Excellent location for visiting Rome and for a stay on the beach. Friendly host. Good amenities of the place.

Older furniture. Not very clean bathroom. Entrance by a very narrow staircase.

The suite was large enough to accommodate all 3 of us,with plenty of towels , coffee and other consumables that are needed when you come from a long trip.Eduardo is a great lad taking care of the proprieties and going above and beyond his duties.

i like its location near the airport

the apartment or you may call it the small bedrooms are not as shown as in the photos at all. i was shocked when we arrived that we have to access and then there is a very unsafe and narrow almost half meter wide stair to take you to the rooms. if you have luggeges، you will not be able to take it up and down. It was really completely different than what was in the photos or discriotion of the apartment. Don't fall into that trap. if you are a family with kids, this will not be the right choice for you. the other bad thing is the one who is responsible for the apartment. He told me that we need to pay the city tax 15 euros before we leave and we can leave it with the keys although we thought the price is including that tax. i told him we are leaving very early in the morning. we had to leave for our flight at 4 am in the morning and unfortunately we forgot to leave the city tax. The second day, I found a message from whatsapp from him i wish I could show you how rude he is. If booking is allowing me to post photos i would do. he wrote very bad words on me, my friends and my country. i told him if you just sent me a message asking me about the tax, i would deliver that money to you but since you are acting in very rude way. i will post the conversation between us on google review to have a look on it and see how he was bad and racist toward us.

The flat is little but cozy. There is parking in the street near the house. We needed it. There is also a metro near by.

We had a beautiful and spacious suite with two balconies, including all household electronics.. the cleanliness of the apartment is extraordinary, there are more than enough towels and very clean bedding. we were significantly late as our flight was delayed and then we waited a long time for the bus at the airport, but Christiana still made us feel welcome and even took us to the grocery store. the apartment is located in a quiet residential area, from where there is only one metro station to the sea and one station to Ostia Antica. thanks to the metro line, you can reach touristic attractions of Rome in 30-40 minutes. we all really liked the suite and the host! We can advise to take the transfer from the airport offered by the host, since there bus connection from Fuimicino is not very regular (1x per hour)

Great place to stay if for an overnight from arriving plane and departing plane at fiumicino airport

Eduardo received us and helped us in everything we needed. Provided everything we needed for a good breakfast. gave us directions on what to do at night in Ostia and helped us with shuttle to the fiumicino airport.

Comfortable, well-equipped apartment

The apartment is very confortable and well-equipped, with a beautiful balcony! The train station is closeby. It was a good option for those who will take a plane from Fiumicino too.
