Super logement pour un week-end

L'appartement est très bien situé près de la grande rue principale . On a tout à côté : restaurants , bars , lieux à visiter ....logement vraiment ideal si on n'a que 2 jours pour visiter . Hôte très à l'ecoute qui vous pilote et informe par Whapsapp sur les bonnes adresses pour manger ... Rien à dire .Merci !

A great place to stay in Old Dubrovnik!

The room was exceptionally clean and well appointed, with updated everything. It is on a quiet street right in the center of the old city--all the restaurants, museums and sites are right outside the door. The host was also very accommodating and interested in making the stay enjoyable. A special place to stay.

Loved the location and decor. Vicko was awesome and very, very helpful. Apartment was priced well and was very clean and quiet.

Bit of a haul upstairs but doable. Per how’s older people may have trouble. We managed fine.

Very disappointing. Can get better properties around in the same price where there is staff to help you if needed

Quiet inside the room, central location, the host is responsive over whatsapp but doesn’t take any corrective action during the stay

Wifi was not working in the suite, no cleaning even when we stayed 2 days (our request to clean was declined and we were told that we needed to make the request early for cleaning- no prior communication about that), the room had a very strong smell of sanitization when we checked in which we had to neutralize with our perfumes, staff did not help with the luggage even when the communication in the room said they would help if asked.

Perfect location

Perfect location. Room is lovely, new and clean. Cool air from A/C was heaven in intense heat. Response from the manager was very quick and helpful. Thank you, Vicko.

An exceptional location if you have a short time to explore the Old City. Would definately rebook!

A lovely apartment in a truly exceptional location. Despite being right in the middle of the Old Town, the room was surprisingly quiet. The host has clearly taken account of feedback because the arrival instructions, via WhatsApp, were super clear and practical - and therefore very helpful indeed.

As other reviews have noted, there are some stairs to navigate if you have large, heavy cases - but there's not much to be done about that. The location of the apartment more than makes up for it. The shower temperature / pressure is also not the best - again, as noted elsewhere. Neither of these issues would put me off returning.

Solid place to stay in Dubrovnik

Central Location in order to get to all the necessary places in Dubrovnik and an overall solid place. While it was loud when you go outside, the Palacio was silent inside.

The AC or the upstairs bedroom dripped all over the pull out couch. It was very wet and unusable. There were also stains that the cleaners tried to get out but it just dried with wet spots.

There were 2 men pressure washing the stones staircase and water was dripping onto the pullout bed. Also, I think $400+/night is too costly for this property.

Clean and quiet. Lacking customer service from owner manager.

Room was quiet.

Signage on laneway door would useful, we had to ask helpful neighbours where the property was. The property owner / manager didn’t respond to my question through Booking com. A few phone calls were unanswered and we had to keep calling back. We were greatly assisted by the property house keeper who let us store our bags. An offer from the property manager to transfer our bags from the Pile Gate to accommodation @ 25 Euro / bag regardless of size is a rip off and insult. I would suggest to travellers, book outside of the City Walls as it’s cheaper outside for accommodation and food. Pop into the old city to walk the city walls and museums which can be done in one day. Start early for the city walls to beat the heat.

Excellent central location. The host Vicko, who takes care. For us place to return!

Smooth communication - Vicko contacted us with all necessary information day before our arrival. Thanks to it was easy to find location, which is just a few steps from main walking street Stradun. Apartment location is an absolute win, if you wish to explore Old Town. It is at the flat area of Old Town, so it was convenient to come with luggage. Our room was a bit smaller (the same like the most of the rooms in other old historical towns). There was all we needed - the room was nice and clean, with big walk-in shower and we slept well. When you enter apartment there is a smaller hall - common area for apartments, where we could leave luggage. Our flight was in late afternoon, so it was very helpful. Vicko, thank you also for all your recommendations!

The entrance to building is not yet in the wished shape. It is ok, but it could be more "esthetical".

best booking.com I’ve made yet ( and I am Genius level whatever that means )

I am going to write such a positive review you will think I am the host or a relative or friend of the host - but I assure you I am not - James Walker Bath UK staying in Dubrovnik after an Epic Croatia bike tour round the coast. So …best things were…..location, style, elegance and fantastic communication skills of the host ( Vicko). He sent pics / had apartment ready / responded quickly every time to my questions, peccadillos and favours etc. All round excellence - nothing to fault at all.

Lovely stay for our short time in Dubrovnik will 100% look at this property again when we revisit.

The location is absolutely fabulous. Make sure you get a picture of the front door. It is a little hard to find the first time, especially in the dark. Just ask people. It’s really really nice and appointed very nicely.

Fantastic.

Super host! Vicko was so helpful, clear and responsive. All instructions were easy, he even sorted out an early check-in for us and took care of our transportation to the airport. Location is fantastic.

Carrying luggage up 3 floors. I must admit though, our luggage was heavy due to our long distance trip.

In short, stay here!

Very comfortable room! Bathroom was nice. But location is unbeatable! Also Vicko, the host is incredible helpful and kind! No brainer for a Dubrovnik stay.
