A stunning new mountain view house on 1.5 acres of land just 12 min north of Whistler village in the quiet neighbourhood of WedgeWoods. Ideal for a relaxing vacation with endless possibilities for recreational activities like walking and hiking trails, river rafting, water sports on Green Lake, mountain biking, snowshoeing, sledding and cross country skiing. With 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, an office, a private hot tub for up to 7 people, a covered deck with a fire pit, a piano, a gym and a media area with a pool table, sound system throughout the house, this is the perfect retreat for up to 8 adults plus up to 4 children.

We had a wonderful time at the house for a family get together, 12 people, 3 generations. The house, indoor and outdoor space and amenities were great, and ideal for our group. The location, a few minutes up the road from Whistler, in a quiet neighborhood, was beautiful. The host Natasha, was very attentive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

Beautiful home! Property was very clean and as pictured in photos. We enjoyed the large dining room table, pool table, and hot tub. We did run into a couple negatives. First, it being summer, the AC is one zone, so the basement level was very cool and the upstairs bedrooms very warm. Also, our group were all in agreement that the mattresses are too firm. Overall, we had a fun time in Whistler and the negatives did not detract from our enjoyment.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property and it’s exactly as I remember it. The house itself is stunning and the pictures are exactly how it looks. The house is absolutely great, and I’d stay here again if I go to whistler. Lastly, the host is quick with her responses, and extremely accommodating. Host is just as great, if not better than the property!

Myself and 7 other friends stayed here for our annual golf tournament in September. The house is exactly as pictured and exceeded my expectations. From the sheer amount of indoor & outdoor space to the amenities like the hot tub and gourmet kitchen....everything was perfect.

We were a family of eleven with ages ranging from 10-80, celebrating our patriarch’s milestone 80th birthday and experiencing the majesty of Whistler. The spacious home in Wedge Woods located 11km from Whistler Village suited our needs perfectly. The amenities offered were plentiful: comfortable bedrooms suitable to all ages, a spacious family gathering and dining area offering a lovely mountain view, a very well equipped modern kitchen, spotlessly clean bathrooms, a pool table well used by the teens of our group, a hot tub, a large grassy area for family games, and of parking. It was a spectacular home with beautiful decor. The kids commented, “This is a mansion!” The adults were just as impressed. Communication with Natasha, our host, was efficient, friendly and welcoming. The youngsters in the family enjoyed the nearby basketball and pickle ball courts. It was a wonderful opportunity to relax and celebrate with only a short drive to further experience all that Whistler has to offer. Our three day vacation came to an end all too soon. Thank you Natasha for sharing your paradise with us.

Our three generation family of 9, from 69 years old to 6 years old, enjoyed our whole week of stay. Natasha was very responsive with our questions, needs or clarifications. We even had black bear on one day in backyard for almost an hour which we were able to safely enjoy from balcony. It is away from Whistler Village so more peaceful but will need your own transportation for your outside need.
We will definately stay here again if visiting Whistler area again.

Awesome house! Our group of 10 had an amazing time at this property for our annual ski trip. House was clean, well stocked, and had plenty of entertainment. It's a quick 15 minute drive into Whistler village as well. Highly recommend!

In a word: amazing! We rented with the intentions of bringing another family with us, unfortunately they couldn't make it. Honestly, this is too much house for one family, that said we made use of as much as we could.
Starting on the main level, the kitchen is big enough for everyone to be in there cooking at the same time. Huge island. Dining room table was never used for eating, just for board games. Views from the two story windows are awesome. Little office was good for a few work items that needed tying up.
Basement level has a nice pool (billiards) table we used liberally. Hot tub was on a warm but we never made it out.
Sleeping level (top floor) was quite for everyone and plenty of room. The master bedroom bed (king) was plenty comfortable.
Short 10 minute drive to Whistler Upper Village if you drive like a local, 15 minutes for everyone else! :)
Very convenient, 15 minutes to the Independent (groceries) with a well provided selection of food, lots of beers about 3 storefronts down.
Regarding heater, like with any heat pump system there is a small learning curve. We were used to a gas furnace and turned down the heat at night. It's best not to do this as heat pumps are not as responsive as gas, it took a while to come back up to temp. Just set it and forget it...any perceived savings by lowering the temp over night is lost on the efficiency of a heat pump.
Zero complaints. Natasha was very prompt when returning calls and texts!

