This particular Condo is in a great location outside of the main city of Mammoth and near hiking trails and great mountain views. Other than the a stove top burner not functioning and the shower doors not sliding very easily, the condo condition and cleanness was good. Access to firewood was also a nice touch.

Needs effective ventilation which requires a screen door on the balcony.

The property was clean, quiet and well appointed. Check in and check out instructions were easy to follow and the place was minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores and lakes. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

I booked this rental for the Wedding Expo. I knew I would have at least 3 guests, up to 6, and there was plenty of room. There was 4 of us and it was very comfortable. It was nicer than I expected- the pictures do not do it justice. I would book again. There are stairs and the toilets sat kind of low- this was a comment I got from 2 of our older guests- hard on their knees.

Nice condo for a big group!
We had 6 adults and 2 kids and we really enjoyed staying here. I especially liked the bathroom set up and spacious living room. Will stay here again.

Acceptable
we were canceled by our other snow flower rental 2 day before we were scheduled to arrive. So, I was very thankful that we found a rental last minute. It was an acceptable place to rent but it needs a lot of updates. The front door is a struggle to unlock, there are leaking shower faucets, and the furniture looks outdated some of it stained. Like u said, im thankful we found a place but it wouldn't be my first choice in the future.

Nice Fun Condo
Great place to stay! Condo was nice. Just a few things could be fixed... front door hard to open with key, upstairs shower doors broken, downstairs closet doors broken. Thanks-

Great ski vacation location.
Condo's were on the shuttle bus line, very convenient to Von's, and amenities very good. Two hot tubs helped with our large group.

Great Place for a Family/Friends
One issue, we checked in, got the keys, and upon opening the front door of the unit, there was a gas smell. We immediately called Mammoth Sierra Reservations. Long story short, we called AmeriGas ourselves as an "emergency." Amerigas came out, and there was a propane gas leak outside the master bedroom window which runs to the community jacuzzi. Initially we were told by Maintenance that the smell was a dead rat in the unit. It was unbearable. AmeriGas fixed the leak and called us letting us know that it was ok to return to the unit. It took over 24 hours for the smell to diminish.
This unit, after our 24 hour checkin, was a great set up and we'd probably stay again due to it's size and accommodations.

Overall the rental was comfortable. Furniture is a little dated and the carpet in the bathrooms is a bit odd. Amenities were very nice, pool and general condition of the complex. It's close to everything in town and you can walk to restaurants.

Great Stay during Fall Colors!
I had a group of high school photography students on a fall color trip to Mammoth. This was our first time staying in a cabin together and it worked out perfectly. The unit was suitable for 10 people. The kitchen was an ok size and there were plenty of dishes. Everyone enjoyed the closeness of the jacuzzi/pool area right around the corner. For some reason the TV wasn't working and the wifi they gave us never showed up when we tried to connect. We were fine though.
