Great place. Close to target field. You have to pay for parking. Lots of great restaurants around this area.

Property, amenities, and location were great. Description made it seem like there was included parking, this was not the case and it was fairly expensive. Got into first unit and the A/C didn't work. Had a frustrating process of getting into a unit with working A/C. Sonder worked to help make things more right. Overall I would stay again. Ended up having a great time. Units were very clean.

Location was perfect to the ball stadium. 15 minute walk. Also 15 minute walk to the metro line to go to and from the airport. The US Banks stadium was a short 10 minute Uber ride. Within a five minute walk of this property was a red rooster and a red cow restaurant and both were just excellent. This suite was very comfortable with both bedrooms having a private en suite bathroom. The only mention I would have is that it just wasn’t stocked really great. Only two dishwasher pods and we were there for three days and only two coffee bags and again we were there for three mornings. One dish towel but no dish rags or dish soap to do a few dishes. I just went and found the housekeeper and got more so not a big deal. It was handy to be able to leave our luggage in a locked closet on the lobby level until we could check in because our flight arrived in by noon and we couldn’t check in till four. All in all I would highly recommend this property. Also extremely handy that there was a Whole Foods grocery store within five minutes that we could go and buy breakfast and lunch items and stock our fridge. Highly recommend.

Everything about this property was awesome, from booking to check-in to cleanliness to check out - if you are looking for a spot to stay in the North Loop don’t pass this up!

Building was great! It was a little difficult to find (as was parking). Very clean! We were a little surprised to find no window in the second bedroom or air vent.

Affordable accommodations in one of the Twin Cities best neighborhoods. Clean and well maintained in a new looking building complex. Spacious main room, comfortable beds, appropriately furnished. Do recommend and will return.

short stay to see a concert at US stadium bank. Apartment was clean, had what we needed. Good location to restaurants and coffee shops. A little hard to find at first. I would use West elm as a location marker .

Location was great. Easy to walk to places, light rail is close and Ubers were quick to pick up. I would recommend it be better stocked with towels, working and filled soap dispensers in the bathroom and paper towels. Overall enjoyed our stay but a heads up on the early morning construction

At 4 pm on the day of check-in we received a text from our host to say our suite was not ready and they were moving us to a new suite. Okay…received new suite info and noticed the address was not the same. We had rented a 2bedroom/2bathroom suite within waking distance of our concert location in a building with a nice rooftop/outdoor area. We were moved to a 2bedroom/1 bathroom suite without a rooftop patio area and not within waking distance to our concert. The run around continued that entire evening and until noon the next day when we finally got into our suite after an exchange of at least 50 texts (pretty sure i was communicating with a bot). To top if off, the morning we were leaving, new guests arrived at our door at 9:35 am as the host had told them they could leave their luggage in the suite. We had not even checked out and it had not been cleaned. Crazy! The first suite was acceptable in its cleanliness, but the mirrors were streaky, the rug had stains and the glassware had fingerprints on some of it! The 2nd suite was cleaner but the outlets in one of the bathrooms did not work. I was offered $80 refund for my troubles in an $800+ bill - which I have not received. It was a headache and made for some extremely stressful times on a short getaway -1/2 of it spent trying to get our original booking. Will NEVER book with Sonder again. Terrible experience - stay away!!

We were looking for options within walking distance to us bank stadium, with parking available, and this perfectly suited our needs. We had a blast at the Taylor Swift concert and were within walking distance of shops, restaurants, Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

The apartment was very clean and spacious. The location is excellent for walking to Target Field, down to the Farmers Market, or across the river to the Heritage Trail. My only wish was that parking was not included and we had to pay another $75 for the weekend for a spot in the downstairs ramp.

We were four adults in town for the women’s basketball tourney. The condo was perfect. It was an easy walk to the Target Center with lots of good restaurants close by. We parked the car when we arrived and didn’t use it until our stay was over. We felt safe in all our walks to and from Target Center. We would definitely stay here again. The condo was clean, well equipped, and perfect for us.

Very cool place, roomy with beautiful view. Could definitely use more common-sense things like hooks and towel bars. Living room furniture is small, but overall the place is comfortable and nice. The beds are really comfortable! Loved the building and neighborhood. There is no on-site property manager or easy way to communicate with one, so don't expect that. You're on your own!

I loved the process of getting into this property, much easier than others we've rented in the area. Kitchen and baths had all the functional equipment we needed. Kitchen seating was comfortable, but only a sofa in the LR, so hard for a group of 4 to sit comfortably and socialize. Great value for a week-end getaway.

I canceled this reservation months in advance. Sonder refunded our money within 2 days but VRBO did not refund the $160 service fee. What a ripoff! We will never use VRBO again.

In town for a long weekend and needed a rental 3 adults. The apartment is in a nice neighborhood (north loop) with multiple coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. Parking was expensive if using the parking structure ($25 for over night parking or $10 for an hour). We had issues with our key pad but was able to have a Sonder rep respond within minutes to resolve the issue. Check out was seamless and will be using again!

Easy access to the location and close to many attractions. Parking on Saturday night was a little challenging, but otherwise ok for parking in the garage with the building. The apartment was clean and nicely furnished and coffee was available every day.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We spent one evening at the great wolf lodge and then we spent 3 nights in this cute little apartment and ventured out to the Mall of America and discovered downtown Minneapolis. It was very clean and well maintained! We will definitely stay here again.

This location was fantastic. We were in town for a wedding at Aria. This was literally just across the alley. We even enjoyed watching the wedding party from the Second + Second rooftop as the wedding party took pics down in the alley. Spacious, great views, modern, clean and great value!