The house was really nice , rooms , kitchen and living room were great. We had a good time with the pool table and Jacuzzi.
Definitely would recommend for a group up to 10 people.

The house is beautiful and highly stylish. Very spacious with a wonderful kitchen and several luxurious bathrooms. The beds were clean and comfortable and the hot tub, pool table, gym equipment, and fireplaces made the stay so relaxing and entertaining. The house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with a short 10 min drive to Whistler Village. We loved the modern architecture and art. Truly a fantastic place to stay for a large group. Fantastic rental home! Beautiful modern decor, well-appointed kitchen, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and nice open floor plan. Billiards table and projector TV downstairs, hot tub, and lots of windows. We didn't get a chance to use the fire pit on the deck, but it looked like a nice place to hang out. On the map, it looked quite far from Whistler, but it was only a short drive, even in the snow. We had wonderful stay!

A fantastic property for a large family or group of friends. We spent a week enjoying all the this property and Whistler has to offer. The property is spacious (we had a family renuion with 3 families & kids) and there was definately space for us all to spread out and do our own thing when required. The property had everything we needed, was clean, high tech and very comfortable. The hot tub and pool table were great additions.
Whistler itself was absolutely brillant and we took full advantage of everything on offer from rafting to SUP'ing on Green Lake and taking the Gondola to the top and enjoying the walks while taking in the sights.
The check in and check out processes were seamless and Natasha was very responsive and helpful with all our questions. The only thing missing was a visit from the local bears which we were all hoping to see but unfortunately they seemed to be on vacation last week.
Highly recommend this property it is a fabulous place to get away, relax and enjoy.

Amazing House and Location
Overall, this was a great property. We stayed here for a mountain biking trip for 10 days (with 4 guests total), so we were really only using less than half of the bedroom space. The common areas and master bedroom were really spectacular. Being muddy mountain bikers, we appreciated the spacious tiled mudroom (directly off of the garage) with large capacity washer and dryer. There is a good sized garage . All of the bathrooms have heated floors, so that was really nice. The kitchen was equipped adequately to be able to cook meals, and we took advantage of that.
We used the hot tub every night, and it was great. There is a projection TV movie room downstairs, along with a pool table, so that was fun.
We had 3 different black bears in the back yard from time to time (we also rode right past them at Whistler mountain). We dubbed them Fred, Barney and Wilma. They stayed on the edge of the back yard, and were not agressive at all. Fun to see.
The Location is about 10 miles N of Whistler proper, but it was an easy and scenic drive (at least in summer, probably harder in winter).
The owner was super. She was available via text to answer questions about the area (like: shop at the Independent Grocer, nearby, not at Nestor's Grocery (which was 2X more expensive)).
The cost of this VRBO was the highest we have ever rented, but we were glad we spent the money since the location was just exceptional, and the house was like living the "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous", so it was a great treat for us.

Best girls weekend
9 girls came for a 40th bday. The house was amazing! It has everything, very clean, large and perfect for a group of girls. It is a 20/25 min drive to village but we knew that. Groceries and coffee shop 15 min away. One complaint, the mattresses in the basement are very very firm. Otherwise it was 100%

What a wonderful home
Myself with 6 others stayed at this home for a long ski weekend. The home was amazing. Close to the mountain, spacious, and everything was pristine. We loved the large fireplace in the morning when the snow was coming down, and nothing beats the hot tub after a long day on the slopes.

Beyond Expectations
The house was simply amazing, modern, and perfect. The owner made the place to be super accomodating for a large party of 12. It was my bachelorette weekend and with Whistler crowds and Covid restrictions we had to change our plans in the village to take place at the house instead. There was more than enough room for the 12 of us to feel comfortable and relaxed. The owners were extremely helpful and quick to respond to our inquiries even though they were out of town - I really appreciated that.
I would definitely recommend this rental to others, and stay here again.
