About this house rental

The White Mountains at 7,000 feet is the center for all season activities ! Cool temperatures in the summer (in the 80's--- when Phoenix is at 120!), lake activities, game room, summer nights watching the sunset over Rainbow Lake... or snow on the ground and a beautiful 30 mile drive (45 minutes) to the Sunrise Ski Park!

Large 2 story home on 1 acre, in the Shores GATED community 4 bedroom, 3 bath. Detached Carriage house with large game room includes ping pong, smart TV, trains, card game table and arcade game (fans no AC in game room). There are heaters in the game room.

In the main house, you will find a spacious KING bedroom downstairs, as well as the laundry, kitchen and living room, with a full bath.

The kitchen is fully stocked including pots and pans of all sizes. COFFEE Bar: Drip coffee maker Keurig K-CAFE with frother for lattes, French Press and kettle for tea. Various creamers and syrups! Barbeque ready with propane grill and extra propane tank in the garage.

Upstairs are 3 additional bedrooms and loft area. The Master (King) with en-suite full bath and balcony access.

Fish room has a bunk bed that is a twin over Queen and a pull out twin trundle.

Bear room has 2 twin beds with balcony access. A full bathroom at the end of the hall services both rooms. There is at least one pillow for all guests, there are also some extra blankets and throws throughout the house for lounging. There are extra lake towels (please don't use the house bath towels!)

Beautiful views of Rainbow Lake off the upstairs Master deck and downstairs patio. Open concept kitchen/ dining/ entertainment room, raised patio and large grassy area for the kids. Just in case, there are 4 Smart TVs ROKU enabled: family room, master room, fish room and game room with streaming apps installed.

This property has views of Rainbow Lake BUT lake access ONLY at the community dock, half a mile down the road. The property comes with a towing trailer and 1 7/8 hitch to haul the Peddle Boat, Kayaks and Paddle Boards with manual carts as a back up. Includes: 5 Person Peddle Boat, (2) 2 person kayaks, (2) 1 person kayaks, (2) SU Paddle Boards, 6 paddles for kayaks, 2 paddles for SUPs. Life jackets for 8, including children. Pickleball set-up. For WINTER, some snow toys and several sleds are available.

What a great home with perfect personal touches! Great neighborhood and it was easy to tow the lake gear down the street to the dock ramp to enjoy. The area is great and the communication with the owner was prompt and helpful. We would highly recommend staying.

From booking through departure, our experience was flawless! The home was beautifully decorated, spotless & comfortable. It was in the perfect location for all our activities - boating, canoeing, fishing, golfing & shopping. We had epic corn hole matches & watched beautiful sunsets from the spacious patio. Will definitely look to rebook this perfect home again!!

We had a Great time with our Family. Our Moms 81 and 88 stayed in the bottom bedroom since they couldn't do the stairs.Beautiful property. Fireplaces did not work for us but otherwise as advertised. Thank You Kristen. 😁

We loved the house. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed to cook. There was a portable crib, high chair, and baby gate at the rental which was a big help for us with a baby. There were lots of games indoor and outdoor for my 5 and 9 year old to enjoy. There were some noticeable stains on the carpet which we noticed when we arrived that the owner questioned me about. This has never happened to us before and felt uncomfortable. Moving forward I will just make sure I take pictures upon arrival when I notice these things.

My family and I had the best time. Our stay was so relaxing, the house was so cozy. The weather was perfect. We were able to enjoy some quality family time. The property is perfect for family. Anytime I had a question Kristen the property manager responded very quickly and wanted to make sure we were enjoying our stay. I will definitely rent this spot again.

This is one of the best homes we have ever stayed in. All of the details were thought of and we all really enjoyed our time here. Our group was two families with kids from 12-17. The house was perfect for us and had so much space. We cooked all of our own meals and were thrilled by the kitchen set-up and accessories available. It was like cooking at home. The yard was so big and great for outdoor games. The kids really liked the game room and also all of the games in the living room. We spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the lake view and cooler weather. This was a great house and owner communications were fast and friendly. We played tennis and pickleball and took the boats on the lake. We all wanted to stay longer! Thank you.

