Just renovated! This lovely home has all the amenities you desire for a fantastic relaxing vacation or get-away. Beautifully updated with all the bells and whistles. This home features accommodations for 13 guests(max 11 adults.). 4 Bedrooms 3.5 baths. 2 Main Floor Bedrooms with 1 Queen bedroom(sleeps 2) and 1 bunk bedroom (single over double with trundle -sleeps 4). Upper level has a Primary suite featuring a king sized bed, and an additional queen sleeper sofa. Newly renovated primary bath as well. Upper level also boasts a newly added private Queen suite with separate entrance and new private bath. And, For that extra solo guest, there is also a daybed that makes into a twin bed in the loft area. A Large updated kitchen is perfect for family gatherings. Spacious great room with soaring ceiling and additional seating area for extra dining/gaming or entertaining. This Home also features a separate game area with a ping pong table, dart board, and foosball table. Outside, is the perfect setting for enjoying Lake Norman. A flat sandy shared beach for the kids and adults to swim or play. Home also features a dock to park a boat and/or fish. The deck has ample room for sunning or dining and, the lower patio features a six person hot tub for enjoying relaxing evenings. Two Kayaks & two paddle boards also available for your use. Not to mention, LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Minutes from shopping, restaurants, and interstate. No parties allowed. This home is in a neighborhood with permanent residents on each side. Please be respectful. Owner is next door but not intrusive.

This was our second year going to Lake Norman and staying at this great house! Our family really enjoyed the house and all the amenities. The beach area is fantastic with easy access for kayaking and paddle boarding. Lots of great restaurants and activities close by. Hope to return next year!

The house and beach were perfect. Everything you would need. Unfortunately, we didn’t know that the nuclear plant heats the water on that side of the lake. Water temp was 96, and not what you want on a hot day. Would come back in a different season, when swimming would be enjoyable.

First time to LKN and the house was beautiful! Very well maintained, comfortable furnishings, fully stocked kitchen, all the creature comforts of home which made for a great family vacation. The lake was 30 steps from the house and although the water was very warm, we made good use of the kayaks and SUPs. We also rented a boat and jet skis to get a bit more excitement and to explore the northern parts of the lake.

The house was great for our family. Lots of entertainment space with the garage and nice beach area. Nice kitchen with lots of tools Only downside was the water temp around 97 degrees due to the nuclear power plant around the corner. Simple fix was to boat to another swimming hole. Kids didn’t seem to mind it too much.

We loved staying here. I would echo all of the positive comments made by other reviewers, and include how clean and meticulously cared for the home and the grounds are. We also loved the quaint neighborhood setting, where we enjoyed many peaceful and enjoyable neighborhood strolls. The kayaks, paddle boards, ping-pong, darts, corn hole were all big hits with the kids and adults alike. It's a great home in a great location. LOVED IT.

The VRBO listing of this property does not do it justice. The house and grounds were immaculate! We played in the lake with the kayaks and SUPs. The view is amazing. Gourmet kitchen was a dream for the cooks in our group. We made good use of the dart board, ping pong table and foosball table in the gamer's garage. I highly recommend this place for family or friends to gather.

The house was absolutely gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. But the view of the lake was really breathtaking. Really great property.

While the lake views stole the show, the home was a close second. The kitchen was beautifully designed and well-stocked, all beds were comfortable, and the hosts went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The kids enjoyed the toys and chalk in the kids’ room and the games/puzzles in the ‘secret’ pantry. They loved exploring the house and yard and even noticed a few seashells on the beach. Thanks for a wonderful family vacation! It is a beautiful home!

Immaculate home on Lake Norman, with amazing views. I felt like I walked into one of the beautifully renovated & staged home's on HGTV. This property had just about everything we needed to enjoy our Thanksgiving family vacation & stay on the lake. The owners did a great job & anticipated the needs of the folks staying here. We highly recommend this property.

From booking to checkin to checkout, everything was easy peasy! Property was everything that was described in the listing and super clean. Host was very responsive to the few questions I had. Location was beautiful and perfect for our family wedding at the Ivory Barn. Little rainy one day but we all enjoyed the game room/garage!

