Dan Center should work better with clients

I didn’t get a chance to find out

I booked and paid. a couple of days later I received an SMS that I would contact a certain Lynn. I called back at the number, but a woman friend answered, who didn’t really know what happened. after finding out, she said that the accommodation was already occupied and I could not go. I was told that they would call me back and reimburse the costs of paying for the reservation and for the ferry. I was supposed to check in on Tuesday with 4 children, on Friday the day before no one called me back with information about what was happening, and on Saturday and Sunday no one from the Dan Center worked and I called the support service of Booking com and Dan Center in Germany. no one could do anything, no one gave me an answer whether I can come or not. I did not receive confirmation by mail and in writing that the apartment was occupied, everything was just in words. it was very stressful! On Monday, I finally got through and they told me that the apartment was really occupied and I couldn’t come, that they would return the money to me. after that, I had to call several more times and find out where to send proof of payment for the ferry, each time no one knew what was happening and I had to retell the same thing. I was reimbursed for the ferry a few days later, and for the apartment I had to call and ask several more times. But the staff does not know when the money will be returned, the answer was that the economic department is doing this and wait. As a result, the money for the apartment was returned in more than three weeks! I'm just outraged. not only did I hope to go on vacation, I paid for everything and could not because it was booked. so I also had to call several times and find out if it was stressful and worrying about it at all or not. I didn’t receive a written confirmation by mail, they could later say that I didn’t come and it was my own fault, the accommodation was booked in bookin coma and it stayed that way!
