Alright for one night if desperate but I would avoid it, that's my advise, better to pay a bit more

It was falsely advertised according to photos and also description heading, it was not a penthouse apartment it was not apartment it was basically a room with shared bathroom.

Smelt of cigarettes

Property was cheap and location was good, bed was comfy.

The property stunk of smoke and cigarettes which was really unpleasant. Wasn’t expecting much from the property with it being so cheap so wasn’t bothered by the fact the place clearly needed things touching up decorating wise but wasn’t expecting the place to smell of cigarettes. Wouldn’t recommend.

Room with kitchen was fine. Bed, linen and bathroom was clean. Landlord responsive and accommodating. Moved us when we had problems with original room.

Original room allocated was small and basic. No hot water so we had to contact landlord and move rooms. Needs a smoke alarm as other guests seem to smoke without any impact. Location central but hard to find. In general the communication of location and access procedure should be more clear. It should not be this hard to find and access the property.

The only thing missing was a lamp. So either the main light in the room or complete darkness.

Ideal for one night in Halifax

Location was perfect..Close to Piece Hall for the Friday James gig...Easy to access the property. Close to a lovely Sri Lanka restaurant. called Columbo..Amazing food..I'd stay here again for a night if in Halifax.

Shared bathroom but no issues using it.Was quite noisy being on a main road..A little misleading with a picture of kitchen in background .

Town centre on your doorstep

Two of the rooms I stayed in are actually not apartments so I’m not sure why they advertised as such when onely one of them is a studio, the first room was a decent size with a balcony size window and kettle etc with shared bathroom, the second room was a lot smaller and carpet stank like sweaty feat, it is what it is but not an apartment

I didn't stay in the level of accommodation I paid for. I had a room smelling of stale cigarette smoke and furniture with cigarette burns on it. I had a bed, wonky wardrobe, TV on a burned chest of drawers and a bedside table. No chair, not remotely like the photo here.

See above. The address on the booking wasn't the address I was sent to. The accommodation wasn't what I paid for but it was too late to complain as I had a Convention dinner to attend at 6.45pm.

Economic and correctly priced

The accommodation was ok. The heating came on about 8pm and stayed warm enough. The shared bathroom appeared to be for me alone. The bed was just about ok, but a little thin. The bedcovers just about ok with the hating on. The pillows were fine.

Good value, clean and comfortable

Good value for money. Very clean and comfortable room, very spacious and recently renovated. Shared bathroom, also spacious and clean. Did not meet any staff - all organised online and via email regards to security codes etc

Sign and better lighting at the front door on the street would be great, not clear which building the apartments are in

Walk to theatre

The apartment stunk of cigarette smoke, and we are both ashmatic. I rang to asked to be moved. No reply and left a message no response back. . Had no sleep due to having to leave a window open because of smell, we are both non smokers and, we struggled my husband and myself with breathing.. The room was freezing and the heating was obviously turned off at mains, as tried to put it on? and was clear it wasnt goung to go on. Noisy traffic with window havingto be open. The bed??? So uncomfortable felt springs on evey movement made. 😫 Broken draw below wardrobe. Tekevision needed a clean... Bathroom grout around shower n bath dirty. Plaster piece missing on bathroom wall. Absolutely freezing bathroom and bedroom. Bathroom no blinds so silhouette could be seen through bathroom if having bath or shower. Was a nightmare stay, could not wait to get back jome. Very disgruntled with no response from making my call for support? As also was very difficult to get into the first door with entrance code, very time consuming as numerous tries would not accept code? After numerous tries and waiting for resets? Very cold outside, both pensioners, eventually got in? But very upset with apartment let down, did not look the same as what the pictures looked like online.
