The property is really nice. It was clean and big and had Peacock which allowed my family to watch the Olympics each night after out adventures. There's a GIANT L shaped couch that fit 10 of us easily and comfortably. Plenty of room to hang out on the wrap around porch (we played cornhole on it too). My niece likes nature so even though we were TOLD there are no fish in the pond she caught some baby Bluegill with a net :) The only downside for some of our family was there is only air conditioning in the main living space and the loft. Would be great to have it in each of the individual rooms. Thanks for a great stay!

There were some problems but most were taken care of. One bedroom was not able to be used because of water leakage from above bathroom. The sitting room became a bedroom at night. The view was very nice and did see some deer. Also convenient to the different activities that we went to. Thanks for the quick responses to our calls.

I went with a group of 16 and we had an amazing stay! It is located on a quiet street about 5 minutes from town. We had a handful of out of town folks who were driving in the dark and they found the house with ease. The place was very clean with plenty of room for our entire group. The host, Amy was quick to respond and made sure we were in complete comfort during our stay! I highly recommend and would easily stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. We were a family of twenty and the home easily accommodated all of us. Amy was easy to communicate with and she did think of just about everything to make our stay enjoyable. We highly recommend this home!

This property was great for our group of 17 (infant up to 50 yrs old)! It was an easy 8 minute drive to Holiday Valley to ski, and 5 minute drive into downtown Ellicottville.

Just lovely for MLK weekend with friends. Many comments on the lovely kitchen; how well stocked it was. The living room is great and the sofa is comfortable. Kids played outside joyfully on a sunny day and adults apres-ski on the deck very enjoyably. Skiing was great. It was our second trip to this house and we hope to continue the tradition.

We had such a wonderful time and a great stay! The home was spacious enough for our extended family! Everything was clean and comfortable. Our communications with the homeowner was also excellent. We did miss having an extra bathroom for the main & loft floor bedrooms, but we may do with the shared bathroom on that floor. The kids loved the bunk rooms and having their own family room on the lower level. Was a great stay!

House was absolutely perfect. Easily and comfortably accommodated 16 adults. Plenty of room for games and activities in the house and yard. Remote enough and still just a 5 minute Uber to the bars/restaurants. Amy the property manager was super responsive. Would recommend this property to anyone, and hopefully stay again ourselves!

Very spacious and well equipped home. Only flaws we ran into was a bird's nest in the grill:), and the fire place was not cleaned out. We did end up purchasing our own firewood Accomodations were perfect otherwise, and we had a great relaxing time!

Space in the house was large, very clean, and worked perfectly for our larger group. It was very open, stayed warm during the cold weather, and sauna was great. Tons of games to play and very close to the center of town.

This property was the nicest VRBO we have ever rented through! It was an amazing stay from communication with Amy to the amazing stay we had. The house was beyond gorgeous & extremely clean. She was overly welcoming & kindly answered all questions quickly. The house allowed some to ski, others to go to the casino, and others to stay home and enjoy the house! I everyone from age 75 down to age 13 months loved the weekend together! We will most definitely be back to stay!!

We just got home from a weekend away with friends and this house was perfect. There were 9 adult plenty of beds and space for everyone. We were all able to hang out together and had everything needed for a perfect stress free weekend! Highly recommend

Great large house

8 tweens and 8 adults. Everyone had the best time. We are all vaccinated so resumed a friendly ski trip. 3 bathrooms were all nice, I did wish for 4! 16 people, even a 1/2 would have helped in the morning. I also got a few complaints that hot tub was missed. Still, the house was lovely and big and enjoyed by all.

Enough space for a large group. We had a great weekend, and would definitely rent again. The owner made the entire experience easy and we appreciated her kindness with our requests. Very clean with more than enough space to be comfortable.
