The best part about this is the location. However, the problem is.... there is no central air conditioning. this unit was advertised with A/C, but it would have been better to clarify that portable a/c units in each room.
Noise was an issue. the portable a/c units are loud.... the fans in the rooms buzzed....
Opening the windows brought the noise in from the very busy restaurants and bars downstairs.
the condo itself is nicely appointed, though, and it has a terrific location. the appliances are all top-notch, and the living room / kitchen was very spacious.

Great property in the village. Plenty of space for our family including grandparents. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. Only downside was the pool was closed unexpectedly, but we still enjoyed the hot tub. We will definitely be back in the future!

This is a three bedroom three bathroom condo that was perfect for my three-generation family that stayed for a summer visit. Everything in the condo was clean and in excellent shape. (Just note that the AC unit in the bunkbed room is quite loud, so we couldn't use it at night or the boys couldn't sleep.) It had everything we needed for our stay including plenty of towels. There are restaurants and shops all within easy walking distance. The condo itself is an end unit, so be prepared for a LONG walk from the elevators, but it was worth it! The next time I head to Mammoth, I would definitely look into this place to stay.

Can’t beat the location in the village. The condo was great and listing accurate. Our group enjoyed our time there. Would stay here again. We left an item behind and the property manager was able to find it and shipped it back to me only 2 days after we checked out. Can’t tell you how much this was appreciated!

This property was fantastic for my family and we would certainly like to stay here again. The corner unit is very big and great for big families. It was fun being able to people watch from the balcony as the condo overlooks the Village Gondola. 10/10 would recommend.

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful condo during Thanksgiving week. The spaciousness and beauty of the condo surpassed my expectations. Plus, being able to easily access the slopes for skiing added an extra layer of fun and convenience to our stay. Watching the tree lighting event from the comfort of the condo was truly magical. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fantastic Mammoth getaway!

My family and I did a short trip to Mammoth. The condo had 3 bedrooms with one room with 2 bunk beds. Overlooking the village. Great location with plenty of food option. They offer free buses and trolley's around town, bike park and lakes. We had a great time and the condo was perfect.

Incredible location overlooking the main village. Could enjoy the reggae festival without leaving the place!

We were 2 families meeting in Mammoth for a ski vacation 4 adults with 5 kids. The place having 2 master bedrooms and a kids room was perfect. The kids all loved having a sleepover together and there was plenty of space for the parents to escape. We would recommend this place and would stay again; we got a pretty great off-season price as we were trying to squeeze in a last trip before the end of the season.
A couple of caveats -
Location - you're in the middle of everything. The gondola is right there, bars are right downstairs, you can look over the village court-yard where the dance parties happen etc. Downside, it can be noisy for the little ones. Fortunately, the bars and restaurants aren't open super late but noise 9pm+ made it difficult for our little ones to fall asleep. If you want to be in the thick of it, you're in the right place!
- There's only one parking spot. Fortunately, since we were offseason, the complex was willing to accommodate another car without charge. That was a huge win. It would have been a headache if we had to find parking elsewhere.
- For some reason, they have a smaller than standard fridge in the unit. We stocked the kitchen with food since we had the 2 families. We brought an ekooler that we had to plug in to accommodate overflow from the fridge.
That all said, it was a great rental and we'd recommend it!

great location, right in the middle of the village, easy access to stores and restaurants. very close to gondola. not super-cozy; fake flooring and really thin doors that you can hear everything through. but otherwise a good place to stay.

The place was beautiful with a perfect location. Super easy to skin-in and ski-out. Close to all the amenities of the Village. A few issues were noted. First, we requested and received early check-in, but, apparently, someone had tried to break into the room the day prior. We noticed part of the lock was broken and there was debris in the hallway near the entrance to the unit. About 20 minutes after we got there a repair person knocked on the door. He was surprised to see us there, as he was not aware we’d been approved for early check-in. He fixed the door/lock quickly, though. We had a few other minor issues with leaking near sink and a flashing lightbulb in the laundry room. Overall would recommend this unit.

The unit was located at one of the most premium spots in the village, the balcony view is straight on to the gondola and gathering area below. The ski locker provided was a great perk and the furnishings and ambiance of the unit was very nice and comfortable. We will be back!

