About this house rental
Enjoy amazing 180-degree unobstructed ocean views from our vacation home in quiet, relaxing Moclips, WA. Two of the four bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, a third has a queen bed, and the fourth has two sets of twin bunk beds.
The home is 4000 sq. ft. with spacious living areas include two living room areas, a dining room that seats 10, and a game area with a shuffleboard table and extra tables/chairs for cards, games, puzzles, etc.
The home has two kitchens (one fully equipped and one in the lower game/TV level), so if you are playing shuffleboard or watching a movie, you can pop your corn and pull a cold beverage without running up and down the stairs.
Our private 100' path through the grass to the beach makes beach activities easily accessible. Make a fire in the fire pit or on the beach and stargaze with no city lights to dim your view. On chilly days, hang out in the hot tub - also with incredible beachfront views!
NEW IN 2024: Personal clamming expert available for hire! She has several clamming guns, buckets, some boots, etc. She will show you how to dig, how to properly clean and cook your clams and even some recipe suggestions. Only $200 for all that!
For safety & security purposes, one motion-activated camera is in use at main entry (outdoor only).

A Pacific Ocean view from every room. Plenty of comfortable beds. Great showers. Roomy kitchen and lounging and dining spaces. Loads of games and puzzles. An easy walk to the beach, including a handrail on the steps, which some of us particularly appreciated. When we hit a couple of snags, the owner was prompt to respond, and helpful. It all adds up to a dream vacation in my book!

Loved the home and the location! The homeowner was quick to respondf if I had any questions, but honestly I barely had any questions. Had a great family reunion with family that is normally spread from Northeast states to south Carolina. It was my first time in Washington and there was alot to choose from in terms of where to go and what to do. We chose to drive north to Port Angeles one day and drove down to Ocean Shores the last day. Went hiking in the Quinault Rainforest (Beautiful!). I hope I am lucky enough to visit in the future and that this home will be available at that time. Note: If you are planning large family meals, remember to do majority of major grocery shopping in Seattle or Aberdeen on your way in. There are many smaller grocery stores close to the property but you will end up paying more. So happy we ran to Costco in Olympia prior to heading to the coast! :)

This is a great property right on the beach. The view is wide open to the horizon and the home is exactly as described. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were as described. The driveway is steep but there are entrances at the bottom and mid way down the driveway for loading and unloading. If you want a large beach front home, it seems this is the best one in this area. Beach access by car is up the road about 1/3 of a mile. It was easy to drive down to the beach and park in front of the house to bring chairs and things down to the beach. great stay. This beautiful home was an amazing place to stay. It was the perfect place for all of us to spend time together with 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, large kitchen, dining and bonus areas, decks and hot tub. We were able to enjoy cooking our meals together, and was just a quick walk onto the beach. We would recommend this home to any large family and hope to stay here again in years to come.

We had an awesome time in this lovely, roomy home. Bedrooms were big and comfortable. Two kitchens which we didn’t need but was nice to have the extra space. Beautiful, beautiful views and the beach was perfect, even in the rain. We looked forward to the sunsets every night and enjoyed the hot tub after a day at the beach. The house had everything we needed.
Met the property manager JoJo and she was delightful! Teresa was very prompt with communication and very accommodating to me and my family. Would definitely like to go again.

Wonderful location, right on the beach. The kitchen is stocked with all needed appliances and cookware, which is very helpful for families. This is our second time staying here and anticipate many more vacations here in the future.

Loved the place, had a wonderful time. Come prepared for any ingredients in the kitchen - there wasn't even salt or pepper. Not sure if that's common, but it hasn't been our VRBO experience in the past. Wish there was a K-cup machine, although they did have a drip coffee pot (but everyone has to agree on the coffee strength and decaf). Shuffle board table top has been damaged and doesn't have the table salt/sand, so it wasn't usable. Hot tub has an awkward cover - it works, but it's not so easy and being homemade has lots of rusting screws that make a mess. Cleanliness was sufficient for what we needed, but it didn't match our previous VRBO experiences. Don't take these as strong negatives, 98% of what we experienced was positive and if another beach trip arises, we would book it again. Host was very responsive.

Beautiful home! The house had everything we needed for cooking. Enough blankets, pillows, towels, and everything else. House was spacious! The best part was the view from both floors! Would absolutely stay here again, especially with a big group!

Phenomenal location, private 30 yard access to the beach, puzzles and games for all ages to enjoy. Quick drive to the local towns or explore the national forests.
The owner was easily accessible if needed, but we really didn't need to contact them for anything. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

This property is stunning! Beautiful home and super close to the beach, exceeded our expectations. 6 adults and 4 children, spacious home to host our family vacation. The home owner Teresa was wonderful, great at communicating with us and very easy to work with. We will be booking our next years vacation here as well!

