Property was spotless
No complaints really. However just observations for the future.
The bushes on the driveway were a bit untidy and we couldnt exit the car, having to leave the car at the bottom of the drive.
Sunday was windy and the cover to the electric box outside was blown off. Maybe needs to be looked at.
Besides those observations we were all very happy. The property was cosy and warm

Plenty of space and parking. Short drive to Tenby
A little bare. Needed places to hang coats etc. Beds quite hard

Lovely accommodation, spacious, quiet, and easy access to Saundersfoot and Tenby

Fell in love with this place as soon as we pulled onto the driveway. It was a nice quiet location and just a short drive from the sea front. The house was great. Clean, tidy, loads of room. Great facilities, everything we needed and more.

The location was nice and quiet but slightly remote but gave us a relaxing couple of days in the area.
Maybe slightly closer to facilities.

Lovely bungalow, very clean and comfy. Great kitchen with everything you need and a lovely dining area. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you

Location was perfect for both Saundersfoot and Tenby. We met family at Folly Farm which was also very close.
The bungalow was spotless and the size and bedrooms were perfect for the 6 of us that stayed there. Everything was there in the Cwtch that you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Thank you

It was nice and quiet. Everything available we needed

Very clean property and really well equipped.
A TV in the main bedroom would have been a bonus.

It was spotless and so comfortable it had everything we needed. Could easily message owner if there were any problems but no problems with our stay would recommend a stay here to anyone. It was close to everything but nice and quiet.
There was not anything we didn't like.

spacious, place to park at least two cars, outdoor space. plenty of room for children to play. sufficient kitchen equipment, beautifully clean, easily accessed recycling bags etc. Good location to access the area.
Heating is effective when it’s on. it’s on a timer so some people coming in earlier in the afternoon after a cold, wet day couldn’t get warm - perhaps they should have sat in the car with the heater on to warm up.

The Cwtch was homely, comfortable and a lovely place to relax and chill . It was close to Saundersfoot and Tenby .
There was nothing not to like . Just wish I could have stayed longer .

This was my second stay at this bungalow. I liked it so much the first time that I brought my inlaws the second time. They loved it too. Everything was immaculatley clean. The were plenty of cleaning supplies and tea, coffee, hot chocolate, olive oil, salt etc. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need. The beds were super comfortable. Good location for exploring Tenby, Saundersfoot, Amroth and surrounding areas. Nice and quiet.
Nothing.

great facilities and suitable for a large family
check in and out times are a bit unreasonable, you basically lose a day.
a bit out of the way, no real stores or restaurants around

Location was great, we've stayed at a number of caravan parks in the area and know it well. The Cwtch is really well kept, clean and tidy with basics provided which was great. Instructions and guidance easy to find and understand. Modern amenities in the house too.
This is really small and trivial and didn't bother us, but the plug was faulty and my daughter called me from an empty bath as it has slowly gone! Easy to fix and not an issue with the shower. Neighbour to one side has a vocal dog who clearly doesn't like being left alone and howls a bit during the day... not a fault of this property and we only heard it with a few rainy days indoors. Poor pup!

We loved the property! It was secure, so the children could safely play in the garden. Very spacious, clean and tidy house with everything you need. Bath and shower, so adults and children were happy! Plenty of parking on the drive and on the road if needed. Perfect location; so much within 5-15 min drive.
The only downside was the dog in the house opposite, which was obviously no fault of The Cwtch at all. However, it did cause us all to be awake several times during the night with its howling. The second night we closed the windows and didn’t hear it!

The perfect rental. Comfortable, great location and exceptional value for money.
nothing to dislike.

the heating must have been set on a smart timer because when we got back from a day out at 3pm the house was cold and no heating on.. this was in mid february and we couldn't find how to turn it back on, so we got into bed to warm up till it came on. it needed an alternative heating at that time of year! maybe a fan heater.

The house was very well presented clean and everything need was catered for, the milk, tea, coffee and Welsh cakes were a welcome sight 😊, no having to rush to the shops. The rooms and bedrooms were all an excellent size ideal for our party of 5 adults and 1 12 year old. The position was brilliant for those exploring the area or those just wishing to go and enjoy the beaches at Wisemans Bridge, Coppit Hall and Saundersfoot. A lovely house all round and would not hesitate to return. Thank you.

Very clean. Very quiet and peaceful. Comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. Well equipped kitchen. Outside seating. Welsh cakes, milk, salt & pepper, kitchen towel, toilet tissue, hair dryer etc at property to use. Great shower. Wifi. Mgmt company called on day before arrival to ensure all questions had been answered and to get in touch if any problems. Good base location to explore Pembrokeshire.
More mirrors needed.
Suggest an egg cup.
Extra hand towels for bathroom - to change each day.
Suggest to leave the instructions for appliances.
Perhaps a visitor book for comments and suggestions for other people staying to read.
Further out from Saundersfoot than we thought.
Add lots more information in the black property book. Walks and paths, beaches, places of interest etc. I know we have the internet but nice to look and read.
Add more details in your property listing. The property had much more. For example, listing read ‘1 bath’. I had to ask if there was a shower also.

The only thing that caused dislike was the Glass doors to the dining area. My husband whose eyesight is poor. Walked into the doors not realising that they were closed. bump on head and a little shaken.
It would be good to have some sort of sticker on door. During our stay I kept a chair in front of door.
4.5
Very clean and new. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need. The beds were very comfortable. It was in a quiet, residential area which was easily accessible. Conveniences nearby. Good location near Saundersfoot and Tenby. Excellent value for money. We would return.

Really clean and nicely presented. We enjoyed our stay.
Property could benefit from a dishwasher in the kitchen and mirrors and clocks in the bedrooms.
