Our room was really clean and comfortable. The decor was really cozy. Wish the weather was better so we could have taken advantage out the outdoor area. The staff was great and helpful on suggestions for places to eat and we loved the tasting room too.
Nothing about our stay was disappointing

Comfortable beds, clean rooms. Relaxing lounge. Quiet location.
Property description said there was hot breakfast. There was not. Internet was poor to non-existent. Could not connect to WiFi.

Would love a full bar with drinks other than wine

We didn’t have any breakfast because we wanted to try places around. However , having the coffee maker and the pods in your room was a winner.

The lodge was warm and cozy. Stunning views of the mountains and property. The suite was beautiful and welcoming with all the amenities promised. The staff was great, Lucy in the tasting room and Brandi the property manager, making sure all our needs were met.
I can honestly say, there was nothing I didn’t like.

Beautiful and cozy. The beds were so comfortable! The gathering room was so pretty. We enjoyed the coffee and the snacks that were available to us there. We definitely would stay there again and refer our friends!

We didn’t eat there cook to order breakfast or dinners during this visit. However, I’m the common family area upstairs, there is a free concession station filled with muffins ( chocolate, blueberry, and banana nut), kurig style coffees and teas, water, yogurts, and granola style bars. The free concession area goes quick and it only gets filled once a day.
The lounge closes very early. 9pm to be exact. It would be nice if the lodge kept the lounge area unlocked for guests with a beer/wine, soft drinks, water and food vending area to accommodate the night owls. Having a self serve “Pay for” option is better than nothing at all.

The lodge is adorable! My partner and I booked a room to celebrate our 5 year anniversary and will definitely be returning in the future. We booked a king room with a spa tub, which they even provided bath salts for. Room was spacious, clean, the bed and pillows were comfy and they even had a fuzzy blanket. The staff member running the bar for the wine tasting was incredibly nice and she was helpful not only in trying the wines but also in giving us recommendations of what to do in the surrounding area. The lodge is only a short distance to Helen of Nacoochee village while still feeling like a tucked away hidden gem. We absolutely recommend this location of couples or other adults looking for a scenic getaway in the area!
The only issue we had was finding the entrance as it sneaks up on you a bit and the tv would not turn on (we didn’t try super hard so it might have been user error).

I loved the fact that it was out of town but not so far that you couldn’t drive anywhere. Everything was under 10 minutes away.

nice location, right outside of Helen. I loved the ambiance in the tasting room, and the upstairs lounge area. I also liked our room, the bed was comfortable and the jacuzzi worked nicely
There wasn’t any dinner offered there when we went. and the breakfast they offer for $12 is not that good, plus I personally didn’t like how we had to make reservations for breakfast the morning before. it is one piece of toast, eggs, and two pieces of bacon… I feel like that could be done from 8-11 on a walk in basis.

Location is great to get to so many places easily. Rooms are quiet and clean.
Pillows are bad. Takes 4 to make 1 decent pillow for one which leaves the other person without pillows. Asked for and paid for a bottle of sweet wine, definitely not sweet. We even left it in the frig when we checked out. Window wouldn't open.

Close to our destination but not right in the town. Room was very comfortable and had a large jacuzzi tub.
Nothing to say here.
