Newly renovated modern 4BR home close to Las Colinas with a huge backyard that features a grill and treehouse. Perfect for professionals and families seeking a long term stay! Pet Friendly (1 Max, fees, weight and breed restrictions apply, must be crated when you are gone)

- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old for non-locals and 25 years old for locals. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 10pm-7am each day.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.

I made an error on booking listing the departure date a day later than required. Within 20mins I requested a change. The tourism industry standard is changes within 24hours if you make an error. I found this extremely disappointing.

Very easy to book and any questions were always answered immediately. Highly recommend.

Overall good stay, quick response by the booking team. They have you fill out a seperate application through their booking site to be able to stay. Also if you have dogs you will have to pay an additional animal fee and they have limitations on breeds of dogs… which we didn’t end up taking ours in the end but big backyard for animals. Quick response overall by the booking team. Cute neighborhood, clean place.
