Great location and nearby restaurants

It was close to railway station and good restaurants

Difficult to contact staff because the lobby wasn't attended.

Quasi perfetto

Mi è piaciuta la pulizia della camera e l'accoglienza di Angela ci ha aiutato con il parcheggio (che era fondamentale per noi) trovando subito la soluzione ad un problema che era sorto per via degli orari di permanenza.

Il letto era troppo morbido per noi abbiamo avuto problemi a dormire, ma è una cosa soggettiva a qualcuno puó piacere il materasso cosí morbido.

perfect for a stopever (and maybe even longer)

We just stayed for one night but got a warm welcome by Angela who replied very fast to our messages. Our room was directly to the street but the street wasn‘t busy at night.

A beautiful, relaxing place to stay. We didn’t want to leave

This place was beautiful. So clean and fresh. Loved the terraced area outside that we could use. The AC was already on when we arrived so it was lovely and cool

We had a short stay but would have loved be up stay more as location and room excellent

Excellent location .Very friendly and helpful , they helped us out by ordering us taxi when we got off at wrong train stop . Room had so many extras like iron , sweets , water . Would definitely recommend.

An excellent base for a stay in Pompeii - great price, helpful staff and a nice room.

A lovely clean room with a comfortable bed located within east walking distance of the main Pompey train station and the amphitheatre entrance to the ruins. The owners were very helpful and there is a lovely sunny atrium area to eat breakfast. The hotel is located just a short walk to a number of good bars and restaurants. Very good value for money.

NICE PROPERTY CONVENIENT FOR VISITING POMPEII

Me and my son stayed in one of the room upstairs, it is a refurbished property and everything was very new, efficiently located and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom had a lovely shower. Size of room was comfortable, so my son spent time there while I worked away. Property has a downstairs private area, which is within a partially open portico, so there are armchirs and is quite relaxing to spend time there. The hostess was very available and made all arrangements very clear.

Breakfas was not provided, I would have appreciated; also there was a large kitchen in the common area, it would have been useful if the kitchen was made available for the guests to use.

A wonderful stay in Pompeii, would recommend Gioielli House.

A clean, spacious room on the ground floor. Felt very secure with huge doors with good solid locks to gain access. There was a double bed and a small single bed, and a small fridge stocked with soft drinks at a reasonable extra charge. Also a desk/dressing table, wardrobe etc so plenty of storage space. The bathroom was clean and the shower was good. Shampoo, soap and shower caps were provided. Location is excellent, just a short walk to the Pompeii archeological site and nearby restaurants and town centre. Our host Angela was there to greet us and was very friendly and helpful. Thanks Angela!

Whilst there is a kitchen within the property this is supposedly for staff only. We were allowed to boil water on the stove, but it would have been nice to have a kettle, tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Modernly furnished room, comfortable bed, helpful service, cleanliness. Good breakfast and unlike many nearby accommodations offers breakfast on site and not in the form of a voucher to nearby cafes. A few minutes away from the entrance to Pompei Archaeological Site. Quiet place and enough sound insulation from the street noise.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Great location to explore Pompeii and to visit Versuv. In walking distance to train stations and a number of bars and restaurants. The room was spacious and spotless.

Superb

Perfect to visit Pompeji and Ercolano, just a short walk to the ruins, in the very center of Pompeji. Very friendly staff, no problem with late checkout. They have a private secure parking 100m away, which is essential in pompeji when you have a car. We had the little studio, which is perfect for a couple.

Italian breakfast is included, starting at 8:30, which max be a bit late to be early at the ruins, which open at 9:00. But italian breakfast does not take long anyway, so this no real problem.

The breakfast wasn't bat at all! like books and comics about pompeis at lobby! I have to recommend the restaurant Le Delizie, because it was big suprise! They cook so good, I used to live in Naples, but their pizzaiolo had to used to work in Michele or Sorbillo, how good was it!

Loved the room! Felt new and clean. Breakfast was great (more than other b&b we stayed in) There was a parking lot nearby which was comfortable. Looking forward to stay here again

Gioielli House is in a great location, on a quiet street between the train station and the ruins. It is a recent renovation and was very nice and clean! The proprietor was very nice and available for communication. Breakfast was delicious! Our room was spacious with tall ceilings on the first floor, and cozy upstairs in the loft.

Our room had a loft accessible by a spiral staircase. We liked that part (especially the kids), but the railing is not very secure. The mattress on the double bed was very hard.