Property was great, well kept, clean and fully stocked. Great backyard and game room. The only thing missing is direct access to the lake. From the listing pictures is not clear that the adjacent waterfront property is not part of the house. Otherwise this is a near perfect place.

Would not hesitate to stay here again. Beautiful, comfortable, and spacious 4BD/3BA home which allowed our dog. Immaculate condition and well-stocked. Spent a lot of time on deck. Very peaceful. Views of lake through trees from great room/kitchen, deck, and 2 upper bedrooms and balconies. Can't access lake directly from property, but we already knew that from property description. Easy walk to public dock. Having the use of owners' kayaks, paddle boat, canoe, etc. was really fun. Great game room with ping pong, poker table, and arcade games. Owners super responsive and easy going. Loved it!

Wow! What a wonderful place! Our family loved everything about this house. It was clean, comfortable, beautiful surroundings and definitely the best stocked home I have ever stayed in. Literally everything you could need and more! The kayaks were so fun and we really enjoyed the game room above the garage. Kristen was a great host. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a family bonding trip ( parents, stepparents and kids ) and I don’t think it could have gone any better. There was so much to do, the view is amazing, things are close by if we needed anything. Just simply perfect!

We had an amazing time. The house was clean and the owner did an excellent job welcoming us to the property with a small care package and Easter decorations. We really enjoyed the game room and the lake access with boats and kayaks available for us to use. There are 3 steps into every door to the house which proved to be difficult for our older dog, but he managed and had a great time as well. We would definitely love to come back!

Every year we choose a house to have our family weekend. This house did not disappoint us. The lay out was comfortable and fully stocked with about everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the game room. Also ,the owner Kristen was very pleasant to communicate with and always available. Wished we could have stayed longer.

The renting process was very easy. The owner answered all our questions prior to heading to lakehouse. The house was Decorated with Christmas decor inside and even had a decorated tree! We were welcomed with a very cozy home with fireplace, we never used the fireplace in the bedroom or found the key to open the gas for use of the fireplace upstairs. The home was fully equipped with bathroom toiletries and the kitchen with pots and pans , dishes pantry items. There was something for all my grandkids to do, board games, the swing for the toddlers, the gameroom with ping-pong table, we put the poker table to use. a few snowball fights as their was still some snow on the ground. Our family will never forget the amazing time we all had. We definately will return in the spring or summer to use the lake and kayaks, paddle boats provided. And do some fishing! Beautiful home. We decided to get away for Thanksgiving this year and couldn't have picked a better house. We cooked a huge feast and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. It also had a table large enough to fit all of us. The rest of the weekend was all play time and we fished, enjoyed the views and played a lot of games. The home has a cute game room with ping pong and more. We are thinking we want to make this a yearly tradition.

My family had such a fun time at this house. Whether we sat on the porch, played yard games, played ping pong, played on the lake, took a nature hike; we had a blast. We cooked all of our meals there - had all the utensils we needed and more. My mom loved the coffee bar🤗 Super cute!

We stayed here with our children and grandchildren ages 1 and 4. The set- up of the property was perfect and we enjoyed having the baby gate, Pack and Play, and table high- chair available. We loved our time on the lake with the kayaks and pedal boat. My daughter-in-law especially appreciated the closeness and view of the lake while having the safety of a fenced yard. We also loved the circular driveway; my grandson rode our recumbent bike around and around for days. Kristen was also very pleasant to deal with in planning and while we were here.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was perfect for our family with kids aged 2-7. The big driveway was used for many scooter races. The grass backyard, play house and swing were also big hits. It was the perfect set up to enjoy the cooler weather and an escape from the heat of Tucson! The house was also in a great location to access restaurants, groceries and the Woodland Reserve. This house had everything we could need and more. We have already recommended it to other family and friends!
