The Angsana Corfu is such a perfect place to stay. Every attention to detail is there. The service was the best we have experienced
One little niggle is trying to book the spa which o wanted to try out. I am busy working before holiday and don’t have much time to book things like spa etc. it’s never been a problem. But when I rang there was no room at all but think it should be more flexible with last minute bookings to maximise revenue (accountant here speaking!)

reception staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. there was a French lady who works for you on reception and she really was exceptionally good ...you should find her and congratulate her
breakfast experience was poor. 3 star experience in a 5 star hotel. Breakfast staff poor ... table allocation biased towards the young and beautiful very very obviously and overheard other guests commenting.
not enough staff for breakfast to cope with guest numbers, staff not friendly and the overall experience was that of a 3 star hotel

The facilities and the staff were amazing
The variety of the buffet was really good and the food was very fresh
Just the fact we the beach was not open and I understand because we went off season

Superb hotel, brilliant staff, great views, best pool & views I have ever used, a suite to die for - resembled a one-bedroom-flat at One Hyde Park. However the hotel is not without minor issues. food priced as expected for this type of hotel and restaurants/chef excellent. Great set-up for breakfast but English Breakfast lacked taste in the basics. Price of a small glass of wine ridiculous. Not enough sunbeds but efficiently managed by numerous pool staff (you cannot claim a bed or leave it unattended without agreement for more than 30 minutes - excellent - no claiming a bed first thing and then going to breakfast). We are in our sixties and were discouraged from going to the 'DJ on the roof party'. But in our forties we were regular Ibiza goers and have probably been to more clubs in Ibiza than any of the millenials at the Angsana DJ Party. Beware millenials, this will happen to you when you are a little older. Finally, the beach is disappointing and although there is a shuttle base relaying guests up and down the mountain, the hotel does not allow this bus to drop guests in the local town of Benitses one mile away - this would have been both sensible & helpful if they could have created a triangular route (the 7-star Jumeirah resort in Mallorca happily provide shuttle bus services down into the town of Port Soller, why can't the Angsana do this into Bemitses?), I guess they want to keep the inmates trapped. But we are going again next year.

Everything about this resort is amazing. Starting from the infinity pool to suits, from staff to food. Excellent value for money. Definitely coming back
The wooden floor at the outdoor pool was slightly on the slippery side when wet. Not sure if anything can be done though.

Was the perfect wellbeing break, great ambience . Property was absolutely amazing and the views of mountain and sea were breathtaking . So beautiful I didn’t think about doing many excursions. I went at the start of the season and really enjoyed the calm.
The spa was amazing, one of the best treatments I have had. Special shout out to Dimitru the therapist, really good techniques.
All the staff were friendly, made you feel at home. Another special mention to Katia (I really loved the room & hospitality), Nancy , George( A Lounge), Nikko….I didn’t quite catch other names at the breakfast team & housekeeping.
Also loved the special touch of aromatherapy in my room, I came back to incense sticks set up on one of the days. Toiletries were amazing, would have loved to buy some to bring back. Food was good. Will definitely go back in a heartbeat.
Corfu town was also easily accessible.
Nothing to fault.
If I had to scramble for a suggestion is having Netflix on the tv.
Am sure there will be more activities when the season gets into full swing but just a suggestion … hotel organised group island drive tours would be a nice addition especially for those who don’t want to car hire/ avoid driving.

Visited to celebrate our anniversary so they gave us a room upgrade, champagne and fruit platter on arrival which we really appreciated! Staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was really good with lots of tasty options. I also liked the Corfiot food in the restaurant as well. The panaramic views are amazing - the pictures dont do it justice!!! We visiting at the end of the holiday season, so a lot of the amenities ie the beach, activities, most restaurants and bars at the resort were closed. But we still at a good time - because it felt like we had the hotel to ourselves! They also accommodated early and super late check out!
Like I said, we visited at the start of the quiet season, so most amenities were closed. It would have been good if some were open with skeleton staff so we could experience them - that's the FOMO talking!

