About this house rental
Elegant apartment in a beautiful period building, furnished in a functional way and ideal for any type of traveler.
It is located in the historic center, close to the Ancient Roman Ruins and the Basilica of San Simplicio, a few steps from the main bus stops and the train station; it is also less than 10 minutes drive from the airport and the harbor. This is an excellent location, as you can also reach the wonderful beaches of the Olbiese coast, which are just 10 minutes away.
This lovely apartment has very bright and comfortable spaces, multiple beds, and it is appropriate for both families and couples of travelers; its low price makes it perfect for every need.
Into the bedroom you will find a queen-size bed and a spacious wardrobe with doors, with a full-length mirror attached.
Into the bathroom you will find a large tub that can be used as a shower, complete bathroom fixtures and a Welcome Kit with shampoo, conditioner and bath shower. You will find all the accessories you need during your stay, including a hairdryer.
There are several custom compartments to allow you store all your personal effects, as well as a spacious shoe cabinet inside the bedroom.
You will also have towels of various sizes, sheets, blankets and duvet available in the house.
There is a typical Sardinian style kitchen at your disposal (with beautiful exposed stones) that is equipped with oven, kettle, and De Longhi NESPRESSO coffee machine to let you enjoy your Espresso and tea. There are assorted capsules and teas for all tastes as well.
The living room is bright and welcoming; it is equipped with a 50'' UltraHD Smart TV (you can use Netflix, Youtube and more), Wi-Fi connection and a pleasant sofa bed.
The apartment is on the second floor, there is no elevator since it is a historic building.
All necessary disinfection and sanitation measures have been taken for you.

You will be in a very quiet neighborhood even if it is located in the heart of the city; it is well served by all bus lines (1,2,2S etc.) which are walking distance from the apartment, and within easy reach there are cafes, bars and restaurants for every need. As you will be immersed in the historic center you will be able to move freely even on foot for your evening walks.
There are several parking areas with a varied number of spaces: you can park in “Piazzale Bardanzellu” next to the building, or in the parking lot in “Via Nanni” street.
There are several ways to get around the city or move outside:
-3 minutes walking distance: you will find the bus lines via D'Annunzio
-5 minutes walking distance: you will find the train station
-A few minutes from the Ferris wheel: you will find the historical finds of the Roman Ruins, the Basilica of San Simplicio and the underlying Necropolis.
“Natura restaurant” and “Art Academy” bar & restaurant are strongly recommended and are pretty close to the apartment, and you cannot miss a real Italian gelato at the “Gelateria Smeralda”!
