Guests have access to the whole home. No spaces are shared. Every square inch is yours to enjoy when you stay at Villa Bahia.

We host guests who respect our community. No loud noises after 9 pm or inappropriate behavior. Disruptive guests will be asked to leave without a refund.

Getting Around:
Sightseeing in Malibu is essential, so we recommend having a vehicle. With our villa management, you'll get preferred rental rates through Drive Awhile. They deliver the car to the property and allow you to leave it there at departure. Their fleet includes Cadillac Escalades, convertible Mercedes, Rolls Royce Dawn, and Lamborghini Urus, catering to all preferences.

Please message our team before booking and contact the Home Manager first. Additional terms may apply based on your booking platform. Credit card processing fees may be required post-booking. The stated booking cancellation policy applies.

The property is located on Pacific Coast Highway, so guests may hear road noise and/or waves crashing.

Pre-Stocking: Choose from our available pre-stocking options with at least one week's notice. A $75 service fee applies to all requests.

Day of Arrival: Let us know if you prefer self-check-in or a personal tour. Only the booking guest can check in and must show ID for security.

Do not send mail to the property before or after your reservation dates. Send it to our office at 22648 Pacific Coast Highway, Malibu, CA 90265, and we will deliver it to the property on your arrival day. We are not responsible for lost or un-retrieved mail or packages.

Check-In: We have a check-in window from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by our team. Please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. If you are arriving later than 6pm, please reach out to our team for approval.

Check Out: 10:00am. Late checkout is based upon availability and needs to be approved in advance. Our late check-out fee is $100 for every hour after 10:00am. Additionally, if you want to check-out after 12:00 pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. Please keep this in mind as the day of your departure approaches.

Ensure nothing is left behind. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Lost items will be shipped back at the guest’s expense plus a $50 service fee.

Respect our neighbors. No loud noises after 9 pm or inappropriate behavior. Disruptive guests will be asked to leave without a refund.

The property has an exterior camera at the front door that is motion-sensored and active during guests' stay.

We exceed CDC cleaning standards. All surfaces are wiped down with hot water and professional-grade disinfectants. Towels and linens are washed after every stay. Extra attention is given to door handles and high-touch areas. Staff wears masks, gloves, and shoe coverings inside the home.
