and throughly enjoyed the menu of paella (fun to watch it being cooked on the special Spanish grill), charcuterie tray, shrimp, bruschetta, Cesar salad, and garlic bread! Highly recommend them! Also fun pool table and jacuzzi! We hope to come back again!! Thank you Brook!

This home was magic! Our party of 7 girlfriends came from all across the country for a weekend in wine country and Brooke's beautiful home was the absolute perfect place for our time together. The home was BEAUTIFUL from top to bottom, well appointed, and very clean. Lots of windows with natural light and so many beautiful plants! Brooke was super responsive to all of our questions and when we had one small issue with a coffeemaker, a new one was on our doorstep within the hour. She also helped to arrange a fabulous private chef (Christina) that set up a beautiful charcuterie board for us upon arrival and then prepared a beautiful and delicious paella (w/ salad and bruschetta) while us girls drank wine and eased into the start of our weekend. It was so perfect! It is a bit of a drive from Glen Ellen / Sonoma so if you do wine tasting, definitely rent a car. Some beautiful hiking is also nearby, but would need a car to get to the trailhead as well. Would absolutely recommend this property to any considering it and can't wait to go back myself! :)

Beautiful house and location. Very remote and quiet….great for relaxation. The backyard was full of deer, sheep, turkeys and owls in the evening! Would definitely return. Brooke was an amazing host and extremely available for questions.

The place was beautiful and clean. The host is extremely responsive and very kind and accommodating, highly recommend! The place is also close to different restaurants and grocery stores, so convenient as well. Hope my friends and I can come back to stay again :)

This beautiful home was the perfect setting and home base for 8 friends (4 couple) to tour wine country. It’s amazing in pictures but better in person. Brooke was extremely responsive and attentive. We used the caterer recommended and booked a Mexican Dinner the day we arrived. It was the perfect start to a tremendous vacation. The charcuterie board had a wide variety of cheeses, nuts, crackers and other delicious treats and was beautifully presented. We even enjoyed it for breakfast! We had a wide variety of proteins and toppings with the Mexican buffet. And we didn’t even have to clean up! Just ate and relaxed. The home and grounds were meticulous and we had everything we needed. Coffee grinder and pot, Viking appliances, a brand new hot tub, spaces for everyone, comfortable furniture, comfortable mattresses, and lovely landscaping and outdoor spaces. Truly an oasis in wine country. We can’t wait to return!

Brooke was an amazing host. The online pictures did this place no justice. ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! The house was fully stocked with essentials and the beds were extremely comfortable. Very centrally located to Napa, Sonoma, and Yountville. This house was immaculate! We will be back!

The house was better than in the pictures online. The house was clean, crisp & well appointed. Very peaceful & picturesque property, we saw some deer & turkey every morning. Brooke was very easy to work with & very responsive to an issue that came up & had it resolved immediately. Would definitely stay here again.

Brooke's place is stunning - the pictures don't do it justice! I came here with some girlfriends and everyone was blown away by the house. The master bath is truly a sight to behold! It's fully stocked with all of the essentials and even some extras that made it easy for us to cook, play games on the lawn, and enjoy spending time in the living room. Brooke was super communicative and always quick to respond whenever we had any questions. Check-in was seamless and the location was perfect for a weekend of wine tasting. This really felt like a luxury hotel - highly recommend for groups and anyone looking to spoil themselves and their friends :)

I splurged on a sumptuous wine country home for a family wedding.. we all enjoyed our stay in the spacious well appointed home.. from the luxurious towels and bedding.. to the mattresses that everyone said were some of the most comfortable they have slept on..the pool table was a hit with the kids and adults enjoyed all the outdoor spaces. Turkeys and deer came by to entertain us. Would highly recommend. .
