Praktisch, ruim, schoon, goede locatie, maar ook zielloos en anoniem.

Veel ruimte, mooi uitzicht vanaf het balkon op de zevende etage, loopafstand naar de binnenstad, compleet ingericht appartement met keuken.

Ik moest voordat ik naar binnen kon mijn ID fotograferen en opsturen en vervolgens wachten tot ze daar naar gekeken hadden. Heel onhandig, nog nooit eerder op deze manier meegemaakt. Verder was de kamer nogal kaal en ongezellig, ook al was alles aanwezig.

Funktionale Unterkunft für kurzen Zeitraum

Großzügiger Platz, Balkon weit oben.

Das Zimmer ist in einem Hochhaus. Das Haus nicht sehr ansehnlich.

Er waren paar kleine dingen maar over het algemeen een leuke studio om te verblijven.

Het uitzicht en dich bij het centrum.

Locatie

Appartement was gedateerd, omgeving niet veilig. Zwervers in de liften en buitenruimtes. Voelde allemaal niet veilig en comfortabel. Parkeergarage was donker en zowel de garage als de toegang tot het gebouw voelde niet veilig aan. Ik zou dit een vrouw alleen niet aanraden. Ook het verkrijgen van de sleutel om in de parkeergarage te komen (in het appartement op de tweede verdieping) en op de dag van vertrek weer naar het appartement te moeten brengen waren niet comfortabel. Al met al geen goede ervaring. Zal dit appartement niet meer boeken.

Erfüllt den Zweck

Die Lage war gut und das Zimmer von der Größe her groß genug. Man hatte einen Stellplatz in der Garage. Der Hausmeister ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Um an die Karte für das Garagentpr zu kommen muss man mit dem Auto verbotenerweise auf einem Einfahrtstreifen parken. ( Dies wird sogar von den Betreibern so empfohlen und befürwortet. ) Leider habe ich ein Knöllchen bekommen, ich habe beim Betreiber nach Erstattung angefragt und diese wurde auch zugesagt. Leider habe ich nichts offizielles bekommen und auch noch keine Rückerstattung. SCHADE

Ich würde das Appartment nicht nochmal buchen.

Die Lage ist gut

Keine Couch und keine flächendeckende Heizung vorhanden. Der Lattenrost des Bett ist unter mir zusammengekracht. Die Immobile scheint ein sozialer Brennpunkt zu sein. - Grasgeruch auf dem Flur - Müll im Aufzug - Dealer vor der Haustür

Not too far from old town

Too far from the Osnabruck train station,need to keep asking how to get the code to get in the apartment! Only got the code after 4pm! No convenience stores around the apartment. Nothing! Staying 2 nights no WiFi, TV, heating and outside is -2 What app the property keep sending the same message you must sign in but they is no sign to fill in the password?

Very good

The studio was light, bright and very clean. There was a lovely sunset viewable from the 9th floor balcony. You could also see the church and "old" town from here. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the very pleasant central area of town, much of which can be walked on the edge of parkland. The apartment block is also about a 10 minute walk from the station.

The instructions for accessing the property were quite long and a bit worrying. In the event we got in easily.

It exceeded my expectations!

The property is really cozy, clean and complete. It has everything you may need for your stay, for cooking, cleaning, Wi-Fi, smart TV, etc. It is also very safe. The location is very good, it is near the city center and you can find what you need nearby, like grocery, bakery, drugstore, ATM, etc.

Good size studio apartment but needs a few maintenance items.

Location was great and parking was good. Beds were comfortable.

Bathroom door did not close! Shower head height adjustment was broken. Maybe the keys could be labeled somehow so you didn’t have to try them all at each door.

Exceptional

It was absolutely phenomenal... We had a few issues with getting into the building because they changed the security system of the doors which wasn't the fault of Home2Share,but after that it was an absolute treat. The view was amazing, we were lucky with the weather,so we sat out and enjoyed life...lol We will book again ,definitely!

Everything was perfect...maybe you could leave an iron board in the properties. Only a suggestion.

Perfect for us, We hope to return next year.

Big room with balcony overlooking the old city Osnabrück Plusses = kitchen with refrigerator, balcony, WIFI, Close to bus stop. A very easy walk to the old town. There was also a washing machine and TV, which we didn't use.

It would have been good to have instructions for the TV / 2 controllers. I could power on the TV, but couldn't get a signal from whichever box is for that. Maybe just batteries in one of the controllers?

clean and have everything you need with a beautiful view from balcony and with an underground parking for the car and very quick check in . it’s the best place to stay in Osnabrück near to everything.

If you're not tired you could stay here

The parking

- The hassle of getting the keys to the place - All the documents needed for check-in - Too much stuff to do before we finally could sit down and relax - Beds were horrible with all the sides around them

Clean, comfy, well-equipped

- The studio is renewed, clean and well-equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, cooking pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, water cooker, tea, coffee). - Wifi worked well. - The view (9th floor) was a supernice addition. - Instructions how to get in were clear. Overall - we were happy with our stay, comfy place, everything was prepared perfectly.

- The intercom didn't work - luckily someone was entering the building and I could get in to take the keys. - The hall had a really strong cigarette smell (we were on the 9th floor), but I understand that there are things that cannot be controlled as also individual people live there. - Unfortunately there was also not the nicest smell coming out of the sewer system. - Light in the garage only during the night, during the day it was pretty dark iside.

Passable

Check in process didn't work, no one picked up the phone. WhatsApp contact finally worked after waiting 15 minutes. The building itself is scrubby. Dust on the bedsheets. Not a good experience.

I like self check in. But it was a little bit complicated. On a day od arrival I must remember host to send me a self check in info. And than, some informations are missing, so I must write again ...