Beautiful beachfront property, incredible views, and a hot tub. Rooms are spacious, furniture is comfortable, and the kitchen has a gas stove. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return! The only thing that would make it better (because it is amazing!) would be area rugs in the main living spaces to absorb sound (from our children). Thank you, Teresa!

I booked this house for a little bachelorette trip for myself and my bridesmaids. The host was responsive and helpful. Gave us an inventory list of what was in the kitchen which helped me plan. We had sooo much fun going to the beach, laughing in the hot tub, cooking delightful meals, and relaxing in the home. This place is big! Beds are comfy and plenty of room for people to hid away on their own for a restful and fun vacation getaway.
Pro tip, if you want to eat out one night walk North along to the beach and climb the wooden stairs to the Ocean crest resort restaurant. Very good food and beautiful views plus a nice walk. Would absolutely book this place again!

Seriously STUNNING location! That's what brought us to book here, and we're so glad we did! The house is pretty basic, with basic amenities. We were disappointed in the cleanliness, though we do realize that the culture of the PNW region lends itself to different standards. We spent most of our time exploring Olympic NP or on the beach, so it wasn't a huge deal. However, I did express to the owner that we have a child with a severe anaphylactic peanut allergy, and would appreciate an extra counter/surface wipe down before our arrival. She assured me it would be done. Unfortunately, and likely unbeknownst to the owner, a surface wipe down was either done very poorly, or not at all. There was still dried spilled coffee on the counter next to the coffee pot, and crumbs on the island. The upstairs master bathroom was not cleaned well either, and the floors on both levels were scattered with debris, like they hadn't been swept. It just stinks to be on vacation and have to clean upon arrival. We chose not to notify the owner, Teresa, as she, herself, was not the one doing the cleaning. But I am confident that she will take action moving forward. :) Teresa was wonderful to work with when we did need to contact her. Our friend's daughter left her favorite hoodie behind, and we didn't realize until two days later when we were in Mt. Rainier. Teresa reached out to the cleaning crew, confirmed they'd found it, and was willing to have them mail it back to Ohio. Highly recommend!

The house was wonderful location. The views are breathtaking. Our family really enjoyed it and are looking forward to returning for another visit. The property owner is very nice and promptly responds to any questions and we appreciated that very much.

Lovely location and beautiful spacious house. We made a mistake on our part and brought along a therapy dog and we were charged our deposit for it. That was our mistake. However, when we arrived we soon saw garbages in the kitchen and all bathrooms were left behind containing used feminine products and old food. The kitchen just smelled of garbage so we threw it all out ourselves. The floors were dusty and dirty as well like they had been swept, but not properly cleaned. Beware if you stay during the week then you have some chores to do (ex. Take the garbage bins out to the street), personally I don't do that at a hotel so i wouldn't necessarily expect to do that in a vacation home at this price point. All around nice house, just needs a little attention the the cleanliness.

Beautiful house and location
The house and location can't be beat when you want to stay on the WA coast. The house is spacious and comfortable. The adorable "town" of Seabrook is just a short 5 min drive away. Offering a variety of restaurants and shops.

Excellent Location for Friends and Family. Close Walk to the Beach and plenty of room for the family to spread out. I would definitely stay here again. One thing to Note: There is not a TV in the Upstairs Great Room Only in the Down Stairs Equivalent, which was a challenge when Adult's wanted to watch a Baseball Game, and Kid's wanted to watch Cartoons.

Easy beach access! Fire pit! Lots of space for a larger group with multiple households! Beautiful house, deck, and views.
We enjoyed the puzzles, games, shuffleboard, and hot tub. We made s'mores in the firepit. The rooms were all comfortable and clean.
The second kitchen was helpful for our group - it would have been even better if it was as equipped as the main kitchen.
We had a great stay and hope to be back!

A great escape on the beach
A great location on the beach. Watched whales spout just beyond the breaking waves. Plenty of sand dollars on the beach which also offered the perfect place to fly a kite. Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

Perfect view and location
We were able to be here for the last few days of clamming and watch everyone on the beach.
We explored the national park daily and came back each day to cook great dinner with our friends.

Pros: views are amazing, right on the beach, the hot tub was great, nice bedrooms and bathrooms, close to Seabrook for visits there.
Cons: only had 2 towels for the hot tub, which was not enough. Not enough hangers.
We would return to this home. We were all happy with the house and location. I would just recommend to bring some towels from home.

Coming home celebration!
I've just returned hoke from an overseas tour with the military and this home was the perfect getaway to wind down and reconnect with family and friends, Teresa was wonderful and very communicative we would love to come and stay again for future ocean trips!
