Emplacement au calme, jardins et cabines jolies et suffisamment espacées. Superbe piscine. Self chekin/out super pratique. Bon accueil.

Beautiful environment with birds flowers and trees; nice space for a family, good small pool
If you don’t have a car, it’s a bit inconvenient to figure out transport and it’s more of an AirBnB style where you bring in what you need - that’s fine as long as you know that in advance like that you need to bring coffee, etc

The cabinas are absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect, waking up to the sounds of birds, monkeys, and walking to your cabina through lavish plants and flowers. Just so beautiful! Our cabina was small, but just big enough, had everything we needed for cooking, etc. Would definitely recommend!
The only thing that could be added would be a small table in the cabina we booked, so that we would not have to eat on our bed. But other than that: Nothing to improve :)

The cabin was cozy and mostly clean (there were some old spiderwebs but we didn’t care) There‘s a lot of kitchen utensils and we overall felt very comfortable and safe. The hosts left a folder with lots of information about Uvita.
We had a lot of cockroaches but gladly they‘re very dumb and slow so they‘re easy to kill (even if you‘re afraid of them like we were)
Unfortunately the pool was being remade but the beach isn’t that far away

Very good and affordable accomodation. 2 washing machines and 2 dryers for the guests for free using!
Airco! (you need it at this level). Very complete kitchen, big fridge. Nice own terrace where we ate all meals.
Nicer than expected when we saw the pics. Nice garden, with yellow and red Tucans, parrots, howlermonkeys, group of 20 whiteface monkeys close passing by, giant beautiful grashoppers. No noise from outside except for the jungle. Very secure! Dutch friendly helpfull owner living in one of the houses also at the moment. Walkable distance to BM super, but downhill. Nice interaction with other guests. We where here 3 nights. Felt at home and cosy. Would deffinately stay here again!
There was no cleaning and fresh towels offered for the 3 nights, but we didn’t need it also.

The garden is awesome and I could have stayed there forever. The people are lovely and helpful and caring. this is a spot for animal lovers!
The humidity is high in this are in general, but it was the first Appartement where I struggled with mold. The pillows and also the pots and the dishes were moldy. And when I left my backpack had spots of mold, too.

The cabin is inside a property with a beautiful garden. With all the necessary kitchen utensiles, comfortable bed, A/C and hot water. You can listen to the songs of birds, very relaxing and private.
All good. Small cars might have some trouble getting into Calle Laureles, where the property entrance is.

We loved the location. It was beautiful! The little cabin was perfect and we loved that it had a small kitchen we could make some meals in.

we really enjoyed the pool and the private cabin with the gated entrance. we loved the cabinas and how safe it was. the AC worked wonderfully, so it was a great place to decompress
the pillows were old and too squishy, but other than that no issues!

the lodging was amazing!

Private cabin on property. Had neighbors but not close. Pool area was nice. Property is near dining but not close enough to walk IMO. Cash only, no credit cards.
Path to the cabin was crushed rock so moving wheeled luggage to easy. Cabin had basics but there was no store within walking distance for missed items.

Of the 5 places we stayed on our trip around Costa Rica, this was the one that most exceeded our expectations. Intended as a functional overnight stop to break up a drive and do laundry, it was so much more. Cabin more spacious, grounds more extensive, pool bigger than expected, compound more secure, restaurants we could walk to (in about 10 minutes). And excellent value for money. Next morning was spent happily exploring the nearby Marino Ballena NP and then we were on our way, but we should have planned a longer stay here.

It’s very calm clean and green place. You feel like you are miles away from civilization and in the same time you are in walking distance from Uvita.
Nothing.

We really liked the cabina, it was spacious, nicely decorated with a comfortable bed and AC. The kitchen had all the essentials and we made use of the stove everyday. The wifi was pretty good, and the porch was nice to watch the rain storm on. Laundry facilities were included, which were very welcome, and the pool area is well maintained.
Some more signage around the area regarding garbage and recycling removal would have been helpful.
We also unfortunately had an infestation of ants and cockroaches in our cabina. We purchased a spray to get rid of the ants coming up from their nest under the kitchen sink, but that caused more cockroaches to come up as well. The bugs really caused some discomfort and stress to our otherwise carefree time in Uvita.
