Très bon accueil, chambre spacieuse et confortable. Lit très très confortable, un véritable nid! Linge de lit doux et agréable. Petit réfrigérateur et nécessaire pour se faire un café ou thé.

The place was very clean, new, had a nice smell, had everything needed(even raid for mosquitos), good coffee, great location, easy to park on the street.

Unacceptable level of noise. Overpriced.

Too noisy! And overpriced for what it was. There was construction seemingly everywhere and the banging and drilling was nonstop from early morning. Unacceptable. The door handle to the bathroom also fell off during our 2-night stay. The room itself was nice and spacious but the price was too high for what it was and the level of disruption here.

Noise and construction. I also had sliding doors in bathrooms, they offer little privacy and you could hear everything in the bathroom as there was no real separation from the room. The elevator was also a problem, functioned when it felt like it and you had to have specific information on how to even work it. A poor old lady had to go up 4 flights of stairs in 100 degree F temperature. Ridiculous.

Passable

The location was good! I didn't have breakfast, only some espresso capsules and I made coffee. And at the beginning some biscotti with marmalade. Nobody was there for breakfast. Some times I saw the housekeeper and she didn't speak English. But o.k.

No service, there isn't eny receptionist in the reception. And general there is not reception. The communication was only via whatsApp. The A/C didn't work snd the manager sent me YouTube video to find the way alone to fix it. In the end I had panic attack and he sent a house keeper but she didnt know how to fix it and also she didnt soeak english. In the end helped me another guest and he managed all the situation via whatsApp with the manager and after 1 hour and half he fix it. After a few days the A/C didn't work again. Terrible situations. I paid a lots of money per a day for this studio/room. I didn't recommend it. Risk.

Modern apartment but needs a little bit more care to be perfect.

When you enter the room you feel that everything is decorated nicely and that is a very modern place (the shutters move electronically). It has a kitchen and a comfortable bed.

The dishes were not clean and the key of the room broke when we tried to open the door. Also the above the toilet the flashing device easily move or can be taken off. The soap foe the bathroom is really small and most importantly when you shower the water comes out and can reach till the area of the bedroom. Better put a tower so you avoid such situations. Also the self check in is more complicated than other apartments we tried in sardinia.

it was really a great place and we had a nice stay so no major complaints

the only small thing i would recommend management is to use a different type of towels as the ones there were leaving some small lint of the towel, but it’s really a small detail, otherwise all perfect! I totally recommend this place

Excellent value

Nice room, super clean in a great location close to the main center and water front. Only 5 minute walk from the bus stop to/from the airport. Although it felt a little like one of those escape room games, the self check-in process went smooth and it was easy enough to check in and out. Nello was always easily contacted by phone or whatsapp whenever we had questions or needed assistance with something. Overall a very pleasant experience and would not hesitate to stay here again.

A small fridge and maybe a water boiler for making tea would be a nice addition especially for longer stays.

We loved the design, interior and facilities. Everything is well maintained and spot on clean. Staff was available at any time via whatsapp.

Check in is online, so you don’t really have personal contact to the staff for a quick conversation on restaurant tips etc. Not a big issue though.
