Wonderful property with beautiful pool and great outdoor spaces. Very clean and comfortable. Great kitchen, grill and family area. We were caught in tropical storm Debbie with multiple family members and a toddler and there was enough to do in and around the house that we had a good time even during, the hurricane. Short drive to stores and restaurants. Easy walk to the beach.

we could not have had better accommodations for the seven adults and two young adults! The house was so well equipped; we did cook in about four nights and couldn’t have asked for a better kitchen! Loved the master being away from the rest of the house and the large great room was a terrific place for our family together

Our group very much enjoyed our stay at the Palm - the property has a great outdoor area with sightlines of the entire pool from the shaded patio as well as a comfortable, open floor plan inside. Close proximity to the beach (walkable if needed) is also a big plus.

This property is incredible. It has everything a family could ever want or need in the home available to use. It was perfect for our family which includes my 3 adult children , their spouses, and 3 little ones. The bunk room is great …. Our little were just not old enough to use it yet. The pool was so clean and amazing. The 4 king rooms was a huge selling point when we booked as well. Great communication with property mgr. a vacationers dream 10/10 and we will book again!

The Palm exceeded all of our expectations. Having stayed at various properties on Saint Simons for the last 20 years this property has quickly become our favorite. The house was clean and well appointed. And the layout was fabulous with the highlight being the spacious kitchen and living area that flows out to a covered porch and a wonderful pool deck area which facilitated great family connecting time. We look forward to a return trip.

This property was perfect for our 9 member family to celebrate our 50th anniversary. There was so much for us to do together-pool, hot tub, ping pong, corn hole, fire pit and outdoor dining-,but we also each had our own lovely bedroom if we needed some alone time. Other than some issues with check in (late) and the spa heat not always working, this was a great home.

We have never stayed in this part of st Simon’s before and we loved it! We are from Florida and have a beach house so being on the beach was not as important to us. But we ended up walking the one block to the beach every day for a walk along the shore. We also just loved staying at the house and chilling by the pool. We have stayed in many vrbos and are vrbo owners and this one will rank up as one of our favorites! We had a little hiccup at the beginning of the trip as we were just a few hours from check in and already en route to st Simon’s and had not received our check in instructions. But after a call the Vrbo we received word from the host and all was well.

Beautiful house, lots of space, amazing outdoor area with pool, hot tub, ping pong table, tv, firepit and more. Great location. We loved staying here for the weekend and wish we could’ve had more time to relax and enjoy everything. Definitely will be back!

Our extended family spent Thanksgiving at this lovely house. The place had everything we could ask for - ping pong table, corn hole, 2 bikes, and a great patio. It was clean and very comfortable. We had a great time!

The property was awesome. This might be the first rental that was better than the pictures online. We had 6 adults and 6 kids, but the house had plenty of room, and the backyard area is where we spent the majority of the weekend as a group. My only issue was we didn't know there was an option to use a golf cart until we arrived, and when I inquired about it, I was told I could use it if I paid extra, but didn't get any responses after. But that was a nice to have, and didn't change our enjoyment of the weekend.

We had a wonderful time at this home in St. Simons! The home is absolutely beautiful, spacious, clean, and the most stocked home we have ever stayed at! They have every possible accessory, appliance, and dining ware you would need to cook or enjoy a meal at the home. The pool area is immaculate with outdoor dining area, grill, outdoor smart TV, covered porch, ample lounge chairs for sun bathing, ping pong table, heated pool, hot tub with spa, and a fire pit for warm nights by the fire or s’mores making! They have a corn hole set, beach wagon, cooler bags, umbrella, and bikes for a quick walk/bike to the beach, and we were so excited to see the golf cart even though we never used it. They have an extra fridge in the garage if needed (we had no need but it was good to see if we did, we had options). They allow you to keep your car in the garage which is a nice change. The communication with Jordan, the home owner, was incredibly responsive and timely and we are grateful to have had her as a host. Overall, we had an amazing stay here and would definitely be back. Thank you Jordan for a lovely visit to St. Simons!

The Palm is a great beach house. We appreciated the attention to detail and the small things — that are actually the big things when away from home — like not having to run to the store for things like TP, paper towels, laundry soap, or dishwasher detergent. Very clean comfortable home with great pool/spa and gathering areas both indoor and out. Beach is an easy 5-minute walk away.

Really not sure where to begin. The house is up to date, beautiful furniture and finishes and there is literally everything you will need. From floats and noodles in the pool to corn hole boards, ping-pong. The beds were all super comfy, extra pillows, AMAZING water pressure, We had a blast renting this home for a wedding weekend and will most certainly rent again.

What an amazing property! It was a perfect gathering place for our two grown children and their families. There was so much to do in the common areas…pool, hot tub, ping pong, corn hole, plus more. The house was so well stocked…anything you could possibly need. The property owners were so wonderful to work with…quick and helpful responses. It’s in a great location…close walk or ride to the beach, quick bike ride to Pier Village. Our family said it was our best vacation yet…sweet, precious memories!

This was an incredible property for a family reunion. It was spacious, well designed and well stocked for a large group. We are a family of chefs and ate in every day, the kitchen was amazing! The split plan of bedrooms was perfect. The indoor/outdoor living flowed beautifully. This wonderful house was equipped with everything we could have possibly needed during our stay. It was cleaned spotlessly and the appliances were all new and modern. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable and the outdoor area was perfect for our large family. I highly recommend this property!
