The property was fine, a bit bare bones, but compared to the prices of surrounding units it was about the only one we could afford. The unit met our needs and making the arrangements was easy. To ski one day at Big Sky was ridiculously expensive. 2 lift tickets + 2 rental packages was close to $700! The beer at the end of the day was delicious however! We opted for hiking the rest of our visit which was a good call. Rented snow shoes and poles from East Slope Outdoors in Big Sky. The people there were awesome.

Pro's - management company was responsive and friendly, very short walk (100 yards) to the free shuttle to the base, washer and dryer, parking pass for complex.
Con's - 3rd story with no elevator option - challenging with lots of luggage and ski's, Long walk (3/4 mile) if shuttle isn't running, blankets paper thin and not sufficient to keep warm,

This little place was a super value for a studio. You can walk to the parking lot shuttle which is super convenient and it’s great to stay up close to the ski resort. It is not the Ritz Carlton, so if that’s what you’re looking for and you’re willing to pay a huge rate, then go stay there. This place is great and cozy and a super value probably the best value in big sky… Summer in the crew at the management group could not have been any more responsive when we needed some extra towels five stars for Summer

Conveniently located to ski resort. Kitchen and laundry were adequate for our stay. It took awhile to figure out a comfortable setting on the thermostat - turned it off for the first day.

The condo was a perfect location for our vacation. Very clean and quick responses to our questions and requests. The Stay Montana staff were very helpful. The unit was located in a very quiet location. I would highly recommend this property for rentals

I would have given this a 5 star rating except for the deficiencies in the furnishings. First the positives - a great location, good price for the area, spotless cleaning, excellent response from the management company when an issue came up. The room needs some furnishing upgrades to make better use of the space. There is not enough lighting to see well in the some parts of the space. The dining table is way too small and it would be helpful to have a desk and dresser in the room.

I will definitely stay again

Stay Montana did good job w prompt response to my inquiries most time. However, once checked in, had to stay four nights w inoperable light switchs that never gotten fixed despite had reported to the property manager.
What was worse, found two fleas on the bed next day that spurted red blood after I squeezed them to kill.

needs work
There are so many issues so I will just hit the most annoying:
- The toilet does not flush well so be careful. There is a plunger available so be prepared to use it. We did at 3 am.
- The shower valve has no designation for "on", "off", "hot", or "cold". The handle just spins freely giving random bursts of water of different temperatures and pressures. Be prepared to be scalded or frozen as you experiment with the handle positions until you find something tolerable. Then good luck trying to shut it off. Unless your ESP allows you to find the teenie "off" spot, be prepared for continuous dripping all day (hint: "off" is very near the 12 o'clock position. Good luck finding it with the loose handle).
- Several towel racks are available but are loose and were falling out of the wall. I did my best with my multi-tool to tighten them but this repair is temporary at best.
- Several lights are broken and need replacement. As a result, it is not a well-lit unit.
- The TV in the sitting area is nice. Do you want to watch TV in bed? It is not swivel-mounted. Be prepared to carefully lift the TV to turn it 180 degrees placing back on its shelf without dropping it.
- Although there is a kitchenette and enough plates and utensils for 3-4, there is only one small and rickety TV table to eat on - barely enough for one person with steady hands. Be prepared to eat off the low end-table in the living room while sitting on the couch or the floor. Luckily we were able to borrow a card table so the 2 of us could eat a meal like human beings.
- The refrigerator is a good size but the door was installed backward so access is difficult at best. It helps if you are a contortionist or have very long arms to reach the shelves.
- There are large signs in the parking lot informing you that you will be towed if you don't display permits in your windshield. Unfortunately there were no permits available for us. When we contacted the management they were had no information for us. Luckily we were not towed.