You wake up every morning to a breathtaking view. You have everything you need in the house, and there is plenty of activities and restaurants within 15 minutes. We loved the game room in the garage and enjoyed the hot tub every day. Would have loved to stay longer.

This property was newly renovated and this makes it a great place to stay for the whole family. The sandy beach makes a great place for the younger family members to hangout. The owners are next door and very friendly but not at all intrusive. Location is excellent and convenient to all kids of rainy day activities and places to shop and eat. We only make this type of trip every 2 years but that might have to change to go again next year😊

The house was exactly as described. The location and house were beautiful! The house was spotless when we arrived, even the kids noticed how beautiful it was and how clean! Lake Norman is a beautiful lake and there is so much to do in the area. We will definitely save this house for future vacations!

House met all of our expectations. House was beautifully decorated. Kitchen was well stocked and pantry provided plenty of room to store food/snacks. We had 6 children between 2 and 7 who loved the beach and playing in the lake for hours. Adults loved the canoe, paddle boards and kayaks on the lake. the grounds and view of the lake provided an excellent back round for family photos

We had a great weekend at this wonderful lake house! It rained all day on Friday, but we had fun playing ping pong, foos ball, and puzzles. It was really nice to spend time together as a family. The house was clean, with lots of room and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for cooking. The view and location are fantastic and we will definitely come back!

Property was very nice! We loved the beach access, the paddle boards and kayaks. The kitchen had such a variety of dishes and utensils including unbreakable plates for our 3 year old grandson. The bed in the master suite was wonderfully comfortable. We would stay here again. A great home to make memories with family💙

Beautiful home perfect for our family get together. Located close to shops and restaurants. Immaculate, well maintained, and stocked with everything we needed. Water was still warm the first week in October. Three generations, ages 5 to 72, enjoyed all of the amenities...the ping pong table, the bean bag game, darts, the kayaks, the stand up paddle boards and the sandy beach. Even the teenagers put their phones down! Thanks Terry and Chris...hoping to come back next year!

This house is absolutely perfect. They are fixing the weird upstairs layout so it will be two suites. That was really the only funky thing. The beach is absolutely essential if you have kids. Owners are next-door which is convenient but they are not at all pushy. A small repair needed to be made while we were there and they were very conscientious about asking us the best time for us etc. The views are amazing. The kitchen is fully stocked with an awesome island for sitting for breakfast etc. Hot tub is also easy to use and the kids loved it. We will be back!

Fantastic property with plenty of room for our family of 10. Great kitchen, deck, yard, view and location. Very private yet close to everything. Beds were comfortable and the property was stocked with everything we needed. Would not hesitate to rent again except for the temperature of the lake, which was 90+ and not refreshing during an unseasonably hot week, but nothing the owners can do about that.

Description of the property was very accurate, clean and really well supplied. The lake access and beach were perfect for everyone in the family. The upstairs bonus room access is a little quirky but worked out for our group. I would highly recommend. We had an great family vacation.

We had a wonderful week. The water was amazingly warm. The little beach was perfect for my 4yo granddaughter!! The only negative was the bedroom you had to walk through the main bedroom to get to get to and not having a door from the main bedroom to the bathroom. The house was beautiful and well kept.

We had a fantastic stay at the beautiful home on the lake. The accommodations did not disappoint. Everyone was very comfortable. What stands out about this property is the private beach right in front of the home. Our son could not get enough of his very own beach. We can't wait for our next stay!

This property was the perfect location for all of us to get together for some much needed R & R. Three of us flew into Charlotte which was a short drive to the house. The house is gorgeous and has a great layout. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook several dinners. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck, looking at the steam come off the lake. All of the beds were comfortable, giving us a great rest. My sisters and I had a wonderful vacation together and would definitely come back again.

We had such a wonderful and memorable trip at this beautiful home. Waking up every morning with this amazing view of the lake was pure joy. This home is beautiful in every way, but my favorite was the kitchen! The property manager was excellent with communication. Everyone is still talking about how much of a wonderful family time we had here !