The property was great, and clean. Only downside was that they only provide one parking pass for the garage and we came up in two cars and was given a warning by the village lodge for parking in their lot. It was a holiday weekend and no where else to park plus a huge winter storm. Additionally they only gave us 3 card keys and there were 6 of us which meant we couldn’t all get into the lobby of the husking without calling the front desk. Besides those two things, it’s a lovely unit and we would come back for sure.

We loved the location! So convenient staying right in the village. Loved having a view of the main area below and the tree lighting ceremony! It was a great size for our party of 10, including 2 kids. Kitchen was missing a few basics like oven mitts which made cooking Thanksgiving dinner a bit difficult, but not that big of a deal. The beds in the bunk room and smaller room were rock hard. Like, it felt like we were sleeping on a hardwood floor. I would stay here again because of the perfect location!

The unit was large enough two families. We loved the balcony and being so close to the Village. The property manager was always so prompt in answering all of my questions.

Spring Getaway
Had an amazing time this past week. Location of this unit is ideal. Overlooking the Canyon Lodge gondola. Easy access to restaurants, shops etc. Red line bus stop up to Main Lodge is right across the street. Spring snowstorm on Thursday couldn't have come at a better time. Hope our snowman lasts for awhile!

Thank you!

Nice place! Will stay again
Large 3 bedroom unit in Village lodge. We ended up leaving one we booked through the hotel as it didn’t meet our expectations (it was awful and the hotel doesn’t offer anything). The host provides much more (laundry detergent, clean nice linens, information about the property and things to do near by) and the place is clean bright and up to date. My only wish is that I didn’t book here initially.

Central Village Gem
Breezy location, smack in the center of the action. Short walk from the garage and across the plaza from rentals & gondola. Hard to find a cart for lugging gear/bags, so bring your own or pack compact. Only one parking pass per unit. Still a great spot!

Location is great
Property is great but people above us were very noisy - sounded like people were jumping up and down all the time. Fire alarm for the building went on and off night and day most of the week.

Great Vacation at the Village in Mammoth
We had a great time! This property was amazing, plenty of room for all of the family, great living room for hanging out, and a nice view of the Village! The balcony was a great place to spend some time either having coffee in the morning, or drinks in the evening. Great place overall, and love the location

Excellent location, Perfect fit for our family! 5 Stars
Upon entry, the space is updated and beautiful. Very cozy. We really like the layout, sleeping arrangements, and location. This instantly felt like a home away from home. Very clean. Even with Covid 19 limitations this unit was stocked very well and met all of our expectations.
Checkin was simple and clear with the instructions that were provided in the initial email.
We had a minor problem with a sink in the restroom and the team at 5 Star responded and worked through it to find out that it was a problem with the building and not the condo. The team made a major issue turn into a very minor issue because they communicated well through the process, were very respectful and understanding. They also worked to make sure everything was "right" before we left.
As for the location: this was probably one of the best units in this complex because of the views, sitting above the restaurants and shops, and even though your were close to the action, you were able to feel the comfort of the retreat at the same time. There was something that interested the whole family within walking distance including a Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory!
To the owners and property managers, thank you for giving our family a new place to recharge and refresh. Our kids already asked when can we come back again. The only regret is that we should have stayed for 2-3 weeks instead of 1 week. Stay here and you may not want to go home.
We highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a great getaway. Just remember, add more time than you originally planned for and enjoy.

Nice property
Very clean and excellent location. Dryer was broken needed to use coin laundry in the property. It was inconvenient however if they fix the dryer I would stay again.

Awesome place - great location - poor property management experience
This place is great, the location couldn't be better and its bigger than it looks online (which never happens). Two families shared this condo and it was very comfortable and easy. Nice to find such a clean place in Mammoth, has not been our previous experience. Owners have done a nice job of keeping things updates and appointing the place with a well stocked kitchen and nice details like sharp knives.
Unfortunately the property management company was not helpful. Our flight landed at 10am and we called the day before to request an early check-in. They directed us to a link to receive a text on the day of to let us know when it was ready. I called them for an estimate after noon and they were rude and told me they had no information, just wait for the text. A text never came so we entered the property at 4pm as the contract stated, would have been nice to have some information since we had two small children with us and were trying to plan the day. Additionally the front desk refuses to assist with anything since this property is private and not part of the resort.
At this price point the place matched well, but the service felt second class.

Fantastic location and property
You can’t get closer to all the action in the Village than this condo! Steps to get on the gondola and all the restaurants right outside your door. Can’t wait to stay here again.
