This charming 1950's home has been recently remodeled and updated! It's a short 7 min drive to City Center, Salt Palace Convention Center and Downtown Salt Lake. A quick 7 minute drive from the airport! Grocery store is a 3 min drive, restaurants nearby and both Park City + Cottonwood Canyons Ski Resorts are 30 minutes away. Ac never worked right. Temps outside shouldn’t matter. I’m from IK where we have triple digits and my ac keeps up. When we booked this house, it said ac. We lived in 74-78 degrees through the day and night. That’s not what I paid for

We were all so pleased with the space and getting to relax during a special time! It wa so lovely to sit and play foosball- such a lovely touch! We would all absolutely stay again- thank you so much!!

Communication was excellent!!!! No issues at all, walked into a beautiful home with lights on, cold water in fridge, popcorn in cabinet, just perfect! Neighborhood can seem a little intimidating, obviously no HOA, but no problems, super close to downtown and everywhere we wanted to be!! Just fyi, wood floors are squeaky and will wake up a sleeping baby and foam mattresses are very soft, not much support. Will definitely be back!! Thanks for a great stay

This was a perfect house for our family while staying in SLC for spring break. The house was clean and very well appointed. Tiffany was a fantastic host and was very responsive. This was a great house if you’re staying in Salt Lake and don’t want the normal hotel experience.

We enjoyed our stay, the house is close to the airport and downtown. The house is an older home and the ventilation system is a bit noisy so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Kitchen could use a few more dishes. Otherwise a great place for our family vacation. Lots of towels, comfy beds and good water pressure. Also momma is the undefeated foosball champion!

I’m a clean freak and this place was over the top. The only thing I would change were the bed sheets, way too itchy and hot.I would stay stay there again.

We were only there for a couple of nights. The property is pretty close to the expressway so that part was very convenient. The host was very help with recommendations and she got right back to me with any questions I had.

Home was very clean and comfy!!! All 3 beds were great and nice bedding and fluffy towels. Kitchen well-stocked and location very central for our needs close to SLC Airport and places we needed to visit. Tiffany was very easy to communicate with throughout entire stay. Thanks again!

It's very clean and comfortable. The beds are nice. The house may be old, but it looks like it was recently renovated. The owner is very responsive and helpful. It's a very short drive to downtown SLC. We enjoyed our stay.

Property was very clean. Curb appeal was lacking but once inside it was all good. The beds were comfortable. My only problem was the AC could not keep up to the 95 degree outside temp.

The house has been nicely updated and is well equipped for a family stay. The neighborhood is quiet and a large grocery store is less than 1 mile away, but it’s older and at first glance we were unsure about the location. Turns out it was perfect for frequent trips to downtown and up to the northend areas like Bountiful.

My family and I booked this home as it is close to our family that lives locally in the area. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and well decorated the home was. And even more so, at the thoughtful amenities that were provided. The home was very comfortable, and we look forward to staying here again in the future.

We absolutely loved our time here! Tiffany went to great lengths to make sure this house felt like a home and her attention to every little detail was amazing. The property was incredibly clean and had more than enough of everything you could need or want. Our kids loved the foosball table and we had a great time with all the games provided. We ended up spending more time in the house than planned because we enjoyed it so much.

The location is pretty central for all the things we wanted to do. Beds are comfortable and we had plenty of extra linens. We loved all the extra little touches. The bathroom door doesn’t shut with the handle. Just push on the a door and it’ll shut. The kitchen has so many extras that I wish we had cooked at the house. We were in the go the entire visit.

We were in the area for a lacrosse tournament and this house was perfect. It was centrally located roughly 10 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from the Regional Athletic Complex and 10 minutes from DT. The house was clean and comfy, great for our family. There were no toiletries provided (I'm sure I missed it on the listing page) but there are 2 grocery stores very near by. The washing machine was great given my sons uniform after 5 games in 85+ heat. Will absolutely stay here again if we are in the area.

We were able to have quick access to various parts of town and it was wonderful! We went to Brighton, Draper, Bountiful, downtown SLC. All were quick to access considering... The house was well equipped and met our needs very comfortably. We will keep this property in mind for the future!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, well organized, and had everything we needed. Plenty of space for the four of us. Our teens especially enjoyed the foosball table. Tiffany was a quick communicator which we appreciated. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to getting around the area.

Plenty of room for my whole family and was a 3 minute drive to my brother's house. I couldn't ask for better accommodations. Tiffany was very responsive to my messages both before and during our stay!! Can't wait to stay again!!

This VRBO was a home away from home for us. The beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was sweet, the kitchen was perfect for cooking our dinners, and the location was central to everything we wanted to check out. It was decorated so beautifully, too. We’d recommend this property to others, no hesitation.
