First time in a hotel with my cat and I like that she could get under the bed as it’s closed off.

Bed was comfy. We didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast we left too early.

The person at the front desk did their best.

The rooms were dirty and not well maintained. You could hear your neighbors as if they were in the room with you and in the morning the house keeping person was yelling outside my room at 6 am

It was not a good experience. I would not return.

The beds were pretty clean.

The wash cloth had curled up hair in it and they were very hard. The ranch smell in the hallway. Guests were real loud an shutting the doors so much all night.. I got like 2 hrs sleep. Tried to call front desk 3x and no answer.

Room was dirty!!! Wish we had read the reviews first.

The room was dirty. Asked them to clean it and they still didn't. Hair was everywhere in the bathroom, floor had not been swept or mopped. Spilled some water on the floor and used a towel to dry it. The towel was BLACK from a small section of wet floor. We will never stay there again, ever.

A very comfortable and attractive room.

The room was clean and nicely decorated. Bed linens and towels were a good quality and the bathroom was lovely. We enjoyed the room’s updated decor. The window shades did a excellent job blocking light and noise.

Had a clean bed for a low price.

It was updated, however it was not clean. Cleanliness would've made it a much better stay. The linens appeared to be clean. The price was good.

It was dirty. I found a sock that didn't belong to us. The vent in the bathroom had layers of dust. The floors were dirty. They need to do some deep cleaning every once in a while. It was just dirty.

Disgusting management and dirty sheets

Nothing , dirty sheets upon entry, old hair on them and management was extremely rude.

The next morning after checking in the hotel manager was rude and racist, he had my room illegally searched by police while I was not there. I would never go hear. I had to leave 3 days early and no one would refund me, not even booking.com.

It was very dirty, there was still used items from the people before us. The floor was sticky and dirty and our bathroom was disgusting. I was excited to come stay with red roof again because we have had great experiences before but I will not book with this specific one again.

Piece of Crap Lodge

Horrible stay, run clogged Water backed up. Was told all the ros we're booked up. However the room right next to me was VISIBLY UNOCCUPIED. After a stare down of nothing happening I asked for another room. I inspected the room where it was can't on the floor hair in the tub as well as the shower/tub having the same clogging issue. As well as the stopper being stuck. I have pics and videos as the manager lied about issuing a refund to BOOKING.COM and left me to seek a full refund fr my card holder. I wouldn't stay here if even I was to become homeless. The breakfast is stale out of day muffins and dry molded bread. Coffee that tastes like mop water it's just a waste of money. If u need a place to let your pets rests this is it!!! Otherwise GO NEXT DOOR, ITS BETTER THERE .

bed was very clean and comfortable. room was clean.

property was difficult to find. was way in back. no trolley/cart to move your things to the room. Continental breakfast was sub-par. Front desk person was not at the desk. Had to ring for her. was given a handicap room but I’m not handicapped. No freezer compartment in fridge. Bathroom sink was spraying water on my feet from below counter.
