Nothing but lush front lawn separates this family-friendly, charismatic beach house to (almost deserted) pristine beach!
Backing onto a large area of bushland, this property truly defines down south living.
Enjoy a game of tennis on the private court.
Fish or kayak in crystal waters just metres away.
Be charmed by the charismatic appeal, seduced by the serenity and blown away by panoramic ocean views, inside and out!
Private mooring for boat owners!
Cosy up by the open log fire-place and watch the ocean in winter.
Beat the hassles of loading the car, busy beach car parks, overcrowded beaches and boat ramp rage in summer.
Perfectly situated between Dunsborough and Busselton.
The Space
The house has four bedrooms with two seperate bathrooms. Perfect for two families or small groups of adults.
The living, dining area, kitchen and king bedroom have unbelievable views of the ocean.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all your essentials including coffee machine, dishwasher, hot plate and an oven.
There is an open fire in the main living area for winter (no fires permitted between November and beginning of May) as well as a reverse cycle air-conditioning unit.
The laundry is fully equipped with washer, dryer and a clothes line outside.
Bedroom 1 has ocean views and one king bed.
Bedroom 2 has one queen bed.
Bedroom 3 has two singles.
Bedroom 4 has two singles, a TV and an additional private entrance door.
The bedrooms all have ceiling fans and fresh sea breezes through open windows. Oil heaters provided in cooler months.
*Reverse cycle air-con in main living areas.
There are shaded patio areas on both sides of the house for relaxing, or you might prefer to have a snooze by the ocean on the hammock hung between Peppi trees.
Separating the house from the beach is a grassed area for the kids to play, as well as a secret fairy garden. Landscaped gardens surround the house and plenty of bushland to explore.
We supply tennis rackets and balls for the tennis court, as well as, kayaks, boogie boards, beach umbrella, beach chairs and some beach toys. We just ask these are all returned to their original place upon departing. ***Please wear suitable foot wear (sneakers) on the tennis court.***
There is a mooring directly in front of the property which you are welcome to use for suitable boats, no more than 5-6 meters in length.
Nearest launching ramp is Abbey, only a 5 minute drive down the road.
*** You must provide your own shackles to use the mooring***
Guest Access
Guests have access to the whole property which is approximately 3000 square meters of bushland including a private tennis court. The garage will be locked.
Guests have access to the entire house except for a few locked cupboards and one locked storage room.
The beach can be accessed by the general public but most of the time you will feel like you have it all to yourself!
Other things to note:
We provide a limited supply of firewood for indoor fireplace. If you plan on heavy use of the fireplace, please bring an extra bag or two of firewood which can be purchased from most petrol stations. The lounge room also has a reverse cycle heating unit.
We do not supply beach towels unless requested.
A travel cot and high chair are kept at the property. Guests are welcome to use these items free of charge. Please BYO cot linen specific to our babies needs.
There is a strict fire ban between the months of November - May in the Southwest.
Meeting host on arrival can be pre-arranged if desired.
Guests are free to use kayaks, tennis rackets and beach equipment. Please do not use the dinghy.
A portable BBQ is provided but will be stored away in cooler months or when bad weather is predicted.

There was so much to do especially for my children. Beach/water activities, cricket on the grass and of course tennis. Only spent 3 days but wish we were there for longer. Highly recommend. Quite possibly the best place I have ever stayed at down south

Incredible views at this homely holiday house. Great place to relax and just stare at the ocean. Lovely family vacation house with little need to leave. Chelsea was extremely helpful. Best house we’ve stayed in down south!

The location and views of this property are breath taking. The property is very comfortable and has everything you could possibly think of for a great stay. Chelsea was fantastic to deal with and communication was fantastic. Would 100% recommend and look forward to booking again in the future.
