Won’t be staying there again

Friendly staff

Walls with coffee stains; mould on window sills; tired looking decor; no air conditioning or fans in gym with rusty equipment; Intermittent wi fi; electricity cutting out; old worn out carpets; theft of my wife’s perfume & use of my after shave.

Not fit for a leisure trip stay

property is in good location but pathetic customer service and we need to select food according to chef availability. If you want to explore seafood , better chose another hotel.

disappointing

had high hopes but disappointed

not clean, buffet was all over when we went and they still charged me full until I explained that we hardly ate from the buffet. room had a bad drain smell and dirty bathroom again I had to request and they changed rooms in the evening we asked if anything available to eat the staff said there was nothing to eat everything was closed and morning staff said oh yes we have 24 hours restaurant service

Very friendly staff and they accomodated the early check in easily. Good location on the beach

Kollam Beach Hotel and Convention center.

A very good hotel, good facilities, excellent location . There were facilities for making tea and coffee in the room . The AC was good and the beds were comfortable. There was an impressive swimming pool. The buffet breakfasts were excellent . The hotel is located opposite Kollam beach . This is an excellent base to explore the backwaters . I would highly recommend this establishment for staying in Kollam .

You have to be careful getting in and out of the bathtub as the floor can be slippery, however I realized that early and ensured there was a small towel on the floor to prevent slippage .

location is amazing . actually the property is very nice . just the painting works needs to be improved . right in front of beach . beach hotel serves good food . value for money

needs little more maintenance otherwise also it’s nice in that area

Good Staff just need to Maintain the property well

The staff they were very responsive and helpful

The Essential provided such as the Electrical Kettle not working , No Hair Dryer in Bathroom and even the bed sheet seems to be to much re used.

Your reception staff’s behaviour was very rude and unfriendly. they wasted our half on technically. we booked 2 double rooms and he was persistent on giving us just one
