About this house rental

Modern home situated 3 minutes walk from the beach and next door to the Albany Golf Club. Ideal for the family holiday or long weekend break. Sleeps 6 people with 2 Queen beds and 2 King single beds. Separate lounge with large kitchen and dining area. Split unit air conditioners in the living area and in the two queen bedrooms. All linen and towels are professionally cleaned to meet Australian Standards (washed at minimum of 72 degrees with 2 minutes at 98 degrees).
Walk or take a short bike ride to Emu Point or Middleton Beach cafes. For the more energetic , make it a longer outing , cycling along the scenic boardwalk route for a breakfast in the town centre.
Outdoor shower.
Bikes & Golf Clubs provided as well as Xbox, DVD's & Games.
Two Youth Kayaks and Stand up Paddle boards for adult and youth are also available.
CCTV surveillance: There are cameras facing the outside street and one in the garage. There is also one inside the house and although it will be switched off a manual cover is provided to prevent any coverage.

Situated between Emu point and Middleton Beach is the perfect location. Having the choice to ride or walk is fabulous. Arriving into a spotless clean house, beautifully laid out with ample space, and chilled water and wine awaiting! I am hoping to return! Many thanks.

Delightful home with all of the amenities, enjoyed our time in Albany even though 2 of the four were recovering from illness, rain prevented some activities but overall very enjoyable and definitely recommend. Carol made it very easy. Thank you.

We had a lovely 5 days at this beautiful home, with all you need. The house layout and decor were well thought out and it's a good location to explore the area, right next to the beach too. It's a shame we didn't get to use the kayaks or the bikes. Besides the initial difficulty locating the house, the rest of the stay was a breeze and Carol was very prompt with all queries and wonderful to deal with. Even the next door neighbour was lovely, helped to bring the bins in as we came back only in the evening. We would recommend this home any day.

The property was well kept and modern. Very clean and fully equipped. A nice quiet neighbourhood by the golf course. Such a short walk to the beach. The use of bikes was brilliant as the bike path to Emu Point is so well kept. Lovely for a scenic ride.

We stayed 5 nights, 4 adults 1 infant. Really nice and comfortable place. 2 minutes walk from the beach and only 20 bike ride. Highly recommended

The property has all the essential stuff for holiday makers. Just pack your bag and food. Place is relaxing, clean and Carol, communicates clearly and promptly. A lovely place with bicycles and kayaks for activities time. Close to eateries, places of interest and supermarket. Highly recommend !

Had a lovely stay, well setup holiday house , clean and tidy and presented and organised well overall. The only criticism was the cost which was pretty hefty although with all the covid cashing in going on in the state with rentals and stayz I'm not surprised . Happy to stay again

Six of us from Dunsborough to play golf at the original golf course established in Albany. An amazing and challenging course. Many of us had not been to Albany for years so as well as golf, enjoyed experiencing all the new development. Stayed at this beautiful house next to the golf course and ten minutes from York Street. Everything you could possibly imagine was provided and nothing was second rate. The beds very comfortable and the bed linen of the highest quality. As with every Stayz accomodation I have stayed in the TV did not work but not a problem for us as we are games and card players. A problem if you are with children. Thank you Carol for allowing us to stay in your beautiful accommodation Diana and her golfers.

The house is as gorgeous as the photos show. Brand new feels right near the beach. Well appointed house with everything you could want and more, the owners have really gone the extra mile, including a bottle of wine on arrival. Comfortable beds, important to me as I am pretty fussy with beds! Loads of extras, including coffee machine plus a nespresso machine, kayaks and sup boards, bikes and helmets, xbox, loads of boardgames, it really is more than you can ask for! Highly recommend this gorgeous house a stones throw from bike paths and the beach.

We stayed for a week with our 2 girls in the October school holidays. The house was a perfect size for us. Lots of space and amazing location right near Middleton beach & bike & walk paths. It had everything we needed to keep the kids entertained & take some time out to relax ourselves. It had a real beach & holiday feel with loads of added comforts as well. Thank you for a great stay.