Great pool, comfy deck chairs with parasols and few canopies-baldaquins for some privacy. Massive beach towels provided also at the private beach. Room cleaned twice a day. Cold water supplied at the pool and in the room couple times a day. Frequent shuttle from and to the beach. Super nice and helpful staff.
Fantastic infinity pool with jacuzzi
Nice bars to chill in the evening with a glass or two.
Food overpriced. E.g the Shrimp Buddha Bowl by the pool had only 3 shrimps! Bowl filled with quinoa mainly and chickpeas to look massive for 20 EUR. I thought its a lough!
On the arrival day I had an old dried out birthday cake in the fridge and some old useless room keys probably from previous guests which confused me couple of times. Not a big deal but for this price it should be immaculate.
The beautician in SPA didn't speak English enough to understand the treatment I booked and she already started was wrong to what I wanted. In the result I paid double adding the treatment I requested the day before. Very unprofessional. Someone in charge should confirm with me upfront the treatment. When I tried to explain while being already still on the treatment bed, the beautician just nodded and carried doing what she was doing. I simply gave up hoping it is going to be a good result. Unfortunately it wasn't.
Some of the canopies-baldaquins by the pool were reserved in the very early hours for a long time and no one would turn up to use them sometimes until midday. People were simply throwing their belongings on them and never turned up for hours. It's a shame because someone could actually use it. A good system of reserving canopies should be invented.
Music by the pool could be a little lower or at least with some breaks to rest the ears.

Loved the attention to detail, this brand is focused on getting every part of the experience perfectly curated. They have thought of everything and anticipate your every need and want. The staff are truly exceptional as well, and are very customer centric also super family friendly.

The pool was incredible as were the staff and facilities. An all round beautiful hotel. Great for couples
I can’t really fault it but perhaps a different pillow option if I really had to think of something!

Angsana Corfu is a chic and contemporary resort that seamlessly blends luxury with comfort. Nestled in the picturesque Benitses bay, it offers breathtaking views and top-tier amenities. We were particularly impressed with the room's exceptional design and comfort. The staff went above and beyond, especially in accommodating my pregnant partner. It ranks among the best hotels we've ever experienced, with its warm and welcoming ambiance standing out. We wholeheartedly recommend Angsana Corfu to anyone seeking a tranquil and indulgent European getaway
Very random but had a problem with our TV, didn't complain though because there were soo many other enjoyable ammenities to occupy our time.

It was the most beautiful resort, amazing breakfast too. It was just a bit far from the town center.
Nothing, everything was perfect
3.0 / 5.0
Staff: outstanding, friendly.
Hotel: beautiful accommodation, surroundings, well equipped room.
Breakfast: stellar, enormous assortment of food.
Gym: one of the best have ever used in hotel.
Something all guests to take note of:
The biggest drawback of this hotel is the guests themselves. People just complaining for the sake of complaining. Example, the staff tell you at the beginning, that sunbeds cannot be reserved. However, each day we would come out in the morning and there were towels everywhere, yet no guests. The staff would do their job and clear the seats when there clearly was no one around for an hour. Then the guests would come back, and make a scene and berate the pool staff simply for doing their jobs. The problem is though is that the staff in an effort to appease these whiners, would go out of their way to reaccomodate by moving chairs around etc. To us, this just reinforces the bad behaviour, so hotel partly responsible.
In summary, as beautiful as the hotel was, and as friendly as the staff were, the enjoyment was very much sucked out of the stay, because of the atmosphere the guests themselves created, and therefore, we probably woundnt stay again, which is an absolute shame.

The place is amazing, the pool and view are amazing. Tha hotel is great but part of the staff are unfriendly and not welcoming specially the reception staff. Rooms could be more clean. Breakfast is really great.
Lounge greek salad was not fresh and the bread we ordered was really old, too bad for such a hotel.
Pool bar was great, the pool staff is great.
Reception staff and reception service.

Beautiful place to stay, lovely facilities, brilliant staff everywhere ….
Nothing to fault in any area - all truly fabulous - the hotel does it all to perfection!
3.0 / 5.0
Amazing infinity pool
Fabulous views over the coast
The staff members were the best, especially Katia, a lovely and profesional host
- the food in unedible, all the restaurants are TERRIBLE, absolutely terrible. They cant even cook pasta or make a caesar salad right.
- the first come first served sunbed system by the pool is really poorly organized, as everybody went first thing in the morning to “block” a sunbed before breakfast by placing a towel, but only actually occupied it by 11-12 oclock. Each morning 95% of sunbeds are blocked but only 5% are actually occupied.
- my kid (3,6 years) was not allowed to use a swimming aid in the big pool, as the swimming aid was seen as an “inflatable toy”.
- the kids club only accepts kids > 4 years old
- my kid could see the other kids playing in the sandbox in the kids club, but he was denied entry, which made him cry. I think you should lower the the minimum age to 3 years old
- worst food i ever had in any 5 star hotel, we had to rent a car just to get something OK to eat

staff were really excellent, particularly the concierge team.
