About this house rental
Atlantic Cottage is everything that you would hope to experience whilst staying in the heart of the bustling fishing village of Port Isaac, with added luxuries, character and charm which are sure to leave you wanting to return time after time. Almost uniquely in the heart of the village, Atlantic Cottage offers a driveway, so parking will never be an issue when returning home after busy days exploring the gorgeous North Cornwall coast.
The house has belonged to the owners family for many generations and a great deal of effort and love have been put in to ensure that the family home can be enjoyed by you.
As you enter the house into the kitchen/dining area you will be welcomed bu the original stove – although now just for show, this is the heart of the home and you will enjoy dining around the fantastic feature. The cottage offers everything that you could ever need whilst enjoying a self catering break including, oven, hob, microwave, fridge, and even a wine fridge!
The master bedroom is on the ground floor, offering a comfortable double bed and ample storage for a relaxing nights sleep.
On the first floor you will find the luxuriously decorated living area of the property, with very large welcoming corner sofa and a small table and chairs for 4 people. You will also find the tiled family bathroom with shower cubicle, vanity unit and wc. Up the feature wooden staircase and into the apexed loft space you will find a gorgeous twin bedroom, with fantastic views out to sea and two comfortable single beds.
Port Isaac is a hotspot for tourism in North Cornwall, made famous on screen by, ‘Doc Martin’ and more recently the film, ‘Fisherman’s Friends’, which is based on the real life shanty singing group of locals who often perform on the Platt of an evening. Locally you will find many restaurants and boutique shops owned and often frequented by local celebrities. Port Isaac is filled with history and culture and is a must to visit.

Fantastic location with the added bonus of parking. The property was clean throughout and a lovely spacious living room with views of the sea. Had a great time and would definitely return.

Great Property and Excellent Location
Atlantic Cottage is ideally situated within a stone's throw of all Port Isaac's bars, restaurants and shops, including takeaway coffees from the cafe next door!
The property has been carefully renovated, retaining the historic characteristics of the original building, whilst providing a modern and spacious feel in the first floor lounge.
We will definitely be back in the new year.

Lovely cottage but not enough glasses etc and some local information and cottage info re cooker, heating and local amenities would be useful.
