the condo was great, clean and spacious. the access to eagle lodge runs were a bit hard because of the amount of snow. the condo itself was big, well stocked and the kitchen was great

We have stayed here a couple times now and the location next to the slopes is big plus. The 3 parking spaces are also a must and they are big enough for large trucks. The house layout and seating is plenty big for our 3 families. The house could use some maintenance as some things are getting old and run down but everything works. It snowed a lot and and the snow plower was on top of it and had the road cleared daily. The house provided a snow shovel which was nice because some rentals do not and it was needed. Overall great place to stay.

Condo is great however the description is lacking some details for winter months: the bunk beds downstairs need new mattresses, one of the beds is completely caved in and can';t be used. There are also two thermostats one for the main floor and one for the basement. We didn';t find the second thermostat until day 2. The unit is also not attached to the main block at the bridges so using the spa etc is a bit of a hike. The unit is a little outdated but overall it's a great spot and location for ski in/ski out.

Not As Expected - NOT COVID CLEAN
The condo was not cleaned properly. The top bunk in the bunk room had half of a eaten rice krispy bar, a cutie tangerine and a pair of shorts in the sheets. They also found a centipede in couch. The kids would not sleep downstairs and ending up sleeping upstairs in loft with parents, which was cramped and not fun for the adults. The layout of the unit was very inconvenient. Many stairs to climb, no patio access from living room as well as no barbeque for grilling.

Cozy, great location, just needs a little TLC
Overall, the condo was great. There were plenty of rooms, the family room was cozy and the kitchen complete with expected appliances. My only complaints was that the refrigerator didn't work well and all our food spoiled, there were no hooks in the master bathroom to hang any towels but there were holes in the walls where hooks used to be. We were a little disappointed that the "ski in ski out" feature was more of a walk down a long driveway and climb up a short snowballed hill to get to the run. This only was a problem because, during covid, we would have liked to easily ski back to our place for lunch but that was too much of a hassle.

30th birthday getaway
The cabin was beautiful and a lot larger than expected. Perfect location. However, we did have some issues with the heater smoking and not working on the bottom level, and the table upstairs being partially broken. But, there was a maintenance guy over within an hour or two after I placed a call. While the heater couldn't be fixed nor could the table, he had brought over multiple portable heaters. Overall, I might give this place another try the next time I come to Mammoth.

You will love this place, we sure did.
We loved the place, it is mote spacious than we thought. The location is just minutes from away from all the lakes, restaurants and stores. The only weird thing that is not mention in the description of the place is that most if not all closets were locked, so we had to leave our luggages out. And one suggestion, it would be nice to install a ceiling fan in the upper room, it was very hot at night and we had a hard time to sleep. Since there is no air condition, we had to sleep with the windows open just to get some cool air and the noise from the outside can be an issue if you are a light sleeper. I believe the ceiling fan would have made a difference.

Great family spot, and very close walk to Eagle Run!
We come every year with a large group of kids and adults. We usually get 2 cabins. Bridges is a great location for easy access to Eagle Lodge. #9 has lots of places to sleep and is a great layout for our group.

Family vacation
Very good condition and location. We he loft was very hot and the basement was very cool. Only the 2 middle floors were just right. Weather in mid July was low 80's.

Nice Unit
This property is a very good experience. We had three adults and 4 kids. We could have added a couple more without a problem. You walk about 100 yards to get on the slopes. Very easy to get the kids back inside when they have had enough so you can continue skiing.

Ski In, Ski Out Bridges Lane
This is a large condo with a lot space so that kids and parents can each have their own space. It has a beautiful family area and ski in/ski out is the best! The refrigerator is not very cold and the master bedroom heating is often too hot in order to keep the rest of the floor warm.

Great and close to slopes
Perfect for a large group, close to slopes and town. Want to stay here again next year, worth every penny.

Great place to stay!
It was a great place to stay with a bunch of friends! We would love to return. The ski slopes are just a quick walk away. Word of caution: the 3rd bedroom is in the lft and is therefore not very private.

Mammoth Wedding Stay
This was a great place for our extended family to stay. Very clean and convenient. The rental company was fantastic!

Bridges 09 ballin pad!
The place was great. Very spacious and big. It definitely was a perfect fit for out big group. The four levels was nice because the kitchen level was where everyone socialized and then you have private areas for the bedrooms. Only cons were that the heater in the bottom floor did not work. So they were very cold. Also, our unit is on the edge of the complex so it wasn't really a ski in ski out. And there wasn't a map to show where the hot tub was.

Perfect condo for a large guys fishing trip
The condo was great for a large guys fishing trip. With plenty of sleeping surfaces, nobody had to share beds and we went with 10 guys. Condo was in overall pretty good shape and plenty of parking for 3 vehicles. We woke up the first morning to a bear sleeping down below our deck and the views were fantastic. We hope to be back again next year for our 28th annual fishing trip.

Mini Vaca
Enjoyed our stay... All good.. we had two families, very spacious :)
A few comments/suggestions for owner/management (not for public):
- supply dish towels (none available)
- larger bed in second bedroom,
- supply laundry products,
- repair heating in the bathrooms,
- central humidifier or one for each room.
- better pillows for all (one was good)
The complex should have a better jacuzzi setup/room
